old me my dress would take 4 to 5 months to come in and that she would order a veil in them same shade as my dress so I could see it in store. Over 5 months go by and I have not heard anything from the store. I live two hours away so I give them a call: the girl on the other end says my dress is there but they do not call until they are ready for alterations. So time passes and I call again to schedule my first fitting. Turns out, my dress has not been delivered and they never ordered a veil. She said it takes up to 8 months for a dress which is not what I was originally told. Several weeks later they inform me that my dress has arrived. I picked it up to find multiple tears in the tulle overlay. I could not be more disappointed with my experience at Bijou. Needless to say, I will be finding my veil and doing alterations elsewhere.
