wedding cake. They obviously have a skilled baker back there. We ended up having no leftover cake because it was so tasty that our guests went back for multiple servings.
Where they lost points for me is the front-end customer service. The representative that we worked with was clearly very unorganized. We would try to confirm our design requests and then she would immediately reiterate them back incorrectly. Every time we’d touch base she would use a different/new means (text, email, phone, other email, etc). She tried to charge me fees that I’d already paid for and had receipts for.. It was a bit frustrating. On the wedding day, I could tell that she’d messed up some of our wedding cake order details. They were fairly minor – like putting in the wrong filling on one of the layers, picking one wrong color on one aspect of decoration.. Really, it wasn’t anything that guests would notice or care about anyway. It’s just annoying to spend over $1000 on one cake and still have little errors.
BUT overall the cake was delivered on time and intact; it mostly looked like what we’d requested on design; and it was VERY DELICIOUS. I do not regret purchasing this for our wedding, and I would recommend buying their cakes in general because they are expertly baked. Just brace yourself for less than perfect customer service.

My husband gave her a picture of the groomsmen's Porsche cake and really didn't know how close she could come to the original, but in my eyes, she did better, and we received so many compliments on how fun and cute the cake was for the rehearsal dinner! During our wedding cake tasting, we decided to make a funfetti cake with coconut frosting- which was a Bill Rhodes Bakery first!
