and informed them this was for my wedding. My pickup person arrived much later around 1:00pm to pickup the order and it still was not ready and they tried to charge them again for my prepaid order. I was in the bridal suite and my coordinator set up the donut display so I did not see it until the reception. I recommended the sour cream donuts to everyone as they are my favorite and, at one point, went to the donut display to get one for someone and they were not there. There was not a vacant space where they could have been either which I thought was strange but didn't think much of it in the moment. Later in the night, I went to find a rainbow sprinkled donut for myself which was also missing and noticed just about every donut was not one I ordered. We received pictures from friends and that confirmed what I suspected...bills gave us the wrong donut order. A simple donut pickup is the last thing you should have to worry about on your wedding day. I ordered dessert menus displaying the flavors of donuts that were in my order which was obviously incorrect since bills gave us a totally different order. It's quite frustrating and disappointing that I placed the order well in advance for one of the most important days of my life and such neglect went into the preparation of my order.
