We wrote our own vows and Rev Tod read them for us before the wedding and made sure they matched in length and tone which was very helpful! I would highly recommend Rev Tod especially to those wanting a non-religious ceremony that's all about the couple and their story!

ther couple over us when we had booked him and put down a deposit the previous year. We had been trying to reach him for 3 weeks and finally received an email stating he was on vacation. We have not received information on getting our deposit back. This is a completely a horrible experience!!!! I would NOT recommend an officiant who would do something completely devastating to someone so close to their wedding day. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE!!

r reading the glowing reviews, I felt like Tod was exactly what we were looking for. Since we were planning our wedding from out of town, I first had a phone call with Tod just to make sure it would be a good fit. He was very friendly and informative and I knew right away that I wanted him for our wedding. Several months later, we were able to meet him in person during a trip to Charlotte and he spent a lot of time truly trying to get to know us to make sure he could personalize our ceremony. We sent him a few pieces during planning such as common vows we wanted and two readings, but other than that he planned the ceremony out for us. During the wedding, he did an absolutely fantastic job! He incorporated things he had learned about us during our meeting and also added his own pieces in as well that made everything flow smoothly together. I had worried that without the religious aspect of the ceremony, it would be extremely short, but the whole thing lasted about 20-25 minutes which was perfect. He also incorporated humor into the ceremony, which made it more relaxed and comfortable. All of our guests were so complimentary about the ceremony and I would highly recommend Tod for any type of ceremony you are looking to have!

We wanted something different than unity sand and candles and he helped us work through making a Handfasting ritual that would slip straight into the wedding without much fuss and would be something uniquely us: Celtic, fun and personal. His pricing was perfect for our Halloween (Monday) wedding as well. I couldn't have asked for a better officiant and I will personally recommend him to anyone!!
