I have been taking pictures that aim to capture the essence of a moment since I was a teenager. I started on 35mm film cameras. I had a darkroom set up in my family's laundry room, where I would develop the negatives and stay up all night perfecting the prints. I won my first photo contest when I was 15 years old, and had a photo essay on Dallas' Knox Street on display at the Allen Street Gallery when I was 16.  I became president of that gallery many years later.  Through the years, my craft has evolved. The technological innovations in photography are truly mind-blowing and ever-changing, as are the creations that can be accomplished. No matter how much technology expands the creative universe of possibility, there is no substitute for the thrill of being in the field or studio and capturing that perfect shot. Photography has always been a passion of mine. I seem to be perpetually on a quest for that perfect image. It is an ever-evolving journey that never grows old to me.  I look forward to bringing this passion and creativity to the assignments my valued clients have for me.
