When we provided her with our design inspiration, she provided a “draft” design that we loved so much that it practically turned into the final version. We simply had no notes. The cake arrived safe to the wedding and was an absolute masterpiece. It was covered in intricate and beautiful flowers, and was so stunning in design and execution, we loved it. On top of being absolutely stunning, the cake itself was delicious. A timeless design, taste, and execution that we’ll be remembering for a long long time. ra area. We loved her style and we reached out to Jocelyn, who responded to us promptly. She offered a tasting option of 3 different flavors. We made the trip from Los Angeles for her tasting and another tasting with another bakery. Not only were we impressed with her tasting box and tasting sizes, we loved her cakes! Our tasting included red velvet, vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, and chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese buttercream. My goodness, I can’t even explain how delicious all three of those cakes were! We ordered a 3 tier wedding cake that was red velvet, chocolate, and passion fruit. We chose passion fruit after inquiring about the flavor with Jocelyn, and trusting her description! We had sent Jocelyn several style designs, which she executed on our cake perfectly. Our cake was delivered to our venue on time and was displayed beautifully with florals, by Jocelyn. I can honestly say our wedding cake was one of my favorite parts of our wedding day. We loved how it looked, each flavor was delicious, and our guests loved it as well. I made sure no piece got left behind at the end of the night. My husband and I still talk about our wedding cake from time to time, lol! It was that good… and we are big cake lovers! As our one year anniversary is approaching, we are hoping to order another cake from Jocelyn to celebrate! Yes - choose Big Red Baking Company! The passion fruit flavor is incredibly delicious! Jocelyn’s buttercream frosting is TOP tier! Lastly, Jocelyn’s work is beautiful!

hink we have ever tasted. To top it off, it was also beautiful designed by Jocelyn. We ordered a two tier wedding cake with two different flavors, vanilla with chocolate and vanilla with passion fruit. While both were delicious, the passion fruit really stood out to us and was phenomenal! We have dreams about how delicious this cake was and we are very much going to be ordering another cake in the future and we can’t wait to taste it again!

did a cake tasting, where she created 4 mini cakes for us to pick up and try at home! They were 4 different flavors, and had different designs for us to look at and decide what we wanted. he very beginning. She was professional and detail-oriented and came up with amazing design concepts from the very limited amount of information we gave her about our ideas. By the time we tried her cake samples, we were sold! She personally delivered them to our home in a beautifully-packaged box and were by far the most amazing we tasted out of the several other highly-rated local bakeries we had also tried. When we finally got to see her creation on our wedding day, we were in awe at how beautiful and perfect it was. Although we had our reception in a lovely restaurant with a lovely meal, it was Jocelyn's cake that left the biggest impression on all of our friends and family. It was such a hit that my wife and I barely got a piece for ourselves!
