inced, let me tell you about Cassie, the event manager. Between booking the event, rescheduling it for COVID, requesting infinite meetings with her to soothe my bride anxieties, she was organized, flexible, and endlessly calming. In no particular order, here are some things she did to go the extra mile:
- Secured a keg of our favorite Denver craft beer to serve alongside their incredible wine.
- Insisted my husband and I eat before anybody else to make sure we actually had food in us.
- Never let either of us have a hand without a drink in it.
- Got me an ice cream sandwich from the truck we brought in (which she handled all the details for), knowing I wouldn't make it through my sea of guests before it melted.
- Snuck me into the walk-in freezer when I was sweating like a hog from dancing so much.
She had a plan for absolutely everything and was so accommodating in every respect. She's everything you want in a wedding planner!

The Bigsby’s event planner, Cassie, is a miracle worker!! She is a big reason why we decided to book our most special day here. She had such knowledge, vision and confidence in knowing we could create exactly what we desired. She was so flexible and patient with us, making a “stressful” event planning no stress at all on my shoulders. I cannot thank her enough for creating a seamlessly, perfect “us” wedding day!
My guests are still raving about how much fun they had, the amazing the food & wine, and how unique the space was. This venue far exceeded our expectations, highly recommended!!

me or my mom had. Picking out the food from their really great menu was fun and simple, and the wine selection for our guests was spot on! Bigsby's really shines on its own for an evening event, so we didn't need to put any effort into decorating - it was ready to go and our DJ fit perfectly in the back and we danced the night away. The catering was seamless and they even brought out the cake for us (which was great because we were too distracted!) and everyone raved about the desserts. We also really loved the indoor/outdoor option with the garage door in the back which worked perfectly to let our guests go get some fresh air and circle around the fire pit.
