Run to book an appointment here! My experience at Bijou Bridal was one of my favorite and most enjoyable out of the entire wedding planning process. From the moment I made the appointment, I was made to feel like my wedding was the most important event that was happening. This was the 3rd store I went to and in each of the previous 2 stores, I found a dress I loved but wasn't entirely sure. I showed my stylist, Caitlin, the 2 dresses and the 1st dress she pulled for me was "the one"! It was a perfect combination of the first 2 dresses and I felt amazing. Caitlin understood exactly what I wanted and was so helpful throughout the whole process. My family and I had such a positive experience that I immediately made appointments for my Bridesmaids and my mom. The bridesmaids dresses turned out beautiful and my mom looked and felt amazing in her dress as well. Every call, every appointment, every interaction with the Bijou staff was amazing. Thank you to Caitlin and Jenna and everyone else at the store for making me look and feel beautiful for my wedding day. You are truly amazing!

I cannot recommend Bijou Bridal enough! I had the best experience finding the most perfect dress. The staff were kind, helpful, and made me feel welcome. Jessica, my seamstress, was absolutely wonderful and made all my alterations and special requests come to life.

Made an appointment to view dresses very early in my planning journey because there was a sample sale, spoke with Marissa about what I liked and didn’t like. She was the sweetest person and helped me try on all of my dresses. She and her colleagues managed to make me feel like the most beautiful person even when I was bloated and looked like crap. Bought my dress and when it came in, it was stunning. I loved the entire process and everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. If I’m ever in need of other formalwear I know exactly where I am going.

Thank you to the whole team at Bijou for helping me find my dream dress for my July wedding! There was a great selection of gowns that were reasonably priced. My dress and veil were absolutely gorgeous. I loved that you were able to get alterations and have all the fittings right there at the store. Super convenient! I definitely recommend visiting Bijou if you’re on the search for your perfect dress!

Bijou was the first place I went to for wedding dresses, and I actually selected the first dress I tried on! It wasn't even a dress I imagined myself wearing, which is a huge credit to the stylists there!

Had an amazing experience with Bijou Bridal. Their space is absolutely stunning and I truly felt like a bride. Their ordering and altering process was seamless and they helped me through every step. My dress was absolutely stunning for my big day!

My experience at Bijou bridal was one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered while shopping for a dress. When I walked in, I was instructed to walk around and pick dresses I wanted to try on. The girl who was supposed to help me, stood awkwardly near a rack and I had to get the dresses off the rack and carry them over to her. I asked for her input of what dresses to try on, and she didn’t give any. When it was time to try dresses on, she handed me a dress and said “ok just let me know when you’re ready and I’ll zip you up.” Comparable to other bridal stores, other attendants would assist me in getting the gown on and off. I was left alone trying to get in and out of these 20 lbs dresses . When it was time to walk outside to show my guests, the attendant stood off to the side and didn’t say a word. It made the experience so awkward. When on of the dresses didn’t fit me, I told the attendant the material Crepe wasn’t for me and I wasn’t interested in any more Crepe dresses. After I handed her back the dress. I heard her outside my fitting room getting help from her coworkers and there was a lot of whispering, then next thing I know there were 3 attendants trying to help me, which was very intimidating going from one attendant who didn’t speak to two more who didn’t introduce themselves. The next dress I was handed was Crepe disregarding my dislike. Even had I found the dress of my dreams, my experience alone would be enough for me not to purchase from this store.

I originally came to Bijou because they were the one bridal store I could find that had a Maggie Sottero dress I wanted. I was warmly welcomed into the store by Jenna, who was amazing to work with throughout my whole bridal process. I originally came alone to try on the dress and Jenna took so many pictures for me and made the experience feel not stressful at all. At this point I had tried on over 70 dresses and was exhausted with the process. I ended up coming back and buying the dress with my sister and they made ordering very easy. The dresses are reasonably priced and they had a wide variety. Because of the distance of where I live from the store, I opted to choose a tailor closer to home, which was a huge mistake. The woman did not fit the dress on me right and I immediately called Jenna and sent her pictures, after it was "done". She told me not to worry and that they could have one of their tailors help me fix the dress. Within an hour, she had three tailors ready to help me and they fit me in within a week. This was all about a month before my wedding so I was really anxious. The seamstress I worked with was so kind and made my dress fit perfectly! I wish I had done their tailoring from the beginning. I also ended up ordering my bridesmaid dresses from Bijou because they were able to order a specific color that I could not find anywhere else! All the ladies that work here were always helpful and encouraging. Jenna saved my wedding dress and I am so grateful for her and the Bijou team!

I love it here! From my first shopping experience to my last fitting, they were always incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful and led me to find the dress of my dreams!

