Our experience was amazing from booking and understanding what I wanted even when I was unsure myself. The day of our event she was On Time, and so professional dealing with so many demanding personalities. She came with so many props! And made sure that all of the guests took as many pictures that wanted at the photo booth during our Event. As many things that did go wrong that day the Photo Booth wasn’t one of them. When she told me not to worry and to enjoy my day that’s really what she meant. I would be booking again.

LaShana and her team were amazing! They made the photobooth so easy to use and were so delightful to talk with. They had us (fellow vendors) and all the guests having a blast. Big Smile Photo Booth came with so many props and LaShana custom made several pieces for the couple! LaShana was wonderful to work with through and through and the photos turned out so amazing!

They did such a great job! Made us custom signs and kept our guests having a great time all night! Highly recommend having a person there because older people get confused when they have to work it themselves.

I would highly recommend! The ownership changed from the time I originally booked to the time of my wedding, but you would have never known. The new owner made the change seamless and the communication was wonderful. They were so helpful in the week leading up to the wedding and checking if we needed everything else. At the wedding they provided as many copies of the pictures as needed and made sure the guest book got filled out. The staff were so friendly and fun and there was a great selection of props. Great vendor!

We had a great experience with Big Smile! They were quick to respond to all emails and they even matched the photo prints to our wedding invites! Above and beyond what we had expected The day of the wedding we didn't even notice Big Smile come in and set up- that is how quiet and seamlessly it was done. Our guests had an amazing time judging by all the pictures :) The props were clean, didn't show any signs of wear and tear, and were abundant, without being overwhelming. We felt it was a very classy photo booth. I real stand out for us was that Marie came to get the groom and I about 15 mins before she was scheduled to pack up. She noticed that in all the chaos we hadn't made it into the photo booth and wanted to make sure we got a chance to. It was SO SWEET! That really made us feel taken care of. This was such a great addition to our reception! Our guest absolutely had a blast taking pictures and now we have a guest book with handwritten messages and pictures! Totally worth it!

Marie is the greatest! She was my favorite vendor to work with. From the very beginning, she made the whole process quick and easy with a very convenient booking process and fast response to emails. When we got closer to our date, Marie was the only vendor I had to contact me first to confirm details and check in on any changes we had. It was such a relief knowing that I could trust her to be on top of things. She custom designed a photo strip for us, and it was so perfectly spot on with the theme of our wedding. On our big day, our Big Smile Photo Booth was a huge hit! Marie quickly accommodated big groups, or groups with height differences so everyone had the perfect photo. Photo strips printed super fast and everyone in the photos got a copy! The guest book Marie provided us is one of my favorite wedding keepsakes. Everyone put a copy of their favorite photo strips in our book and wrote us a message about their night. Within a week, she had sent us all the digital copies from the photo booth, we got all of the images individually and all the images as a strip. I could go on forever about the wonderful experience we had with Marie and Big Smile Photo Booth. I would highly recommend booking this for your wedding!

We had a Big Smile photo booth at our May 2017 wedding, and it was such a hit! Everyone had a great time using the booth. Marie was so easy to work with coordinating things before the wedding, and the attendant at the wedding did a great job explaining how the booth worked for everyone and printing extra photos as needed for bigger groups. I loved having an album of all the photos as well. It was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend Big Smile Photo Booth!

Marie is very professional and helpful. She provided the booth for our event at short notice. The props and booth itself are excellent, and the customised photo strip makes it even more special. Guests made repeated visits to the booth throughout the evening and much fun was had by all!

Marie was a pleasure to work with! She was very professional every time we spoke, and her pricing was very easy to understand. Not only did she provide the props, but we also got a guestbook/album our guests could sign and the flashdrive of all the pics from the night. Big Smile Photo Booth was a hit at our wedding this past weekend. Our guests loved getting their photos taken. At the end of the night, I realized I never got a photo with my husband so our photographer set it back up in order for us to take a shot. That was going above and beyond and we were so happy! We loved Big Smile!

Big Smile Photo Booth was amazing. They did my wedding and it was the talk of the reception. The booth attendant was wonderful and so friendly. She answered any questions people had and always had a smile on her face. The props were so much fun and I would have Big Smile again at another party. Big Smile Photo Booth participated at my wedding in September and it was a blast! Guests had so much fun and the host was so accommodating. Everyone thought the idea was so clever, and it was the perfect gift for them to take home for memories from the wedding. The host even took the time to make a custom strip for our photos that matched our invitations and looked wonderful! Big Smile Photo Booth was the icing on the cake that made our wedding so special! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Everything was perfect! They brought tons of props and had both color and black/white options. I even received a guest book so people could sign next to their pictures.

Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning. She responded to emails promptly and even had no problem accommodating an extra hour to the event that we added at the last second. At the event itself, there were a plethora of props to choose from and the attendant did a great job of facilitating the fun that all the guests were having! The printouts that the guests received were personalized with our names and the colors/design of our wedding and were a huge hit! They even included a flash drive and a photo scrapbook with all of the pictures taken during the night! Big Smile was a hit with everyone and we were so glad we ended up going with them for our big day!

I loved using Big Smile photobooth. The price was reasonable. I received four hours for 500.00. Marie was great and a pleasure to work with. She had so many props to choose from!!! I believe all of our guests took part in the photobooth!!! It was a hit!! She gave us a flashdrive of all the photos along with a book at no extra charge. She printed out extra copies for our guests at no extra charge as well!!! Big Smile helped make our wedding better than ever!!!

This was such a great surprise for me! My mom got this for me and I had no idea until I showed up at my reception! Everyone had a blast going in the booth. How do I know you ask??? Not only did I see guest after guest in and out of the booth, but I received a photo album with the prints (the guests got to write in it) as well as the thumb drive with all the pictures on it! She was a delight to work with!
