The ladies are Bijou Bridal were wonderful to work with! I went to the shop twice before purchasing my dress and never felt pressured. Their dresses are reasonably priced. The ladies were very friendly and even remembered my mom when she went back to pick up my sister-in-law's veil months later. My one small critique is that I felt my dress could have been fitted slightly better. Overall it fit great and I did not receive any critiques.

I had originally found a dress somewhere else, and Bijou had it in stock. I reached out to them and was able to set up an appointment very easily. The let me come in I could look at the dress I wanted as well as their inventory of all others. I ended up getting the original dress but was glad to try on the others. The fittings went smoothly I think I had 3 before I took it home. Their alterations lady is very talented and was able to make the dress fit like a dream. They respond very well via email in a timely way! The ladies there are super kind too! Very welcoming!

I had such an amazing experience at Bijou Bridal. I was referred here by one of my close friends who also purchased her gown from here. I worked with Andrea, she was so kind and patient with me. The first time I came in I was very overwhelmed and tried on so many dresses. She did not pressure me and kept bringing me more options as I gave her my opinions. I came in another time before I made my final decision and she continued to be a delight to work with. I also purchased my veil from Bijou and was so happy with how it all came together!

I had a great experience at Bijou Bridal and ultimately purchased my dress there. The dresses were mostly all under $4K which made it easier to look through the whole shop, not having to avoid any pricier sections. They were very accommodating and gave me the trunk show discount a few days early. Their dressing rooms are spacious and nice and we were treated very well each time we were there, from our first visit, to purchasing and my fittings. I also purchased my veil here. The ladies were really helpful in answering all of my questions and providing feedback with their professional knowledge.

I was thrilled with my dress the day of and thrilled with the service we received from Andrea leading up to my big day. She was incredibly supportive and delivered the most appropriate balance of guidance and advice throughout the process. I can’t imagine how hard that must be to do because I’m sure every bride is so different in terms of how much input she wants versus doesn’t want, but Andrea read my situation perfectly! She was very respectful of my opinions and conversation with loved ones participating in the dress shopping process and knew just when to provide helpful perspective from her expertise in the business. I am so appreciate for how comfortable and successful of a process my dress shopping was! Highly recommend.

I am very happy that I got my wedding dress at Bijou Bridal. The staff is professional and attentive. The seamstress worked magic on my alterations.

We had so much fun trying on dresses at Bijou, we stayed nearly 3 hours. They gave us a Black Friday discount and laid out all the options for length, the alterations package, and timeline. When I decided on a dress, they brought me swatches and other dresses in the variety of off-white colors so I could see exactly what I would be ordering (something other shops DID NOT do and truly should have). The dress was ready on time, we went with Bijou for alterations, and the alterations were done on time, too. It fit perfectly and we didn't need another round. Making appointments was easy and the staff there remembered us each time we went in. There were always multiple experts around in case you wanted a second opinion. They were very professional and made it easy to take care of everything!

Words can't say how happy I am! I went to five other places. I felt pressure from every place and they kept asking if this was my dress. I wasn't sure and nothing felt right. I came in and was sure I wasn't going to buy the dress today, but wanted to look. I was convinced that I would find something online a lot cheaper and would just use this place to finalize what I wanted and then order online. Not only did I find a dress and say yes, but it was as cheap as the ones online I was looking at. The dress was a sample dress and I was able to stay way under budget. I'm an older bride with teenagers and I would rather spend more money on a dress for my daughters than for me. I found what I wanted and for a price that made me happy.

5 star rating!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about this bridal shop nor Natalia(the manager) of the store. I randomly showed up without an appointment and was graciously greeted by Natalia and led to the sample room to pick out dresses to try on. I had absolutely no idea what kind of dress I was interested in buying. I must have tried on 10 dresses with no success. That's when Natalia told me she had one she thought I might be interested in and rushed to go bring it back to the dressing room. It was a strapless Maggie Sottero dress with a beautiful sparkly gem belt sewn into the waist and a magnificent train. Once I stepped into the dress and she zipped me up I got teary eyed, looked at my friend and said "this is it'!! The price point was a TOTAL bonus...$800. I can't thank Bijou Bridal or Natalia enough....thank you for finding the perfect dress for my perfect day!

One of the best bridal salons in the area, you walk in they make you feel welcomed and like they want to help you, my dress I got at the sample sale and they had endless options and Andrea was fantastic to work with!! 100% pleased with this company,its employees, and customer service was outstanding!

