They made wedding dress shopping so easy and fun, and they have beautiful dresses for very reasonable prices. They also helped me to pack my dress up to take on the plane, which I was very nervous about, but it was no problem at all!

This was the first bridal shop I went to where I wanted to try things on and felt welcomed to do so. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was early in my search, so I wasn't really sure what I was looking for, so they happily brought a number of styles -- going so far as to strip one of the mannequins because they thought the dress on it might look great on me. I didn't end up finding the dress of my dreams there, but I definitely would recommend taking a look at what they have to offer.

I did not have the best time searching for dresses here in Hawaii. I would go to places and show pictures of what I wanted and most places kept putting me in the complete opposite. Bijou Bridal listened to what I wanted and they did not disappoint. They put me in my dream dress 1st thing! They made me feel comfortable and also allowed me to look through all the dresses which I found out a lot of places don't let you do. They were great to work with!

I did not know where to start looking for wedding dresses. My wedding planner suggested Bijou Bridal. I picked out 7 dresses and fell in love with a Maggie Sottero dress. Aunty Millie was the sales rep who helped me try on dresses, she was so patient and gave very helpful tips. I bought the dress in Dec and was worried because I was flying back to San Diego and would not see the dress again until the week of wedding in June. The dress arrived on time w/a month to spare. They scheduled me for an alteration fitting and finished my alterations in 2 days. They also have wedding dress cleaning.

Absolutely loved my Bijou Bridal dress!!! Superb service and wonderful, spacious location. Didn’t feel rushed at all when I tried on a ton of dresses. I flew from a different island to purchase it and flew back again for the fitting. Did the fitting in one weekend with no hassle! Would definitely come back for any type of formal gown!

Finding your wedding dress can be challenging but with the support of family and the help of hardworking employees you can find that perfect dress! I went to multiple boutiques and stores on the Island and did not find anything UNTIL I went to Bijou Bridal. One of their employees suggested this dress; when at first look it didn't look like something I would wear, but once I tried it on I fell in love. She opened my eyes to try on something that I would least expect to love and I’m so happy that she did. From alterations to the final piece I am 100% satisfied with everything! Mahalo Bijou Bridal!

I found my perfect dress here after Pauline let me choose 3 that I like to my personal taste and she was going to pick some out for me! It turned out that the one I said yes to was the one I chose after I had given her pictures of what I thought I wanted! They were so accommodating and they were a really great staff to work with!

On my first day of wedding dress shopping, I had scheduled appointments at two salons. This was the second of the two salons. Right from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was like a fairytale. Leslie was patient and gave genuine advice. She had an eye for narrowing down the silhouettes that I felt my best self in. I chose my dress that day with her help! I also got my bridesmaids dresses there; the quality, value, and selection were the best here! They made the experience a wonderful one!

Only one way to describe Leslie (and all her amazing staff at Bijou Bridal)--miracle workers! I had originally come into Bijou Bridal just looking for alterations to a dress I'd purchased online. Leslie and her staff were very friendly and helpful about making sure the dress I'd purchased elsewhere was well-manicured before my big day. Although the originally purchased dress was beautiful, every time I went back for a fitting, I was less and less excited for the dress and the possibility of wearing it on my wedding day. A month before my wedding I mentioned my buyer's remorse to Leslie, and she was immediately eager to help find me a dress that 1) I loved, 2) we could order and have altered in a month, and 3) was still in my budget. When I found the dress that I loved, Leslie sold me the sample right off the rack (an ordered gown in my size wouldn't arrive in time). Then her seamstress Sofine worked her magic to make the size 12 sample size fit this size 2 bride. I am so glad that I spoke up about my old dress, and that I trusted the Bijou Bridal alterations team to make the dress I loved fit me--it turned out spectacularly!! My new dress from Bijou Bridal made me feel all the things I wanted to feel on my wedding day--beautiful, romantic, special, and comfortable--all at the same time. I loved my dress so much I didn't want to take it off! I absolutely cannot thank Leslie and her team enough for all their amazing work and support! :)

