I wanted a bouquet for myself that incorporated greenery and has a sort of "spilling" effect, a small bouquet for my maid of honor, a few arrangements for cocktail hour, and for the tables, a line of greenery with blush roses to lay on the tables. I was so impressed by the quality of flowers. She even texted me pictures of my flowers as she was getting them ready. Grace came to the hotel and set everything up perfectly. It was definitely worth paying for the set up and delivery - the only zero stress part of the day. My bouquet was so beautiful I didn't want to part with it when I went away on my honeymoon. I cannot wait to get pictures back from my photographer to share! Forget going to another florist - go here you won't be disappointed.

the general feel of what I was wanting Grace 'got me'. She was coming up with amazing ideas on the spot, it felt like more of a collaboration project than an interview with a potential vendor. Her creative ability is awe inspiring, her business acumen and follow up was that of a true professional. Days leading up to my wedding I was in constant communication with her via text; pictures of arrangements in progress and any potential changes that I saw fit. It was so exciting to hear that 'ding' and know that it was Grace sending me a photo. In all of the last minute stress that comes with planning your own wedding, sometimes a girl just needs to see something pretty, I loved it! Grace accommodated a few last minute changes but really, there was nothing big to change- she had thought of everything in advance. It was as if she went into my brain and and knew exactly what I wanted. The arrangements were grander than I anticipated; happy surprises everywhere I looked. She personally delivered all of the florals the day of the wedding and was back the very next morning to pick up the various vessels used. (Pro Tip- have your own vases or bowls ready to go, you do not want to have to throw the flowers away, they are too beautiful) This is not the florist for you if you want a show room and sample pieces; this is the florist for someone who wants the type of customization that working with a wholesaler grants you. If I tried to write down all of the compliments that I received from my arrangements I would surely max the word count for this post; people were freaking out. Everything was GORGEOUS. Grace, if you read this, drinks on me girl.

If you want to go with a discount flower place you will get what I got... A less than professional doing the flowers for your wedding day.... It was very unsatisfactory in my mind.... And when I called them they were less than professional in dealing with the situation. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

ch we had to go pick up ourselves the morning of the wedding!) to the flowers on the arch and centerpieces. We had made a sample of what we wanted the centerpieces to look like, with most of the components needed. We left everything with them so they could duplicate it and add flowers. They told us we could "borrow" the same size bowls for our centerpieces as long as they were all returned. Two days before the wedding, my daughter went to approve the flowers. They showed her "our sample" for the centerpieces and she approved it. The day BEFORE the wedding they called to say that they did not have the right sized bowl for the centerpieces. They were on loan to another wedding so we had to accept a lesser size bowl and a different look to the centerpiece OR we could give them another $300 for them to buy the correct sized bowls and they were charging an additional labor fee. We were outraged. We negotiated a smaller amount of money but the fact that they tried to get more money from us because of their mistake was unbelievable and very bad customer service. I would NOT recommend this florist at all. Pay a little more, maybe, and get people who have more integrity in their business dealings.

I had a beautiful cascading bridal bouquet of flowers, corsages, sweetheart table flowers, flower bouquets on the guest chairs for my wedding ceremony along with hanging crystals, gorgeous centerpieces (with live fish inside)! All of my wedding flowers and set-up looked exactly as I wanted it to look-absolutely STUNNING! There was nothing about the quality of service or quality of flowers that I would have changed. I went looking for a wedding florist and visited them all. We are on a tight budget, about $1,000. The florist we visited quoted us high prices, and no samples. And quite honestly it seemed that they didn't care about doing a wedding at our price. The prices were so high that my fiance said, "let's do the flowers ourselves". So we started to look for a wholesale florist, thats when we hit the jackpot! When we arrived at rosebig, I knew immediateley we were in the right place. The shop was packed with flowers. There were 3 other brides working on their flowers, as I saw the sample being made and heard the prices I couldn"t wait to see what mine would be. They were so nice and offered us starbucks, chocolates and snacks. I must tell you the arrangements were beautiful and the price was under our budget and this included free rose petals, toss bouquet and sample bouquet. I placed my order on the spot reserving the date with a small deposit. Since I wasn't sure how many center peices I'd need they invited me back a month before the wedding to review my order and to make any adjustments I'd need. They said the orders are flexible and we can make any changes that we need. I really feel that they care about each and every bride regardless of the size or price your wedding. It was a fun, easy and fast exerience!They also do the delivery and set up! I would reccomend them anytime. Make rosebig your first stop!!

My fiancee was happy for the first time, I mean we got such high quotes on these big pedistal arrangements from the other florists that we had been too, that this was a relief, here they we like half the price and beautiful! Now we could afford to get them! They really seemed to care to cover all the basis and kept telling us that we could make any changes we wanted anytime! They have free rental of the vases and pedistals so that help alot. With that being said we left feeling relieved that one less thing to worry about and that we had ordered the best wedding flowers that I had hoped for! They even gave us free sample flowers to take home. So everything works out if you keep trying, lucky for us we found them and I hope all of the knot brides go see them!

When I went in for my consultation the shop was a jumping little joint on a Saturday, there was a gorgeous wedding heading out to be delivered, other brides looking at the design books, and designers offering me a cold coke and still making the most lovely things! When I looked at all the photos of other recent weddings they had done and saw that no two were alike. I knew I would have a wedding that was uniquely mine. After I chit-chatted with a designer and the owner, Freddy, I knew I had I found my florist! Freddy and the designer had great ideas and a great price. I went shopping around before I found Freddy and he gave me such a great deal that I booked them on the spot. Not only did he give me 50% off everything that I picked out he also threw in a bunch of free gifts like a toss bouquet, rose petals, flowers for my cake, FREE vase rentals, and a bunch of flowers for me to take home that same day. And lucky for me, they are flexible enough to let me change or add on items as I need to and still get the 50%off. This made my fiance happy (along with the price) since every little wedding idea that pops into my head I tell him about whether he's at work, or asleep, or watching his Dodgers. Now Freddy's my go-to wedding guy since he's open 7days a week until 9pm! He even said I can email him any pictures of things I like and it gets put into my file so they know my style better. The designers were nice, hip to all the trends, and so knowledgable about everything I felt that I was in good hands. I met the gal who is not only going to be making all the arrangements for my wedding, conducting my review, and setting up at my venue. I know that having a close relationship with my floral designer and Freddy will ensure that they know what I like and that my day goes off without a hitch. The designer was even excited about our plans, it's good know that people in the wedding industry love what they do so much and that is more than a job to them but a passion. I feel so confident that the wedding I booked will be a one of a kind and beautiful, I'm recommending it to all of my other gal pals who are about to tie the knot too. I am so excited about my wedding flowers I wish I could get married tomorrow! I felt like part of the family and I think that is the difference when you go to a family run business.