Bijou Bridal was the 3rd place I went to try on dresses. The woman helping me was very nice. I told her my budget and she did not show me a single dress outside of that. After purchasing my dress, I did my alterations with them & was also very happy with how those turned out.

I really cannot say enough good things about my experience at Bijou Bridal. I ordered my dress before the pandemic and they were able to hold it for me and kept it in perfect shape until I finally got it fitted in Jan 2022. I was particularly impressed by Jess, who did some expert alterations. My dress was all different lace patterns and I am short so it needed to be taken up by about a foot, and she made the alterations seamlessly. She was also patient and listened to what I was looking for in my dress, explaining everything she planned to do and adjusting it to my needs. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Went there as a bridesmaid 4ish years ago. the most miserable experience ever. They only carry up to a certain size in store, & the bride insisted everyone shop there. Being plus sized, nothing fit me. We had to measure & guess, while holding the dress up to my body. It took everything I had to not burst into tears. The dress itself was wonderful. The experience was so awful, I refuse to shop there now for my own wedding, over 100lb lighter. I still don't think I've lost enough sizes to fit what they carry.

Bijou Bridal was my second spot for trying to found a gown. Jenna, my bridal consultant, was ready to tackle the day of finding the dress all the way to the fitting! Jenna helped me find the perfect dress for the style of wedding I was having. Jenna was so excited every time I came into the salon to try on or purchase a bridal accessory! She was always willing to help. Jenna really made my shopping a positive and confident one! Beyond Jenna, Jess & Julie were also excellent to work with. Jess was excellent at my alterations and made sure everything fit properly. She was so friendly and understanding. We laughed a lot during our fittings! I can’t thank Bijou Bridal enough for being a key part of my special day. Many thanks to Jenna, Jess, and Julie! So many great options here! I went to one other place the day before coming here and was very undecided. As soon as I walked in I saw a dress on display that I wanted to try on, I tried it on 4th or 5th and it was the one!! Everyone there was me feel so beautiful and it was easy to make the decision. The dress was also very affordable.

Out of my 7 appointments, this was the one that felt the most like Say Yes to the Dress. So many options. Consultants that gave a Kleinfeld kind of vibe. There were two assigned to me - I'm guessing a newer woman and one with more experience. They were both engaged and collaborating. It was such a fun experience. I had a dress in mind when I left - I thought it would THE dress! It turns out I didn't get that dress, but I still think about that day and feel like I was treated so well that it would be a good experience for anyone.

Had such a great experience here at Bijou Bridal! Bijou was my first bridal shop that I tried on dresses at, and instantly fell in love with a dress. I had such a great experience with Jenna helping me try on and pick up dresses, and really listening to what I wanted and what looked best on me. I didn’t want to put all my eggs in one basket, so I left and checked out other places and immediately thought “what the heck was I thinking- I’m definitely going back to Bijou!” Between the atmosphere, the customer service and finding the dress of my dreams, it was the easiest yes! The care and alterations/bustle of my dress was so carefully done, the dress was stunning. Here we are a year later after saying yes to the dress and I finally got to wear it on my big day. I couldn’t recommend this bridal boutique enough!

What an amazing selection of gowns and a great experience for brides! I worked with Armida who was kind, knowledgeable and energetic! Even though I ultimately didn’t purchase my gown from this store I would still recommend to every bride!

I had an excellent experience at Bijou Bridal! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Aileen was more then helpful! She took the time to explain the different silhouettes and fabrics and really listened to what I wanted. I had a Friday morning appointment and pretty much had the place to myself! I was able to bring 4 guests with me, and in an hour and a half appointment, I tried on 5 dresses.

This salon was my one and only shopping experience. In fact, the first dress I tried on was the one I went with! I was so happy with the experience. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with and I ended up getting a Justin Alexander dress with pockets!!! I also had my alterations done here. Overall, it was a great process, if you live in the area, I recommend them!

I purchased my wedding dress here. I had the pleasure working with Neena who was fantastic. She was so helpful and accommodating and so nice. She made the process so easy for me. Had a great selections of dresses to choose from. I also did altercations here and they turned out perfect!

