hands, and yet we had no idea just how right we were!! For both the engagement session and the wedding, our pictures were gorgeous, and his turnaround time is insane - 9 days after our wedding, we had nearly 800 pictures ready for us to do with as we pleased (and not a loser in the bunch - he spares you the agony of pouring through a bunch of pictures where your eyes are closed). He is super efficient in how he works too - we had so many locations, poses, groups, etc. and still made it back for cocktail hour (and hit just about every corner of Balboa Park imaginable in our one-hour engagement photo session)! He has a such an eye for a great shot and really does beautiful work playing with color in the photos. We loved his creative ideas for poses and locations - we have a great mix of more traditional shots as well as many we have never seen before or thought of in wedding photos. We are going to have a pretty hard time narrowing down which ones go in frames because he gave us so many options. Bill was also so much fun to work with. He made us feel at ease immediately and gave us lots of tips for looking our best in the photos. I remember him saying when we first met how important it was to feel comfortable with your photographer because they would be with you, in your face all day. I loved having Bill there to capture every second of it, and we will look forward to our next opportunity to enlist Bill's genius!

nation of family/engagement photos with Bill a couple months ago and they turned out so GREAT! Not only did he get us our photos within the week he promised but he was such a pleasure to work with. This photo shoot we did in La Jolla and wanted it to end at sunset (we had an hour to take pictures). I was worried about timing everything correctly with the sun setting and at the time, the time change had just happened so the sun was setting MUCH earlier. I emailed Bill about how we time this and I was so IMPRESSED with his response! He knows his stuff! He responded with the exact time the sun would set and what time he wanted us to start. There was no thinking/worrying for me at all. During the actual photo shoot, Bill took charge and knew all the good spots to get the best photos. He made it so simple for us and walked us through every location and every pose he knew would look good. I was so impressed with the whole experience! I know I'm in such good hands for my wedding day, I cant wait to work with him again! Thanks Bill!
