igns from the start. She is well worth every dollar!! 6 years ago, I had used a highly recommended planner for my oldest daughter’s wedding and was extremely disappointed. Because of this, when my youngest daughter became engaged, I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner again, but knew I needed help. After much research and talking with more than a few planners, I decided upon Julia, and she literally saved my daughter’s wedding from complete disaster. To elaborate, the photographer I hired went into early labor the morning of the wedding and phoned Julia at 4:30am to tell her that she did not have a backup plan for this situation and no-one would be there to photograph one of the most important days of my daughter's life. Julia began e-mailing and reaching out to over 150 photographers in the area. Because Bozeman has become a very popular destination wedding location, she literally was taking on an impossible task. Julia was able to secure a sweet photographer to fill in and thankfully the day was able to be documented. If I had not had Julia, we would have gone without a photographer, and it would have sent the day into a spiraling disaster. Julia’s calm demeaner helped my daughter and I immensely. She stayed on top of every detail and her communication prior to the wedding was top notch! I truly cannot say enough good things about this sweet, kind, and hardworking woman. I will forever be grateful to her for saving the day!! Hands down the best wedding investment you can make!

During the day of our wedding Julia organized everything with grace, kindness, and a sense of calm that put all my stresses aside. All of our wedding guests and family members raved about how warm and helpful she was. I feel so lucky to have had Julia by our side through the planning process. She took all of our ideas, decorations, and visions to create the most beautiful setting. On top of that she managed the wedding day schedule, our vendors, and kept our huge wedding party in check throughout the day. Everything went off without a hitch and we could not have done it without her! Thank you Julia, you truly are the best!

Our wedding exceeded our expectations in every way! We would hire her again in a second, and as a bonus, I feel like I made a friend in the process! I cannot recommend her enough.

many other vendors in Bozeman can take a week + to get back to you, which is super frustrating. Julia responds within hours, sometimes minutes of an email or text! Seriously so helpful! She also just has a very calming presence and attitude. I wouldn't say I was super stressed out because I plan for a living, but because we got married during COVID, there were so many unknown challenges that even someone like myself couldn't foresee. So it was just so great to be able to bounce a thought or idea off her and she would calm any unease I had. I think the shining example of how amazing she is, though, is that we found out the Tuesday before our wedding that our caterer and 3/4ths of his staff contracted COVID at a previous event... I called her right away and within 30 mins she had a potential caterer lined up who was available. Our original caterer was supposed to do both our welcome party and wedding. We ended up going with a friend of my husband's who owns a restaurant in town for our wedding, but we did go with the caterer Julia found for our welcome party and they were absolutely fantastic! I could not have been more grateful for her help!! On the day of, everything went so smoothly! She and her team were super on top of it and they even jumped in to help serve guests at the buffet because our caterer was short staffed and we didn't want people to serve their own food to minimize touching of serving spoons. Really above and beyond! I truly cannot say enough great things about Julia! I would HIGHLY recommend her to coordinate your wedding. She really saved our wedding!!