I had a great experience at Bijou Bridal! My first appointment was 1-hour long and I tried six dresses on (they allow you to try 8 per appointments). The ladies that work there are so sweet and accommodating. There was a mix-up with the straps that I had envisioned and the ones that were actually put on my dress, and they had the straps customized to my liking and changed out without question. I really appreciated this, and they absolutely helped me to have my dream dress. The seamstress, Leonora, is wonderful and knowledgable as well. I truly felt my dress was in great hands throughout the whole process. Thank you, Bijou!

Bijou Bridal was so awesome! Andrea was a great consultant who helped me find both the perfect wedding dress and the perfect bridesmaids dresses! Each time I went in, I felt so comfortable. The staff was encouraging, but not pushy and helped me find the perfect dress and accessories at the perfect price. Anytime I stopped by to pick something up, make a payment, etc, the staff knew me by name. I would recommend Bijou to any of my friends!

My experience at Bijou Bridal was better than anything I could have hoped for! The selection of dresses is amazing (style and price wise) and their knowledge of all things bridal is outstanding. I was not looking forward to dress shopping but Andrea ensured that I was comfortable and made the process painless. Manager, Natalia, made sure I understood the process and what to expect next. My guests enjoyed themselves as well! They treat everyone like family. They helped me narrow down my options and encouraged me to go with my gut when making the final decision. They are THE BEST and I would highly recommend everyone make this a stop on their dress shopping trip!

I purchased my dress, head piece and bridesmaid dresses from Bijou Bridal. From trying on to alterations I could not have had a more positive experience. I absolutely loved my dress and my bridesmaids looked beautiful! I wish I could relive my wedding day over & over again - if I could, I’d pick Bijou every time. I got my dress and veil from Bijou Bridal for my wedding on 8/18/18. After looking at 2 other stores before, I came to Bijou Bridal on National Bridal Sale Day. It was a last minute appointment after a cancellation, so my Mom could not be there at the beginning, but they let me wait to show her when she finally came (way after when our appointment should have ended). We appreciate them being so patient through that process. They did not have a "limit" to how many dresses you could try on (which some places do). The atmosphere of the boutique is fun and makes you feel so special and excited for your big day. All of the women working there are so friendly and really seem like they know you and genuinely want to help each time you come back for a fitting/veil/etc. I would highly recommend Bijou Bridal! I came in during Bridal Week for the sale on sample dresses. Lauren helped me pick about 10 dresses to try on and we managed to go through all of them in the 1.5 hour appointment. The dressing room was a great size and I was able to easily change into and out of dresses even with the rack in the room with us. The samples I tried on had normal wear and tear expected of a sample gown, but did not seem uncared for otherwise. When I couldn't decide between two dresses, they offered to hold them for me for a few days so i could think about it and make my decision. Since I wasn't able to make it back in to the store before the sale ended, I was able to handle the payment and contract signing all over email and pick up my dress over the weekend. It was ready to go in a garment bag when I arrived and was even offered the chance to try it on again even thought I didn't schedule and appointment for that day. I cannot speak to the alterations department as I already have someone to do those for me, but the price seemed a little steep for me.

I am so thankful I found my perfect dress here. The people are AMAZING!!!! These are seriously the nicest most helpful people when it comes to wedding dresses. My dress was perfect and alterations were great at bijou!

Such amazing staff and dresses! I looked forward to all of my appointments because the staff was so great! They were very helpful with what kind of alterations to do to the dress. And the seamstress worked wonders on my dress!

I cannot recommend the sales staff of Bijou Bridal enough! It was almost too hard to find my dress because of how much I loved the dresses in their selection. The staff made the process easy and fun and were very accommodating for pick-ups and fittings as I had to fly in from out of town. I wish I could give 6 stars to the sales staff, but needed to take off a star for the seamstress. She was not at all personable during my first fitting and during my last fitting, days before my wedding, made comments about my weight. The manager, who is great, tried her best to fix the situation, but I would recommend getting your alterations elsewhere.

Bijou Bridal was a wonderful place! They are so nice and really make finding a dress an easy and fun process. At my appointment to look at wedding dresses, they were so helpful. I was able to try on about 8 dresses and show them off to my family that came with me. The dress came in with plenty of time to get it alter for the wedding. I got my bridesmaid dresses here as well. We were able to grab quite a few dresses for the girls to try on. They emailed back quickly when I had a problem or a question. A wonderful place! I recommend this place for all brides!

I really liked the staff and the selection and I would recommend going here for that but I will have to warn you to please take your dress somewhere else for alterations. They only have one seamstress on staff and in the case of the bust she pretty much refused to even try to make small adjustments to fit my small bust and make me more comfortable. Thank goodness I sew and was able to alter it myself or else I would have been uncomfortable day of. I feel badly writing this because I really did like every other aspect of this salon - just not the alterations.

