Such an amazing venue. My daughter’s weddings was held here October 2023. Every detail perfectly executed. Marianne is so accommodating and her wedding coordinator Sherri kept us organized and on track. Couldn’t imagine a more beautiful place for my daughter’s wedding it was perfect!

I cannot say enough about how perfect our wedding was. The venue has so much to give for such a great price. The ceremony on the lawn, the dinner under the tent, and the reception in the barn were all beautiful. Mary Anne was wonderful to work with and incredibly friendly. You should definitely visit the venue-it is even better in person. When I was looking for venues-what made me most excited about this space was that there is only one wedding per weekend, and we were able to visit and plan decorations for two days prior. In the pantry of the barn is an incredible amount of decor that past brides left behind and was free to use! Vases, table numbers, chalkboard signs, electric candles, easels, and more. The tent, tables, chairs, arbor, restrooms, and even ice are all included. We were also able to supply our own bar which is a huge cost saver. This is absolutely the best place to have your wedding!

I work alongside my lifelong best friend of over 25 years, Amanda, and together we’ve dreamed since we were kids of one day running weddings and events together. ould do is looking it up online. Mary Anne was very helpful, she especially took a video for us to show us the whole venue. She also helped us getting small/decoration items ready ahead of time. The venue is really pretty especially the 200+ years barn, she is gorgeous. I really love the simplicity clean stylish decor in the barn. We didn't hire a wedding planner but Birch Hill Farm was just perfect, it just like a 1-stop shop and Mary Anne organized most of the things that we need for the wedding such as cake shop selection (the cakes were very delicious!!). Highly recommend!

this wedding what we wanted. It was the best day of our lives. Marry Anne and our wedding planner that we got through Birch Hill Farms, were AMAZING to work with. They made our vision come to life. Our guests still talk about it until this day. We got so many compliments and was told by many that it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. It was such an incredible day, the weather was perfect and we planned ahead of time to ensure we were prepared if the weather did not pan out how we hoped. I cannot thank Mary Anne, Sherry and their amazing team enough. I wish I could relieve the day again. The mountain views were beautiful as well. If you’re looking for a barn venue, THIS IS THE ONE!

dding weekend (I only had the opinions of my family, which were very positive). When we arrived to set up for the wedding I was blown away - the venue exceeded every one of my expectations! It was absolutely perfect in every way and the whole weekend was so much more amazing than I could have imagined. I loved that we could arrive early in the weekend to decorate the barn and personalize it for how we wanted it. The hill where the ceremony was performed was gorgeous. The tent was perfect for dinner and the barn had exactly the atmosphere we were looking for while we danced the whole night. Everything was laid out perfectly and effectively for a seamless evening. Mary Anne, the host of Birch Hill Farm, is WONDERFUL and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of planning. She was easy to communicate and quick to answer any questions we had. With her help and the guidance of the wedding planner, every detail was accounted for and they made everything leading up to the wedding essentially stress-free. I would HIGHLY recommend considering Birch Hill Farm as your wedding venue. They will help make your day more special and more perfect than you can imagine. I thank them for the joy they bring to all the couples and families they have hosted and will continue to host!

and it did not disappoint. Everything from the ceremony location, the tent and the barn was so beautiful. Mary Anne was so responsive to my many questions and all of our wants for our wedding we’re met. We are so lucky and fortunate we got to have our wedding at Birch Hill! I can’t recommend this venue enough, it is truly one of the most beautiful wedding venues I’ve ever seen. With the Mountain View, the beautiful flowers all over and beautiful decor (that’s included with your package!), we couldn’t have had a more perfect day. Thank you Mary Anne and Birch Hill Farm for the most perfect wedding day! 10/10 recommend!!!

is tucked away and makes you feel like you are in your own little world. Getting ready in the farmhouse was so special & classic, and opening the door and walking out to the wedding ceremony was a dream. The view of the mountains and beautifully manicured landscape had our guests speechless. We had cocktail hour in the beautiful barn and the reception under the spacious tent. Every single guest told us what a magical place it was and they have never been to a wedding so fun before. It is such a fun venue that has so much character, and there is so much opportunity to add to the decorations and make it feel like your own. They even have a basement full of past decorations to borrow for your wedding. Mary Anne - you were incredible to work with and you made me feel like I was the only bride in the world. Thank you so much for opening your home and sharing the beautiful Birch Hill Farm with us, it will always hold such a special place in our hearts.

our wedding multiple times due to covid and Mary Anne was so patient and understanding during the whole process. I feel very lucky to have had her help and guidance during such a chaotic time. You could tell she really genuinely cared about making every wedding perfect, down to the little details. On top of that, the location is stunning. Our guests couldn't get over how picturesque the venue was. I wish we could repeat our wedding over and over.

