all of the staff throughout the event center, hotel, and restaurant were so polite and willing to do anything for any of our wedding guests. From planning to the night of the event, everything went so smoothly! They really went above and beyond! Knowing they had a wedding the night before, we couldn't get into decorate until the morning of the event. Everything was set and ready for us to start decorating before we got their at 7 am! All of the staff were so friendly. Many of them stopped to congratulate us and ask if there was anything that we needed.
Many of our guests made comments to us about how wonderful the hotel staff were to them as well. It was one of our younger guests birthday the next day, and the hotel staff made him a special brownie for breakfast. The staff made him feel more special than ever! We also had some of our guests go swimming the next morning. They went to the front desk to ask if they had any floaties or pool toys that people have left behind. They said they didn't, but if they waited 10 minutes the staff would go to the store and get some. After telling the staff that wasn't necessary, they went ahead and did it anyways! They tried paying for them, but the hotel insisted that it wasn't necessary.
Not only did they make our weekend wonderful, but went out of their way to make our guests feel the same way. It was a wonderful place to start our married life together and highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone!