A little background story. My mom wanted me to do the typical Chinese tradition of having 3 dresses. We knew two were going to be white and the last one was going to be red. It worked out fine since my mom and I had different ideas of what type of dress I should wear. I wanted a princess ball gown and she amazingly wanted a fitted sexy dress. Well I compromised by saying the ceremony dress will be the ball gown and the second reception dress would be the fitted one. Bijou was our 6th shop we went too. Mainly because my mom and I could not agree on anything. It was either the straps weren't right or there was no rushing. Also we realized that most bridal shops didn't have a seamstress at hand. They mostly hire third party seamstresses. Leslie at Bijou is the manager and the lead seamstress. So whatever you wanted she could pretty much show you. Also the dresses there were gorgeous. It hit all the marks of what I wanted and what my mom wanted. A plus was it is very spacious and it felt like a bridal boutique on tv. Leslie and Pauline were not at all pushy. I had a veil I was borrowing from my Maid of Honor and they pretty much said that one matched better than any of their veils in their store. I love their honesty which is hard in a business where it's easy for them to push to make a sale. We also bought the groomsmen suits there. And they were willing to do the alterations on the tux my fiancé bought and the third dress I bought from another store. Amazing experience.

So, I showed up to Bijou Bridal for my wedding to be altered 4 days before my wedding. And let me tell you, there was nothing easy or simple about this alteration job. The dress had a lot of embroidered beading and intricate lace details. The dress needed to be sized down about 3 sizes on me, it was huge, I kept losing weight everyday! Now I gotta admit, I had my obvious concerns, this was going to be a lot of work and we had no time for error. And boy did they deliver, thats pretty impressive! In 2 days they had that dress looking completely flawless on me and they did a last minute alteration for one of my bridesmaids right on the spot and they didn't even want to charge her, we all left with our dresses looking perfect! That's pretty amazing and impressive on many levels. This is where you want to go to get your wedding dress in Hawaii and if you bought your dress on the mainland and it looks like its going to be a tough, complicated job you can bring your thousands upon thousands of dollars wedding dress here and know that its in good hands no matter what the time limit is!

The staff was very friendly, however the selection was very limited. I came in with very few parameters and yet was only able to try on a couple of dresses. If you are looking for a small selection of strapless dresses then this is the place to come. If you are looking for anything else, go somewhere else.

On a whim I checked out Bijou and found my dress there. It is beautiful shop with very friendly staff. I spent a few hours looking at dresses over a few different appointments and never felt like I was being pushed out or talked into a dress that I wasn't in love with. While the dress I chose was a bit pricey, it was certainly fair and worth it. I couldn't imagine myself in any other dress. The team at Bijou is super nice and helpful. I would recommend checking out this salon when you start your gown search. I think their service is probably better than most.

I love Bijou Bridal and wish I found my wedding gown from here. However, most their gowns are strapless, and I was looking for tank v-neck style. From the moment you step in, you are in heaven. Smells pleasant, pleasant sounds, pleasant people. Although I was jealous that I found my BM dresses from here instead of my gown, I was really happy. Leslie is AWESOME! I love working with her. She really knows her stuff. She was able to add a custom ribbon to my BM dresses. My BMs looked exactly what I thought they would like, dresses were lovely and fit each BM like a glove! They were all happy.

After our wedding I can say with even more certainty that Bijou Bridal is as amazing as it gets! Although I purchased my gown in LA because that's where i live now I brought my dress home for fittings and alterations because of their amazing service. The bridal salon I purchased my dress from was awful and increased my levels of stress every time I entered. Bijou is the exact opposite - it is clean, beautiful, serene and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are so easy to work with. My husband ended up purchasing his suit from Bijou and was also amazed with their customer service. They were able to do our fittings and alterations in a short amount of time because we flew home right before the wedding. Bijou allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience of dress/suit selection and fittings. We will be telling all of our friends and family not to go anywhere else!!!!