I really enjoyed my experience at Bijou Bridal. My consultant Emily was very accommodating and very professional. She walked me through the dress to help me select ones to try one. She was very knowledgeable and selected a beautiful dress for me to try on. I really really liked the dress but unfortunately, I had tried on another dress at another shop prior that I realized I loved even more. Although I did not purchase my dress here, it was a wonderful experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Neena from Bijou Bridal in Ardmore and I couldn’t be happier with the positive energy and encouragement. She was so helpful in finding what pieces I liked about every dress I tried to help me eventually find my dream dress. I was really impressed with the staff and the selection of dresses. I want to preface this review by saying that Jenna is wonderful, I honestly cannot believe she helped me find a dress on day 1. When the Covid shut down started, she even helped me find a veil via email that matched my dress perfectly. It was amazing working with her, she is extremely professional and kind. The alterations are insanely expensive. From the beginning, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my dress and was given a package price (basically to make it fit my body) and additional pricing to change the silhouette. Each time I went for a fitting, however, more charges were tacked on for what was already discussed. It was a little off-putting, but what was I going to do at that point? I couldn’t say no or take my dress elsewhere. I had my final fitting scheduled for the week prior to my wedding (this was maybe the 5th time I had to go in, which again seemed excessive). Two day before the fitting, I got a call that someone in the shop had tested positive for Covid. Are you serious? I went into immediate panic mode. They assured me that my dress would be ready for my wedding and they would do everything possible to make that happen. I wasn’t comfortable going into the shop again, I was not going to risk exposure to myself and my entire family! I was able to pick my dress up on the day my final fitting was scheduled, thank God, right? Well... when I got it home, it was still big around the chest (which had been an issue at every other fitting), there was a slight imperfection around the scalloped edge of the hem, and the transition from the bodice to the skirt was not how I discussed at my previous fitting. I don’t even know if the original seamstress worked on the final product. When I reached out to the shop, they basically told me the only thing I could do is go into the shop. Again... no. How is it fair to expose myself to this virus less than a week before my wedding!? I opted to just settle with my dress as is, which is upsetting. My dress was beautiful but less than perfect, thanks to the lack of attention from the alterations. The last thing I thought I would have to settle for (considering everything else), was this.

I recently returned to Bijou Bridal in Ardmore to look for my bridesmaids dresses after a wonderful experience of saying yes to my wedding dress about a month and a half earlier. I brought my 2 bridesmaids, as well as my mother and the mother of the groom. To no surprise, Bijou impressed yet again! Jenna was our consultant again and made my girls feel so comfortable! She made sure that each bridesmaid tried on dresses that they liked while looking on the rack and was very attentive. Jenna even pulled my wedding dress and accessories so that I could try it on while next to the girls to ensure that my vision for the wedding attire was perfect. In the end, we all agreed on the dress and color, and everyone was very happy with the choice! I am glad that I returned to Bijou and I look forward to working with their great team of consultants/stylists throughout my wedding planning process!

I said yes to my dream dress and had the most incredible experience at Bijou Bridal in Ardmore! My consultants Jenna and Chrissy were extremely friendly, attentive, personable, and detail-oriented. This was my second time dress shopping so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted in terms of style and shape. After taking a thorough look through my Pinterest board before I even arrived at the salon, Jenna’s first pick for me was THE dress! We tried on several other dresses in various different styles, but after over 2 hours, I came back to the very first dress and said yes! After saying yes to the dress, Chrissy helped me choose the perfect veil and tiara. My mom and I received the royal treatment at Bijou! We will definitely be returning to take a look at bridesmaids dresses, as well as mother of the bride/groom dresses!

As it was my very first time wedding dress shopping ever, I had no idea what to expect, or even feel. Fast forward to almost 5 hours later of trying on dresses (too many beautiful ones to choose from!!), I found the PERFECT one, but an even better experience. I can't even point out one consultant because they are all incredible. They truly put themselves in your shoes to better understand what it is you envision, and they don't stop until you are without a doubt, and that's what I think is most important. Thank you to each and every one of you at Bijou Bridal(Ardmore, PA) for sharing this special moment with me, and making it even more special and memorable with your kindness, patience, thoughtfulness, creativity, and genuine feedback. I cannot stop singing the praises of Bijou! The experience at Bijou far surpassed any other bridal salon that I went to in the area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt with my appointment time (even on a Saturday) and accommodating of my rather large party include my three sisters and two moms. My assistant Jenna, was kind, bubbly and focused on me and what I wanted. She listened, but wasn't afraid to help guide me toward the dress of my dreams. She made me feel like a bride, without making me feel rushed or bullied toward a decision or having to make a purchase right then and there. No one treated me the way Jenna did at any other salon that I visited, she is a true star! When I needed to get back in on a Sunday to try on my dream dress, Jenna was right there to great me full of excitement. You will not find a better bridal salon or better people to help you feel like the bride you are!

