Did a good job with the items we rented for our wedding. Easy to work with.
Don't get me wrong, Kirk and Nate at Big Ten were amazing. They were super responsive and organized when it came to reserving the chairs for our outdoor wedding ceremony. The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the day of my wedding, the guys who came to set up the chairs had NO idea what they were doing. I provided them with a map and layout of how the chairs needed to be set up (how many rows and how many chairs on each side of the aisle) and they could not figure it out. I could see them from my hotel room window standing around scratching their heads. I ended up having to send my Dad down to help set up the chairs.
Kirk was AWESOME, and the team that came and set up was terrific!!
