He is a scam artist!! Its been 6 months and I have yet to receive a refund. He did not show up at my wedding and is unavailable. He said he didnt get my calls because he was at a play and his phone was on silent! I am currently working on a claim with the better business bureau. It's awful. He shouldn't even get 1 star.

Not a fan of Mike and his BTML dj services. We used him for our wedding in Rochester, NY. The equipment he brought with him malfunctioned and we did not have any processional music. During the reception he did not play the music we requested. We had a slideshow, and over the microphone he asked if one of our guests could press play, instead of having a remote control or better plan. What really upset me what when we gave feed back after the event. Mike became very defensive and rude, blaming everyone but himself, when all we wanted was a simple apology. He offered go give us back $100 as a partial refund, which as of writing this 5 weeks later still has not arrived.