Bijou Bridal.... more like my second HOME, throughout my wedding process!! My goodness. From the moment I stepped in the door I immediately felt comfortable, relaxed and confident. I felt like this was the place i was meant to find my wedding dress. I felt it so strongly I came back TWICE and got to work with Jenna both times. She was patient and reassuring and worked with me, especially since... well, I loved MANY dresses, until we found the one. Chrissy was also by my side even though it wasn’t even in her job description ..(I don’t think haha !) Jenna and Chrissy quickly became like best friends to my mom, maid of honor and I as we all got our dresses at Bijou Bridal. Every time we came back it felt like visiting family and the woman who altered my dress... there aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how kind and attentive she was. To say it was a bittersweet day the day we picked up my dress for a final time is an understatement. But not to worry... Chrissy and Jenna took me up on my offer to CRASH MY WEDDING. You heard me. I’m sitting at my reception next to my new husband and bam in come Chrissy and Jenna. We got them seats and a meal and of course took some pictures. Bijou bridal is more than a wedding dress salon, it’s a family ❤️

I had a very good experience with Bijou Bridal. I needed a pretty quick turn around time to order the dress and have it fitted. The Bijou team made sure we had everything done in time. We had a wonderful experience with a very talented and experienced seamstress. She worked around very complex beading and ensured that the dress fit perfectly. I felt beautiful and comfortable in my dress for the entire day. I highly recommend Bijou!

I had an absolutely amazing experience getting my wedding dress! Jenna was perfect for me- she took what I said and found exactly what I was looking for and was so fun and supportive. The selection was great and the prices were much better than I expected! I'd recommend this salon and Jenna to anyone!

LOVED my dress I got from here! The whole process was so easy. I live out of town, and I was able to schedule my fittings around my schedule of when I was going to be in town without a problem. The woman doing my alterations was SO knowledgeable about the dress and the lines in it, she made it perfect!

My experience at Bijou Bridal was nothing but wonderful. As the mother of the bride it truly was a great experience and I could not have found a more perfect dress. I absolutely loved my experience shopping for the dress and Wendy, the seamstress did a really great job. Also the appointments were very accommodating. I received numerous compliments on my dress the day of my daughter's wedding and I felt absolutely beautiful in it. I cannot say enough good things about Bijou and would highly recommend them to future mothers of the bride or groom.

I went to Bijou after visiting a couple of other bridal salons, and my experience here was unmatched. The consultants listened to what I wanted including some of the suggestions of my entourage. they made sure they didn't pull a single dress over my price-point without consulting me first. The best part was that my consultant made sure that I removed dresses from my maybe pile every time I tried on a new one that I liked. I never thought I would find a dress that would make me feel so beautiful. I also did my fittings here, and Deborah was a fantastic seamstress. She made sure that my dress fit perfectly on the day of my wedding. The only negative thing I would have to say about Bijou is that they charge a "flat fee" for their fittings but then charge additional for extra bustle points. I was surprised how expensive the fittings ended up being; however, I would definitely recommend Bijou for your wedding attire.

I could not have asked for a better experience while dress shopping than the day I had at Bijou Bridal! I actually had an appointment with another bridal salon earlier in the day and found NOTHING. However, at Bijou, I had 2 attendants who completely listened to what I wanted and stayed way UNDER budget! Almost every gown I tried on, I absolutely loved. Not only did they pull gowns that were perfect, but we had such a great time! It was like shopping with 2 friends I had known for years. I never felt rushed and never felt like they were pushing anything on me. Also, my family had a great time sitting in their beautiful room waiting for me to come out and show them the gowns. And then, the alterations process was also a dream!!! I LOVED my seamstress and we even got to know her pretty well, too! My mom, grandmother or sister came with me to those appointments and again had a great time. Bijou even had hours in the evening so I didn't have to take time off of work to just to get in for alterations. I felt like I had the perfect bridal shop experience throughout all of my interactions with Bijou. I would recommend them to any bride looking for her dream dress!!

Highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area. They did a great job at just simply listening to what I was looking for and bringing me what they thought matched. I never once felt pressured or like the sales woman wasn't listening to me. Just some really nice, genuine women who work here!

I walked into Bijou having though I had already found my wedding dress at a different salon and was more or less just looking for confirmation. My consultant was aware of this and did not take it personally nor did it feel like she was in any way trying to change my mind. I ended up going with a completely different gown and was so glad I did! Bijou was also so great throughout the alterations process. The seamstress was so sweet and patient with me as I nitpicked through all the details, and the dress was absolutely flawless for my wedding day.

So I made the mistake of looking for wedding dresses on Pinterest and of course I found one that I absolutely loved. I spent the next few days contacting every bridal salon within 100 miles trying to find not only the dress but the dress in a sample size I could actually fit into. I contacted Bijou Bridal of Ardmore hoping they might have the dress I was looking for but they didn’t. Their NJ location had the dress and they offered to get the dress from the NJ location so that I could try it on. I had some concerns because the sample size was too small but I was still encouraged to come in and try on the gown. When I got there the dress was pulled out already and all set for me to try on. I found out during my appointment that not only did they get the dress free of charge from the other location a manager actually drove to the NJ location to get the dress for me to try on. I was absolutely stunned. To top it off my bridal consultant Jenna was amazing. She was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. She helped me feel good in the dress despite it being too small and we got to talk about our love of say yes to the dress. Not only was she amazing with me but she was amazing with my 2 month old, my entourage and she had no problem joking around with my fiancé. Once I decided that that dress was actually my dress she encouraged me to go back out on the “runway” and take a few pictures of my amazing Sophia Tolli gown. I loved working with Bijou and Jenna. I look forward to going back when my dress comes in and going in to shop for accessories. They could not have been anymore accommodating, if I hadn’t decided on that dress I couldn’t have seen myself getting a dress anywhere else they truly were amazing

