Big Top Tent Rental

Used this company for all of my rentals for my outdoor / barn wedding and they were fabulous. Timely and efficient for setup and removal. I worked with Beth, and her communication with me during the whole process could not have been better! We did have a malfunction with one of the heaters we rented but they went out of their way to rectify the situation and ensure one very happy customer.

It's tough to find a professional, reasonably priced wedding rental place in the area. We know because we tried several! Enter Big Top. First - the response was super-quick (thank you, Jessica!), professional and invoices were created right away. No hidden fees, no drama. Planning a wedding is difficult enough without hidden costs hitting your budget. We made a couple changes and updated a few items the month before and they were very accommodating. Absolutely no issues with the rentals and delivery - and this was about 90 minutes from their location. Huge thank you to Big Top for making our wedding day so beautiful!

I had a backyard wedding in September and Big Top was an excellent wedding vendor, providing the tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, plates, coffee urns, you name it! They had reasonable prices and great service. I decided to spend the extra money for the farm tables, and I was glad I did. They were gorgeous! Also, everyone was very impressed by the bathroom trailer they provided.

Big Top Tents quickly responded to my request of a quote. My mother and I were both impressed by the amount quoted. My family has used Big Top on several occasions including reunions. My mom and I went in person and from the second we walked in they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was unsure about a few things and they made me feel at ease and completely normal. We ended up in the end adding so much then we originally thought to the list but the price is still affordable and their suggestions are excellent. They listened to every idea I had and vision, they even went as far as giving a visual of what it would look like whether it was showing me how big the dance floor will be by measuring the office to showing us pictures and pieces of product. I could not be more please so far. I am looking forward to seeing the end result.

The Big Top Tent Rental company started off really accommodating. The office staff were willing to make whatever changes we needed with our rentals right up until a week before our wedding. The problems started when they delivered the rentals. They first backed into the stone wall in the driveway. After putting up the tent, I went with some family members to look at the space and the chairs we rented (white) were filthy and looked they had been chewed on. The men who delivered the items were nice enough to wipe them down (though they probably should have been clean to begin with). The porta-potties were delivered the next day and that worked out fine. We then realized the company never delivered the $900 generator that we were told we absolutely needed. They brought the generator during our rehearsal dinner (asking me where they should put it and what they should hook it up to...I was only told that we needed it...) Later that night we found out the generator wasn't working. They brought another one the next day (our wedding day) that also had problems. We ended up using power from our barn for most of the wedding. If you are looking to rent in this area, I would recommend Big Top for the tent and plates/silverware...but probably nothing more.
