I purchased and talked through styles and fits I liked. After trying on a dress that was a totally different style and fit then what I thought I wanted, I fell in love with that style but wanted to think about it a little more. I ended up making a second appointment to try on more dresses, and both Audrey and Tori were so wonderful in selecting dresses that made me feel beautiful. They were super respectful of my budget, took tons of pictures so I could send them to my mom and friends who all live out of town, and even helped me face time my mom to show her the final options. The whole experience was wonderful and a total 180 from the other bridal shops I had been to where I felt super rushed. The seamstress they recommended did an amazing job altering my dress, and I could not have felt more beautiful on my wedding day.

Tori and Audrey made me feel special from the first time speaking to them on the phone to the day I picked up my dress. While trying on dresses, I never felt judged or felt like they saw me as less of a bride. They made me feel so beautiful and deserving. They were able to get all of the sample dresses I had requested. I found my dream dress and felt genuinely beautiful for the first time in my life. I live 4 hours from BOMB, and selecting this store was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The variety of selections and designers helped me feel confident from the start in the hopes of finding a dress at the beginning of my appointment, but what truly made the experience perfect was Victoria's customer service.
