The bartenders themselves were amazing! Shannon, the new events coordinator, was also incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I will say that the initial events coordinator I worked with, Melissa, almost made us cancel our contract and find a different bar service for our wedding. I truly hope that she never works in the event coordination side of Big Red in the future….laundry list of issues, one bring that she told us she wouldn’t extend the buy-back option (that is in their contract!) if we wanted to order anything different than what she put in our original quote. Our experience with her is the sole reason we did not give a 5-star rating,

Booking through Big Red made an open bar a no-brainer! It was very simple to order through them along with the bonus of them buying back what you don't open. Saved us some money on our big day, while keeping our guests satisfied!
