Billy Sims BBQ offers traditional Southern BBQ that is incredibly delicious and surprisingly affordable. All of our meats are slow-smoked with pecan logs, providing a unique, sweet flavor. Choose from standard catering packages or customize a meal so you and your guests get exactly what you want. And if any of your guests have special needs, we can offer them gluten-free, vegetarian or even vegan options. We deliver all over Southeast Wisconsin and can set up your buffet, service it and clean up for a simple turnkey solution. One thing we don't do is require a firm commitment regarding menu and guests until two weeks before your event. That should be well after you've received all your RSVPs--so you can adjust to make sure you have enough food if your guest list grows, but aren't paying for those who can't be there.
