his job description in making sure we had everything we needed. I'll start at the beginning: Our first interactions with Nick set the stage for a great relationship. He responded quickly to emails, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was professional without being stuffy. He offered to come to our apartment in South Orange County for our tasting and whipped up and amazing meal for us in the comfort of our own kitchen. We were so impressed with the quality and taste of the food (seriously, everything was delicious), but also with Nick's ability to really connect with us on a personal level. Nick also took the time to discuss our budget and rental needs, making recommendations to help us stay within our limited budget. He was very understanding of our DIY approach and made creative suggestions to help us cut unnecessary costs (using the pasta bar option vs. buffet to save on cost per person, making our own table runners rather than renting, etc.). Nick took care of almost all of our rentals and staff needs (tables, chairs, linens, bar, bartenders, etc.) and was very patient and accommodating to our requests as our ceremony and reception plans evolved. He even came to the site the week before and helped us plan the setup and transition from ceremony to reception, which were all taking place in the same backyard. He came armed with his iPad and had great ideas to keep everything streamlined and organized. On the big day, Nick and his team were efficient, organized work-horses. The pasta bar setup and drink stations looked beautiful and his staff was on the ball. We got TONS of compliments on the food and, while it really was so delicious, Nick’s behind-the-scenes work was what made Billotti’s such a standout vendor. I highly recommend Billotti’s services and am so grateful to Nick and his team. They helped make our wedding truly special and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work.
