What made it even more special was how the team truly joined in on the fun and felt like part of the celebration. They brought such great energy and pride to what they do, and it showed in every detail.
We are so thankful for them!

I mean it’s bill millers, c’mon! The food was good and everything got cleaned up nice and tidy
We chose Bill Millers BBQ for our wedding because it was way more cost effective than any of the other vendors we had seen. And we had seen it before at another wedding and saw how...
quick and efficient the staff was. And the food was good.
We had a couple hiccups with communication on their end leading to a frustrating experience. But at the end of it all, the wedding catering turned out great and we are happy with our experience overall. They also offered a baked potato/ salad combo that was vegan-friendly for guests, and sides of cheese, etc for the vegetarians
Food was great for our wedding!

Having Bill Miller Bar-B-Q as our caterer was one of our best decisions wedding-wise! We had a reception with 300-350 guests and they handled it perfectly. Their catering is afford...
able and fits within any budget, the portions they serve are generous, the attendants that work during the event look put-together and are friendly, they are easy to work with when putting together your order and signing a contract, and not to mention their food is always DELICIOUS! We served brisket and sausage with green beans, pinto beans, and creamed corn at our reception. The creamed corn was definitely everyone's favorite side dish, and the brisket got rave reviews. I heard from multiple guests that they loved the food and were so happy with the quantity and quality. Bill Miller also neatly packed up all the remaining food in our order after the reception so that we could easily take it home, which was a nice bonus.
Before you turn to a pricey caterer, highly consider using Bill Miller! We couldn't have been happier with their catering.

Great people to work with it!!! The food was great!!!
Dealing with the headquarters catering office was TERRIBLE. Due to this, I would NOT recommend...
1 - I received an email saying their "pricing had changed", and "I would be able ...
to take advantage of a lower price". The price actually increased!! When I pointed this out to Robert he was very confused on where the issue was.
2 - I received much push back and confusion because I did not want the styrofoam plates they provided, and I wanted to use my own hard plastic plates (which they allow). Yes, I completely understood the beans would touch the other food - I didn't need 3 phone calls to make sure I realized this.
3 - TO TOP THIS ALL OFF - the day before our wedding (!!!) I received a new contract changing this on site catered event to a "pick up order" in town. I nearly flipped my lid. My husband saw their truck and was honestly shocked they even showed up.
4 - They called during the service - to echo a comment below. They had been to this venue MANY times, and could've called much earlier.
However, the food was great, and I heard the day of service was good.
Save yourself the headache, and get a professional caterer. The $200 we saved with Bill Millers was absolutely not worth it.
Bill Miller was great about verifying my order, being on time, and serving food for 200. Couldn't be happier.
We went with Bill Millers mainly because they fit our budget and we have had their food previously. My sister in law spoke with them and got a few additions to our services which w...

We used Bill Miller's for our December 2012 wedding. They were a great choice to select. We had about 250 guests. The adults ate bbq with sides and the children ate chicken strip...
s and a side of their choice. For the size of crowd that we had Bill Miller's was a vendor of choice. The food, was hot, fresh and the buffet line moved smoothly.
I have been to other events where the food was expensive and by the time the 200th guest was served, the food was cold and soggy. I did not want my guests to have an unpleasant experience with their food at the wedding. I was happy with the choice my groom and I selected.
Bill miller was great to us on our wedding day. The good was delicious and they searched the head table we didn't even need to get up. Our guest were pleased and they were not in t...