I cannot say enough amazing things about Bijou, specifically Alaya. I brought my mom, to be MIL, and 2 bridesmaids to my appointment. We descended on the shop picking out a couple that caught our eyes. On my preference sheet, I noted I like lace, beading, wasn't a fan of the ballgown style, was more of a romantic glam gal but I would be open to trying things. The first couple gowns were bohemian and not the right style for me. Alaya assured me she had a plan and to not be discouraged, we were just warming up. She was ONE HUNDRED PERCENT dead on the money. The dress that literally made me a puddle of happy tears was mid-way through the line up. Alaya listened to EVERY bit of feedback and more so, my face and body language to pin point the exact perfect dress. Not to mention, the appt was for 1.5 hours but we were there for almost 3. I NEVER felt rushed and was just told to enjoy the process. 10 out of 10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend Bijou!!!

I found my dream dress at Bijou Bridal! The experience was amazing and they were very helpful. This was the second salon I went to and they helped me narrow down my choices. My dress was nothing like I've seen before and the compliments I received about my dress on my wedding day showed that. I would definitely recommend bijou for elegant, beautiful gowns!

I loved my Maggie Sottero dress from Bijou Bridal! My sister got her wedding dress here, my mom got her mother of the bride dresses for both of our weddings here, and I've purchased two bridesmaid dresses here. I was excited to go to Bijou on my first (/only) day of dress shopping. We worked with Bethany when I was selecting and trying on dresses - she was enthusiastic, helpful, and gave great guidance. I am so pleased with the dress I chose among several beautiful options. The best thing about our experiences at Bijou Bridal was working with Nicolette the seamstress. She is incredibly talented. She knows exactly how a dress should fit and move - my dress fit PERFECTLY. Her alterations made the dress even more flattering - they were changes I never would have thought of that made a huge difference. She performed a miracle turning my mom's oversized and kind of beat up sample dress into a STUNNING gown. She is also really kind and cool and fun to work with - I looked forward to seeing her at fittings. We'll miss her!

I came to Bijou since my best friend found her wedding dress at this shop. I think that Bijou has the best selection of wedding gowns in Philly. They staff was very accommodating and professional, especially the front desk receptionist and my seamstress, Wendy. They created a stress free experience. I highly recommend Bijou!

I found my dream dress at Bijou Bridal with the help of consultant Sara. She did a fabulous job listening to what I envisioned for my dress and pulling beautiful and flattering dresses for me. When deciding between two styles at the very end, she was very helpful and not at all pushy. I truly felt that she wanted me to find my wedding dress rather than just make a sale. I thought finding my dress would be the most exciting part of the process, and then I met THE MOST FABULOUS ALTERATIONS SPECIALIST OF ALL TIME - Nicolette. If you are getting your dress altered at Bijou Bridal ask for her by name, you will not regret it. She is extremely skilled and understands how to tailor a dress absolutely perfectly. She made what I perceived to be tiny changes to my gown that enhanced the overall look of the dress beyond measure. Thank you to Nicolette for making my dress perfect!

Bijou had the best selection of dresses! It was totally different options than anywhere else I looked. I found my gown here and I could not be happier. The consultants were kind and very knowledgeable. The store itself was so bright and inviting. My whole entourage felt like royalty the whole appointment. Definitely recommend!!!

Bijou Bridal was the best ever!

While it helps that I found my dream dress at Bijou (and it was shockingly, the very first dress I tried on with my mom) I truly cannot speak higher of our experience and the amazing attention to detail from the entire staff. Jenna was an angel and beyond humble, stating all she does is "clip and zip" lol but after having a far cry from the same experience and not the best atmosphere at other salons, I can say with certainty that she does so much more than that. She is very experienced and legitimately showed me the dress of my dreams on the very first try. With that, she was so warm, friendly and encouraging. Not once did I feel pressure to 'say yes to the dress' but rather, she let me have time to myself and really enjoy the moment with my family and friends. I'm EXTREMELY indecisive so I was dreading having to try on many more dresses and had a slew of other appointments lined up. It became very apparent that I should trust my gut, but they still allowed me the time and privacy to do so, while also making me feel like an absolute goddess/movie star/the perfect bride, all rolled into one. Although I knew from the moment I put it on that this was "my dress" I was too afraid at first to say so, thinking things should be harder or I should try on more... with that, they told me to go for a walk by myself in the dress and that no decisions needed to be made right now. As I walked along the salon floor I got a truly serendipitous sign as a song which signifies a relationship of a lost loved one came on the radio and everyone in my party cried and we knew that this was my dress. With that, the staff cheered and provided tissues and truly made it a moment I will never forget. To top it all off, they said I can come back any time and try on my dress to show other members of my bridal party who could not be in attendance at this appointment. They just make every effort to make you feel incredible and I am so excited to share this bridal journey with them. I'll recommend them to anyone who gets engaged! I'm forever indebted and cannot say thank you enough!