The views are great, the barn is perfect, and the big tent with lighting made a great hangout spot after dinner. Plus the Perfect Match barn and the Bar were great touches. No one can stop talking about how flawlessly everything came together, even when it started to rain on us unexpectedly! I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and the owners. It was simply perfect.

Mary Anne’s help, along with the plentiful wedding pantry, we were able to bring our vision to life. You can really make this place your own. You are able to choose your own vendors, but Mary Anne’s recommendations are TOP NOTCH! We used five of her vendor suggestions. Gorgeous long farm tables, chairs, cocktail tables, a bar (converted from a shed), smoking hut, and linens are the perfect starting points for your day (all included in your venue rental fee). We were so excited to be able to start decorating on Thursday. It was great to see it all come together a few days before the big day. We highly recommend Mary Anne (most importantly) and Birch Hill Farm to exceed all of your barn/tent wedding visions! Thank you Mary Anne!!!

pivoted and WOW we are so happy we did. The feedback we have been getting about our venue is incredible... some family members even saying it's the best wedding they have been to. The barn is gorgeous - rustic and elegant. The ceremony site on the lawn is surrounded by mountains which was the perfect backdrop. There is a beautiful and large open-air tent on the property where we could space guests to keep everyone safe during COVID times. Mary Anne, the owner of the property, is such a wonderful person with great recommendations. She cares so much and wants to make sure the bride feels special on that day. The venue was DIY which is so exciting for couples who want to customize their day. Mary Anne even had a room full of decorations from previous brides that can be used - a great way to save money! The venue was also BYOB - another great $ saver! We have so many great memories for years to come. Thank you Birch Hil Farm!

ions you might have (and believe me I had a bunch!) When we booked we didn’t have a date in mind but knew we wanted August. Mary Anne suggested 8/24/19 because it was Gilford Old Home day in town so there would be fireworks that night and the view is perfect. The fireworks were spectacular and since we didn’t tell a lot of people it was a nice surprise for everyone! The venue is GORGEOUS. The ceremony area overlooking the mountains is breathtaking. The barn is beautiful without decorating but she even has an entire basement full of decor/jars/signs/etc to choose from so you really don’t even need to buy much. She let us visit a few times to figure out how we wanted to decorate, show my mom and sister, etc. Every time we went to visit there was something new. The second time we visited, she showed us the new awesome reclaimed wood tables, the third time it was the newly revamped bar and the new “curtain of lights” in the barn. She’s constantly adding and improving things and you can tell she loves what she does. Being able to set up Thursday and a Friday was a huge plus (Mary Anne also spent Saturday setting up with her awesome helper Tara what we weren’t able to finish, which was a good amount! Did I mention she’s amazing?) Having the house to get ready in on the wedding day and use throughout the night was also amazing because the house is beautiful and spacious. People are still telling me it was one of the funnest weddings they’ve been to and can’t get over how lovely the barn and property are. I could honestly go on and on but I highly recommend Mary Anne and Birch Hill Farm!!

rm is. First of all, Mary Ann is incredible! She and her hubby open their gorgeous home to you. From countless text messages and emails back and forth of me (I’m sure) asking the same questions I’ve already asked 10000 times she answered every single phone call or text or email I sent. I felt supported and was given answers right away. Mary Ann also invited us over to the barn multiple times to just soak it all in. They allow you to use decorations they have and if you wish you can leave decorations for the next bride, it’s AMAZING! My girls and I decorated the barn with things I purchased and many things provided and it was just stunning. And so special! My girls and I got ready inside the piano room. I was able to peek at my guest from a window - so cool! And the men enjoyed getting ready in the basement and having access to a beautiful patio! Perfect place for pictures! The views are breathtaking. The Mountains are in just about every picture we had taken. And the barn has its own beauty and charm. They also have lawn games (LOVE) and a fire pit and a built in BAR!!! (And sheep 😊) Everything your vendors need is on site and easily accessible as well! And they all have nothing but great things to say about the Farm and Mary Ann as well. Birch Hill Farm made my dreams come true and I will forever be grateful for all the help Mary Ann gave me along the way and on my wedding day! Best day of my life ❤️ Thank you

