Big Pig Barbecue

The food and customer service was perfect. We got so may compliments from our wedding guests. Almost a year later and one of our guests asked for their information so they could cater her wedding. Great vegetarian options too!

Working with Big Pig was a tremendous experience from start to finish. Over the course of the past year for our very DIY wedding, Big Pig was there, helping us plan not just an scrumptious meal but a really special event. Being at a venue without staffing and not having a wedding planner meant that we were stepping up and really needed whatever caterer we chose to do the same. They helped us think through planning the menu, including for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free eaters. They downloaded a seating chart software and helped map out the tent. You were available to us days, nights and weekends to help think things through and plan things out. On the day of the wedding, Big Pig staffed up to help with set up and clean up. They arrived early and were there to the last moment of the night. They hauled chairs, removed tent siding, laid out cupcakes and much, much more. They were responsive, hard working, and good natured. And from the moment guests began eating, I started getting compliments. Most delicious wedding I've ever attended. Best BBQ I've had. The cornbread! The brisket! And so on :) Big Pig made our wedding a delicious success! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I got married in July and hired Big Pig to cater my reception. There is no accurate way to truly explain how amazing the BBQ was for my wedding. Jon and his staff arrived right on time, and when they say they can accommodate to any set up, they certainly mean it. My wedding was at my In-laws home and we couldn't have anyone parking on the property, so they made sure to give themselves enough of a window to set up in time before the ceremony started. My family was running around trying to take care of odds and ends, and they stepped in and asked if there was any way they could help us. Everyone was so friendly and certainly looked like they love what they do. They also had extra people come out to help set up all the table settings, and they made sure everything looked perfect. By the time everyone got up to eat, the food was hot and ready and boy was it delicious! I've never had BBQ that good in my life. We got a whole pig, steak tips and a variety of other things. There wasn't a single thing I didn't like. We also had a mountain (seriously, a mountain) of leftovers which was gone by the next day because it was so darn scrumptious. It's been almost 9 months since my wedding and people are still talking about how awesome it was. Thank you so much to everyone at Big Pig for helping make my wedding the best possible experience it could have been. I'm so blown away by the above and beyond effort put in to everything. My husband and I really wanted to do a pig roast for our wedding. We ended up booking Big Pig Barbecue and loved them! The food was absolutely amazing.