I had a fabulous experience at Bijou Bridal in Ardmore! They have a huge selection of beautiful gowns, and I found one that was perfect for my Florida wedding on 3/16/19. The onsite alteration service was especially helpful, and they made sure my dress was a perfect fit before the big day! I am very happy with my experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress!

I loved Bijou! I would highly recommend making an appointment to shop for your bridal dress, bridesmaid dress or mother of the bride/groom dress. They had such a great selection and the staff was great every step of the way. I went to a BUNCH of places but every time I tried on a dress, something just seemed to be missing. I had actually gone to Bijou very early in the process - I liked one dress but wasn't in love with it. Since I was having a difficult time finding a dress, I decided I should go back and try that dress on again to see if it was really the best dress. While I was there for the second time, i tried on that dress and a few other that the staff picked for me. I ended up finding a dress that had just come in and it was perfect for me. They have a wide array of dresses at every price point so this place is for everyone. Since I got my dress here, I opted to get my bridesmaid dresses here as well. They off a 10% discount on bridesmaid dresses if you purchase your dress there. I know my bridesmaids appreciated that! Also, I cannot emphasize enough how great their seamstress was. When my dress first came in, I was a little underwhelmed but she made it fit exactly as I had pictured! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at bijou!

I found my dress at Bijou Bridal this weekend and my experience was amazing. My consultant was Neena and she was great; super knowledgeable; listen to what I was looking for but also brought dresses to me based on elements I liked from others to try on as well. The dress I choose was one Neena actually picked out and just wanted me to try it and see and it was the one!!! Their selection was great they had classic dresses but also very unique dresses as well. I would recommend them to anyone and request Neena!!

Great and helpful experience! I met with Angelica, and it was the first time trying on dresses. I was nervous and unsure of what I wanted. She was so patient and helpful and fun to be with. I ended up finding my perfect dress there. The range of pricing and styles at Bijou was great and made me feel confident about picking the one I loved. Angelica was awesome!!

Bijou is my favorite bridal shop around. Not only is the space inviting and clean, the staff are friendly and informative. I have gotten bridesmaid dresses from Bijou before and got the dress for my wedding which was this past September. I remember feeling no pressure whatsoever to pick a dress or decide on anything. I felt completely comfortable to take my time and make a decision when I was ready. The staff were respectful and listened to both my opinion and my mother's whom I value greatly and I felt very respected the whole time. Further, I felt an ease in narrowing down what I really wanted because the girl helping me try on actually asked me questions about why I liked or didn't like certain styles and features. Well worth the money and an experience I will always cherish! In fact, I even went back for a visit to show off my wedding photos and thank them for adding to my perfect day!

Everyone we met at Bijou was nice and accommodating. The sales girls dont work on commission so no pushy sales tactics! Everyone made us feel comfortable and checked on us throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection without feeling overwhelmed.

The ladies from Bijou Bridal were so sweet. From the point my girls and I walked throw the door until the day I walked out with my dress. Jen was the one tgt helped me pick out my dress. She was always so honest. She did a great job. I also had Mrs. Pat. She was the one that did alterations on my dress. She was not letting me leave u til my dress fit perfect! The most unprofessional experience of all the salons I went to. I did happen to find my dress- a sample- however the fit ended up not being right in the end because they ran out of time. Poor tailoring, communication, customer service and terribly dirty. Stay far away!

Can’t rave enough about this amazing place with its amazing staff... I found my dream dress on the first try and ended up canceling all of my other appointments that same day! Ziba was my seamstress who helped with my alterations and made the whole process extremely easy. Her attention to detail was amazing, and her kindness helped me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. My dress made me feel like a princess, and Bijou literally helped make my dreams come true!