The staff at Bijou (especially Andrea & Natalia) really go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and satisfied with your purchase, it's really incredible. I felt like I had known them for years because they knew exactly what I was looking for to fit my vision. They're so easy to work with, and the quality of their dresses & accessories are top notch too! I am a very happy bride after purchasing from Bijou :)

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Bijou! I had been to two other bridal salons before my appointment at Bijou, and I was blown away by the customer service they offered. I had just about given up wanting to look for wedding dresses, as the other two places had only very small sizes or plus size dresses to try on. Being in between those two sizes made it very difficult to tell what a dress would actually look like on me, and I was getting discouraged. When I walked into Bijou and started looking around, they had TONS of dresses to fit girls that are between those sizes. I worked with Natalia, the store manager, and she was beyond helpful. She was also able to help me choose the perfect veil and hairpiece to complement my dress perfectly! I not only purchased my wedding dress at Bijou but also had my bridesmaids get their dresses there because of how great the customer service was. Natalia went above and beyond to make purchasing the bridesmaids' dresses possible. I wanted my bridesmaids to wear long strapless fuchsia dresses for my July wedding, which was nearly impossible to find. Natalia suggested I look online at the Dessy website to see which styles and colors I liked from their collection. Natalia not only tracked down a color palette of possible pink colors I could choose from, but she also was able to find a number of the styles of dresses I liked from around the country at their other locations and had them sent to the Oak Brook location so my bridesmaids could try them on. This made purchasing the right style and color of dress SO much easier! Natalia honestly made my experience of finding the perfect wedding dress absolutely wonderful! I also had my alterations done by the seamstress there, and everything turned out great! I would definitely recommend Bijou for all of your bridal needs!

I went to three bridal salons in the area and ultimately ended up returning the same day to purchase my dress from Bijou Bridal in Oak Brook. They had an extensive dress selection within my price range as well as off the rack dresses on sale. I was fortunate enough to work with Gerry as my bridal consultant. Gerry pulled a dress off the mannequin for me multiple times and pulled beautiful dresses for me. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing your dress from Bijou Bridal in Oak Brook.

I came in for a last minute dress (after my original dress was ruined) and Bijou Bridal saved the day. They were able to fit me in the same day I called and after I found a sample dress I loved, I was able to get measured for alterations as well. 5 days later, my dress was altered to perfection and I was able to take it home! Bijou Bridal went out of their way to make sure I had my dream dress, even a week before my wedding. They were so fantastic to work with and I wish I had went there from the beginning. I can't say enough how happy I am with everything they did for me! I would definitely recommend Bijou Bridal.

I cannot say enough great things about this store. The staff were very helpful and super nice. I was a little concerned days before my big day about my dress not fitting right, and Natalia (store manager) was so great to suggest to come in to have another fitting. I'm so happy she did because one side of my wedding dress was longer. The day of my wedding my dress fit perfect and beautiful. I highly recommend Bijou bridal and staff.

Taija (Oak Brook, IL location) is the best. She had great tips, an eye for style, and a bubbly personality. She provided great detail about the wedding fitting process and tips for my wedding. Bijou was my first appointment, and had I had the experience I had at the other stores, I would have ended my day crying. As far as the dresses go, the styles and variety is unparalleled. I tried other shops and everything looked the same. The collections at Bijou provide a range of dresses for every wedding style, bride personality, and formality.

Bijou Bridal was the second bridal salon that I visited to find a wedding dress. I went with my mother and sister and was happy to see a nice variety to pick from. I love that the salon isn't overbooked so you still feel like your appointment is private/semi-private. My dress was absolutely beautiful and I am still getting compliments from friends and family about how much they loved it. I even loved how the salon told me I was the only one in Illinois to purchase this gown. It made me feel special knowing that my gown was "one of a kind" out of all the weddings in my area.

Bijou Bridal has amazing customer service, a nice quality, and selection of gowns. I went with my mom, bridesmaids, and planner. Through it all they were respectfully to my family and friends. They also respected my price point and ensured I felt comfortable with decision. They were also very personable, I felt like they knew me every time I called or visited. I'm happy to write this and highly encourage everyone to purchase their gown from Bijou.

I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Bijou Bridal (Oak Brook)! The stylist I worked with was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried on some dresses multiple times. They had a beautiful selection of dresses/ accessories and a nice dressing area with large mirrors. I ended up finding my perfect dress here and am so excited to wear it on my wedding day :) I also found my veil and some jewelry I plan to wear, too!

