the service is great looks the bus and limos where clean and new

ON YOUR BIG DAY.....AVOID BIG K LIMO!!!! The driver "Mayo" although I can't confirm, he acted like he was intoxicated.... 1) We had guest driven around in a limo for over an hour , with what should have been a 10 minute ride. 2) Driver charged my guest money to drop them off at homes when that wasn't part of the contract. 3) Driver, crammed 14 people into a 10 passenger limo. 4) Driver wasn't paying attention , flirting with a female guest, drove past the hotel 13.8 miles 5) Driver made inappropriate remarks to a female guest...offering to help remove her dress. IMO.. This is the worst limo company you can find. This may not be your experience, but why take the chance!! Read my full review of events on yelp,com. I contacted Kevin Doublin and complained of the service....sent emails and left Vm's, no return calls or emails. I posted on the BIG K LIMO Facebook page and Kevin was able to have my review removed! What irks me the most, we paid good money and got this crap service...and Kevin didn't' even offer an apology! Pretty pathetic....... BEWARE!!!!! Kevin Doublin provided the WORST possible service on our day

Limo was on time. Made last min adjustments. Limo was clean

The party bus was awesome! Enough to hold the 22 people and all of our stuff as well as still having room to move around. The driver was great to work with and compromised to our needs. They upgraded our town car to a stretch limo without even telling us! The driver of the limo did not know where he was going- kept asking me where to go. We did end up getting there, but it was a but annoying. I would recommend them time and time again.