I went to at least 6 other stores before finding my dress at Bijou Bridal. I checked to make sure they had a dress within my budget before I came in, and I was surprised at the quality of dresses in my price range. I had an idea from other stores what look I was going for, and the team at Bijou picked out some stellar options. Some other stores were super pushy, didn't listen to what I was comfortable in, or tried to "rework" a dress with a ton of alterations, but Bijou made me feel comfortable in my decision without needing to convince me! The store itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious, and I appreciate that they accommodated me and all 4 of my guests in helping me find the dress! You get a deal if you buy the dress on the day of your first visit, which is what I did. The seamstress was so attentive to detail and did a fantastic job on the carefully engineered, complicated bustle (it didn't collapse!). Everyone I've interacted with the store is nice, knowledgable, and makes you feel special! Would highly recommend buying your wedding dress here.

I was married in September 2018 and first walked into Bijou Bridal in September 2017. As soon as I walked into the shop I knew i was going to find the perfect dress. They have an amazing selection, various price ranges and a super sweet staff. I found my dress at the very first meeting. They accommodated my huge crowd as well. I also have to give a huge thank you and standing ovation for my seamstress, Nicolette. My dress was ordered in September 2017 and arrived in February 2018. I began my first fitting the second week in August and had one each week leading up to the wedding. Nicolette was a perfectionist and got my dress to fit perfectly. I really cant say enough good things about Nicolette. she made me feel comfortable at all my fittings and took the time to listen to how I wanted the dress to fit. I have a larger chest and went with a sweetheart neckline and was nervous I would be pulling the dress up all night or look like I was spilling over but Nicolette worked her magic and the dress stayed fitted to my body accenting my figure but not showing too much. I actually miss our weekly fittings! for all new brides looking for a bridal shop, Bijou is the spot to try.

Had a great experience buying my dress from Bijou! The staff and seamstress was very helpful and ensured that my dress fit perfectly for the day of. Bijou is a little on the pricer side for their alteration package, but I wanted piece of mind and was happy with how everything turned out so I can't complain. Would definitely recommend!

After going to at least a dozen bridal shops, I felt like I was never going to find “the dress” for my wedding. That all changed when I went to Bijou in Ardmore. Being a visual person, I loved how they had so many wedding dresses on display. As I browsed through the dresses with my consultant, I really liked how she paid close attention to my body language and key words I was saying about each dress. She wasn’t trying to sell me on buying any dress but she was trying to make sure I found the "right" dress. Needless to say, I found my dream dress and it was under my budget. I also had an amazing experience with my seamstress Pat who did my alterations. My dress definitely needed to be altered in the bust (since I have none) and Pat did a phenomenal job of reconstructing the bust! She was such a joy to be around and she helped me practice my wedding walk ;) Overall, I loved my experience at Bijou in Ardmore and would highly recommend Bijou to anyone in the area.

Bijou Bridal in Ardmore made purchasing a wedding dress such an incredible experience! The entire Ardmore team was knowledgable, helpful, and so incredibly sweet. I initially visited the Ardmore store, but fell in love with a dress I purchased at their Flagship store in Paramus, NJ. They were kind enough to have my dress delivered the the Ardmore store, and also allow me to do my alterations in Ardmore as it is significantly closer to my home. (I did have to have this written into my contract by the store manager in NJ for it to be honored.) While the employees of the NJ store were nice, the Ardmore team is unmatched! They always greet you with a smile and are incredibly patient and kind. Nikolette, our seamstress, worked MAGIC on both my wedding dress and my mom's mother-of-the-bride dress. My dress needed just a few alterations, while Nikolette COMPLETELY reconstructed my mom's dress to fit her. Honestly,I have no idea how she did it, but she did and it was stunning! We got compliments on both of the dresses all night! She was incredibly patient with teaching my Maid Of Honor how to bustle both dresses and even drew diagrams for her to have the day of, just in case. I was actually a little sad picking up my dress for the last time, because you get so used to seeing the girls there over the few final weeks leading up to your wedding! I could not have asked for a better dress buying experience! My dress was stunning, and the Ardmore team made buying and fitting my dress that much more incredible. Thank you for everything, Ladies!

They have a beautiful selection of dresses and the salewomen are wonderful. Only cons are that you are not allowed to take pictures of yourself in dresses unless it is the dress you have agreed to buy. Their alterations package is also very pricey.

I had tried shopping in NYC at some of the bridal salons and felt like just a sale to them. It was refreshing when we got to Bijou as it was a totally different experience. I really felt like Sarah was a friend of mine that I've known forever, helping me shop for my gown. She is so friendly, nice, and knowledgeable about the bridal designers and styles. I also had an amazing experience with our seamstress Deborah (Deb) who did my alterations. She did a fantastic job especially with the bustle of my dress. A friend of my mother's recommended Bijou Bridal after having a great experience with them for her daughter's wedding and I am so thrilled we decided to check them out! I found an absolutely gorgeous and unique dress and it was under my budget, a huge plus :) And everyone who helped us was so kind and each time we went in they remembered who we were immediately and never failed to ask how I was and how the planning was going. My bridesmaids and my mom also got their dresses at Bijou and they looked gorgeous! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and great prices, and of course great dresses!