endors to use, but they’re not required. The barn is beautiful and was the perfect backdrop for pictures. Our wedding was raining but it wasn’t effected because of a huge tent provided. I would recommend this venue to anyone! It was amazing. I love birch hill farms!

She was easy to contact all through the planning process, and was so accommodating when we wanted to visit the venue to plan. Our guests still talk about how perfect the venue was. From the barn, to the ceremony location, big white tent, overlooking the mountains, it's hard to pick a favorite spot. Our photographer was blown away by the many picture-perfect spots on the property. Birch Hill Farm was the refreshing, unique, and stunning wedding location that we were looking for. What a weekend!

se we just knew immediately how perfect it would be for us. Maryanne and Kim really made it feel like home for us, and they truly wanted our day to be magical. There was a lot of planning and preparation that went into our wedding from a tent large enough to accommodate 200 people, to the bathroom trailer, to the band, to the transportation there were a lot of moving pieces before and after our big day and Maryanne made sure everything went off perfectly. She is very familiar with the farm and knows exactly how to make your vision for your wedding happen. Having the place for several days before the wedding allowed us plenty of time to balance relaxing with out of town guests and enjoying such a beautiful setting while getting setup slowly and never feeling rushed. We also had our rehearsal dinner there and our guests were so impressed with both nights. It's the kind of venue where you can have ample time to feel a sense of connection with the place which made our experience so very special. We simply cannot say enough about this property. When your guests arrive and drive up the very private driveway they will be blown away by the expansive views and beautiful farmhouse and barn and perfectly manicured lawn and other beautiful flowers and tress around. Our memories and vision of our wedding will last a lifetime. This venue is so versatile, if you want a rustic wedding, you can certainly get it here. However, that wasn't my vision and I was still able to execute it perfectly here. If you are looking for a wedding destination that will surely bring beauty, elegance, and love on your big day you won’t be sorry by booking Birch Hill!

m our initial tour, we knew we had to have our wedding there. Maryanne is so warm and welcoming, creative, and helped us execute our vision for our dream day. Guests instantly fell in love with the venue between the beautiful barn and breathtaking views. The wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Maryanne. the venue on a whim and it was immediately the perfect place for our day. MaryAnne let us transform her property into EXACTLY what we had dreamed of. We had the ceremony out on the front lawn and The reception for 75 guests in the beautiful and classic barn that was more than spacious enough for us. We had a full band perform, guests playing games and checking out the property which was perfect for this indoor/outdoor setting. Transportation was provided so that everyone could have a great time with no worries about how hey would be getting to and from the hotel which was less than a mile away from our venue. Our guests are still raving about the beauty of the venue and the people who own it! I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend having your wedding or any event at this location!

e itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of privacy, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. We had sole use of the picture perfect property the entire weekend which was a huge plus. Mary Anne and Kim were nothing but helpful in the planning phase and during the course of our weekend - we cannot praise them enough! As a wedding venue we couldn’t fault anything. The barn is in pristine condition and made for a fantastic reception venue. The front lawn of the house painted a perfect backdrop for our ceremony. Our guests were in awe from the moment they arrived to Birch Hill Farm. Mary Anne was there from start to finish, jumping in to help in any way possible. We had full use of the living rooms inside the house to prep before our ceremony. We finished getting ready and enjoyed lunch and champagne while eagerly looking out at all the vendors preparing the venue. We had use of the beautiful patio in the back of the house between the ceremony and reception. Birch Hill Farm played a huge part in the success of our weekend and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that. If we could change one thing it would only be to go back to that day and be a guest at our own wedding. We are grateful for our experience at Birch Hill Farm and hope other couples to follow will have the same wonderful, perfect experience we had.
