We had inquired early for our 2019 wedding but when our wedding dates came around for 2018 I received an email stating my flowers were ready to be picked up; not confirmation that we wanted to book them officiall, no deposit put down or anything just an inquiry. I emailed them quickly back letting them know there must be a misunderstanding about the dates and my wedding was not until 2019. Not apologies were given just a response saying they were booked for my wedding date in 2019 and I would have to reach out to the other wedding consult at Binley Florist if it was I decided. I am planning my wedding from Connecticut and understand mistakes happened but nothing was done or offered to fix the problem. I am just lucky I was planning my wedding far enough in advanced that another location worked out!
We used Binley's for our wedding on October 15. Tami was very easy to work with, and provided us with several ideas to use based off of our color scheme. She was able to make changes as needed, and the results were amazing!