To be totally frank, my mother & I went to Bijou Bridal just to get an idea of cuts and styles that we liked — not to buy a dress. I didn't even have a venue booked yet (We were between two.), so it seemed pointless to buy a dress when I didn't even know where we'd be getting married. However, my mom & I are extremely open-minded shoppers, so we wanted to start narrowing down cuts and styles that complemented my figure. We ended up buying the second dress I tried on — a truly unique, vintage-styled, yet modern-cut dress that was embroidered and beaded from shoulder to hem. The dress was so perfect that it even got me to choose between the wedding venues.I've never seen a gown like it anywhere, and I'm so glad we found Bijou since it was the PERFECT wedding dress for me. I will also say that we were STUNNED by how little it cost. I would have guessed that such a dress cost $8,000 or more, and it was in the $1,500 range. They also offered veils and hair combs on site, and we found the perfect complements to the dress there. One stop shopping! Our consultant, Andrea, was a gem. We adored her. Their seamstress also did a superb job — and my alterations were NOT easy, so I had some anxiety about that. (I needed the top of my dress taken Bijou was wonderful throughout the entire shopping process. They have a HUGE array of cuts and styles in their showroom, which was not the case with many other salons I've been to. I'd suggest coming here even if you're just trying to figure out what dress shapes or aesthetics look best on you just due to their huge variety. Also, all the dresses they carry are at an affordable price point, which makes trying on random dresses less scary. I've also recommended this salon to a couple co-workers, who BOTH tried the salon out and BOTH found their wedding gowns there as well. (And their dresses are very different styles from mine, but so gorgeous!) I cannot thank Bijou enough — beautiful selection and a wonderfully kind & patient staff!

I had a great experience finding my dress at Bijou! They were very accommodating to my slightly large party and allowed everyone to go to the back and pull dresses for me. My stylist was fantastic and completely attentive as I was her only client, which was not the case at other places I visited. As I got close to making my decision she allowed me to go back and forth between my final 2 dresses several times always with a smile on her face. The exterior of the building is not the best but inside it is beautiful and had a wonderful selection of dresses. I also used them for my alterations and they were very flexible to working with my schedule since I lived out of state. I would recommend Bijou to anyone.

She really listened to what I wanted in a wedding dress and helped me envision myself as a bride. My dress needed many alterations and the seamstress altered it perfectly! The Coral Gables location was fabulous. Beautiful floor plan and space for you and your entourage. The choices are beautiful and the ladies were excellent. They truly make an effort to understand your style and budget and are happy to help your vision come to life.

If you are looking for a gorgeous wedding dress but don't want to break the bank or give up quality, then this is the salon for you! I was was amazed at the quality of the dresses and the realistic prices. I'm so happy that I did not purchased my gown from them. They accommodated me at the last minute...2 months before my wedding date. I received so many compliments on my dress, and my nieces are fighting over who will wear it for their wedding! Go in and check them out...you will not be disappointed!

I found my dream bridal gown at Bijou Bridals. It wasn't a name brand (although they definitely carry well-known brands), which made it affordable (I'm one of those people who can't fathom spending thousands of dollars on a dress that you wear for one day). Bijou Bridals is one of those shops that lets you walk through the sample collection and pick out what you want to try on. One of the staff members helps you pick gowns, if needed, but she mainly follows you and picks up each style you select. There's no limit to how many you can try on. You get your own changing room, the attendant helps you in every way needed. The 'stage' area to show off each gown to your friends/family is decent size with big mirrors and wonderful lighting. I also chose to have my alterations performed through Bijou Bridal. While I could have probably paid less elsewhere, I felt comfortable leaving my gown with their seamstress. The seamstress was very good at her work, knew very well what could and should be done to make sure the gown really flattered me. Also, I had a sort of destination wedding, and I didn't feel comfortable transporting my dress to the far away venue. So, Bijou Bridal was very accommodating and packed and shipped my dress for me (I just paid for shipping) - insurance included. Overall, I'd highly recommend looking for a bridal gown at Bijou Bridals. The staff is very friendly and their sample collection is fairly big with a lot of variety.

I got my dress as well as my bridesmaid dresses from here. Sue was amazing. I went in with one vision and ended up getting something completely different! She was so patient. I had my mom, sister, grandmother, and godmother with me and everyone had a different vision. In the end, I got exactly what I fell in love with and couldn't have imagined marrying my best friend in anything different!! The bridesmaid dresses were great too. The color selection in store is limited, but they have a book with all the color swatches to get a good idea of what the dress will look like. Everyone loved the style I picked and the price was perfect for my bridesmaids who were in graduate school!
