My journey began about 1-2 months before my wedding when my original Live Painter (which I will not name) that I had booked OVER A YEAR ago told me that they doubled booked me and ...
would be unable to paint my wedding. I began my frantic search for a new live painter, and this is when i found Layne Carter with Biotic Art & Designs. She was absolutely amazing and so so talented. She was very flexible with the scenery changes due to weather last minute. She handled the pressure and stress so professionally and compassionately. Weeks after my wedding and people are still talking about how AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL my painting was. Everyone talks about how talented and SWEET she is. Definitely recommend for anyone. What i thought was a wedding disaster by having my previous live painter cancel on me, turned out to be one of the biggest blessing in disguise, because it led me to finding Layne Carter. She captivated the most perfect painting that puts me back into that moment and feelings when I look at it. Highly Highly recommend. She drove hours to our venue and painted all day. She is so focused and so passionate about her work. At the end of the day, she was not overwhelmed with if everyone else thought it was amazing, but she WANTED to make sure that me and my husband thought it was amazing. She does everything she can do ensure that the bride and groom are overjoyed with the result. Do yourself a favor and just book her. You will not regret it. From one bride to another, she is what you are looking for.
Layne was absolutely amazing! She painted a smile on everyone’s face the day of the wedding!
So much to say about Layne but first she is the BEST!! She is the sweetest person and so very easy to work with. I told her that I wanted our first dance painted and that was all I...
had to tell her. She ran with it and exceeded our expectations. Everyone that walks into my house admires our wedding painting on the wall. It is truly the best reminder of our special first dance moment.
I have also ordered several custom Christmas ornaments from her and they are my favorite ornaments on my tree. She puts so much detail into her work and makes it look exactly like the picture.
I highly recommend Layne for your live event paintings or special piece you want painted. I plan to have many more ornaments and other special memories painted by Layne.
I was in a friend’s wedding where Layne was painting a portrait at their reception! It was amazing to watch her, and I made a point to go speak with her during the reception. She w...
as very friendly and after this interaction, I knew I wanted her to be apart of my upcoming wedding. I soon contacted Layne to see if she had my wedding date available and thankfully she did. We talked back and forth throughout the planning process and she was so easy to work with. On the wedding day, she arrived with all of her supplies in plenty of time to set up at our venue before the reception began. During the reception, our guests watched as she was painting and enjoyed the experience. Many of them had never seen a live painting like this and commented how amazing it was. The finished portrait of our first dance at our wedding reception is simply beautiful. She captured all of the details perfectly and her talent is like no other. The portrait is displayed in a prominent place in our home to remind us of our special day! It is evident that Layne has a special gift and enjoys sharing it with others. I highly recommend Layne and her beautiful art work!