Beautiful selection at surprisingly reasonable prices. Loved my dress! And their seamstress did a great job with my alterations. At first I was unhappy with the bustle, but she scheduled an extra fitting for me just to make sure it was perfect and exactly the way I wanted!

I am SO happy I made an appointment at Bijou Bridal to look for my wedding dress! I had 3 appointments scheduled in one day, with Bijou being the first of the day, and I ended up finding my dress here! I worked with Sarah, who was absolutely wonderful! She let me pull dresses myself, and brought in suggestions to try on, as well, and I ended up choosing a dress that she recommended! I love how Bijou appointments are an hour and a half, so it did not feel rushed at all. I was able to try on about 8 dresses so I got to see a great variety of styles on me before deciding which one was the "one." I am so excited to see and wear my dress!!

I am so grateful to have had Bijou and the staff help me find the perfect dresses. Sarah was amazing when I first went with my sisters, my mom, and mother of the groom. She listened to every dislike and like of the dresses I was trying on. She said I think I have a dress you’ll love from everything I’ve heard. I put it on and it was my dress! I wanted a vintage lace dress for my garden wedding. Everyone started crying as I walked out and we knew that was my dress. My sister wanted me to try on a more ball gown style just to say i tried it on to see me in it. When I put it on it was amazing but didn’t really fit my outside wedding garden venue. Everyone agreed it was amazing but the first dress was what i had to get married in. As weeks went on I kept thinking about that second dress I called my sister and asked if I’d be crazy if I got the other one too. She said if it’s the last dress you tried on not at all let’s do it and keep it a surprise! So I email bijou and I went back in and got the second dress. They were amazing with keeping the second dress a surprise. Every time i went in they knew my name and always came back during fittings to see me in the dresses and truely cared and were excited for me. They made every fitting, picking up the dresses, every step of the process so easy and everything was perfect after every fitting. They made me and my sister who came to every appointment with me feel like part of their family and so welcoming. Couldn’t thank Bijou enough for making our wedding day that much better! The look on everyone’s faces when I came out in the surprise dress is something I’ll never forget. Thank you Bijou!!

I loved my experience at Bijou Bridal. The salon has so many amazing selections and the consultants were amazing! They even put up with my crazy family running around the store grabbing extra dresses for me to try on. Pro tip: you cannot take picture of the dresses until you buy a dress. Totally standard from what I can tell.

Absolutely beautiful boutique with tons of parking in their private lot, HOWEVER... while the dress selection is expansive and they have a couture room with over-the-top, amazingly beautiful gowns... a lot of the dress, in fact ALL the dresses I tried on were worn to shreds. Most were sized 8, 10 & 12 and it appeared that over time, the sample dresses had been tugged and clamped one too many times. The beading was missing, lace and fabrics were torn and some of the buttons were missing. It was difficult to image myself in the gowns because not only were they too tight, they were in really rough shape. This wasn't one or two gowns either, it was a majority of the ones I pulled. I recommend this boutique if you have a large party, as the platformed area is large with a lot of seating. The lighting is really flattering too. We were told shortly after arriving that no photographs were to be taken of any of the dresses. I left wondering if it was because they were in such bad shape. Extensive amount of gorgeous Mother-of-the-Bride dresses and bridesmaids dresses were available too.

They were amazing. Who ever came up with the idea that wedding dress shopping is fun is a total LIAR! After 3 other bridal shops, I begrudgingly walked into Bijou. My frown was instantly turned right side up into a grin. They had roughly 200 dresses I loved and could see myself in. After a long day of being sausaged into dresses, the woman graciously put me into the dress of my dreams without a single complaint. Everyone was so friendly and professional and truly made the process a dream come true. They called the day before for all my appointments, the fitting was perfect, and the price points were great. It wasn't outrageously expensive which was surprising based on the quality of dresses. I would suggest this bridal shop to any bride !!

Staff was extremely rude. No conversation. Barely helped to put dresses on. Limited dress selection seemed like dresses from 90s. They also do not allow pictures which makes it hard to remember what you tried on! Stopped in the bridal store down the street dramatically better. Skip this store go somewhere else!

I had a great experience at Bijou Bridal in Ardmore, PA. This was the fourth bridal boutique I visited in search of THE dress and I found mine here! The boutique is beautiful as is the selection. I worked with Neena who was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating (I went over my appointment time slot by 30 minutes and she did not rush me to make a decision). They have a wide range of price options and Neena made sure to show me dresses within my budget. They also have an affordable alteration package. One thing to keep in mind, they do not let you take photos of yourself trying on various gowns so I recommend bringing the individuals with you who you want to see the dresses. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Bijou Bridal!
