Bill Miller Catering offers a variety of different plates to fit your needs. In addition to our delicious bar-b-q and fajita plates, we also offer our carne guisada, cheese enchiladas, vegetarian options, appetizers and desserts. During the Holiday Season we also serve Turkey and Ham dinners with all the trimmings.
Our price includes professional personnel to serve your guests cafeteria style for one to one and a half hours, the plate, cup, picnic pack (fork, knife, salt, pepper, toothpick and napkin), ice, sweetener and sugar.

able and fits within any budget, the portions they serve are generous, the attendants that work during the event look put-together and are friendly, they are easy to work with when putting together your order and signing a contract, and not to mention their food is always DELICIOUS! We served brisket and sausage with green beans, pinto beans, and creamed corn at our reception. The creamed corn was definitely everyone's favorite side dish, and the brisket got rave reviews. I heard from multiple guests that they loved the food and were so happy with the quantity and quality. Bill Miller also neatly packed up all the remaining food in our order after the reception so that we could easily take it home, which was a nice bonus.
Before you turn to a pricey caterer, highly consider using Bill Miller! We couldn't have been happier with their catering.

1 - I received an email saying their "pricing had changed", and "I would be able ...
to take advantage of a lower price". The price actually increased!! When I pointed this out to Robert he was very confused on where the issue was.
2 - I received much push back and confusion because I did not want the styrofoam plates they provided, and I wanted to use my own hard plastic plates (which they allow). Yes, I completely understood the beans would touch the other food - I didn't need 3 phone calls to make sure I realized this.
3 - TO TOP THIS ALL OFF - the day before our wedding (!!!) I received a new contract changing this on site catered event to a "pick up order" in town. I nearly flipped my lid. My husband saw their truck and was honestly shocked they even showed up.
4 - They called during the service - to echo a comment below. They had been to this venue MANY times, and could've called much earlier.
However, the food was great, and I heard the day of service was good.
Save yourself the headache, and get a professional caterer. The $200 we saved with Bill Millers was absolutely not worth it.
