I had the absolute best experience at this bridal shop! My stylists, Audrey and Rachel, were so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire appointment. As a curvy b...
ride, they truly listened to what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful every step of the way.
Rachel went above and beyond, and because of her, I found my dream elopement dress! I couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance, expertise, and encouragement. Audrey, the manager, was also wonderful and made the entire experience so fun and stress-free. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Victoria, and she was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. You can truly tell how much she cares about every bride who walks through the door.
If you’re looking for the best bridal shop in town, this is it hands down! I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to Rachel, Audrey, and Victoria for making such a special moment so unforgettable!
I paid $5,123 for a custom gown at Birch On Main and immediately raised concerns that it didn’t look the way I had anticipated and expected (especially for a $5,000 dress). Instead...
of helping me, the staff dismissed my worries and suggested alterations would fix it all. It ultimately took two different alteration specialists confirming that the dress wasn't going to look the same as I anticipated for the shop to finally take me seriously.
When I tried to resolve the issue, the owner, Victoria Holland, was incredibly hostile and combative, speaking down to me until I was in tears right there in the store. After I called out the aggressive energy and rude behavior, the manager actually admitted they came into the meeting “hot” because they were prepared for an argument (ew?). My hope & goal was truly to get the skirt remade to look how I had envisioned.. Once the owner settled down and I was able to show pictures and explain myself, she did offer to remake the skirt at no charge. Unfortunately, though, the emotional distress and terrible customer service completely ruined the experience. I felt far too uncomfortable to continue working with them on a new skirt. In the end, I decided not to have a big wedding anymore because so much money was wasted on this dress without any refund.
Save yourself the tears and the thousands of dollars. Go somewhere that respects their clients, values customer service, and gets it right the first time
The ladies I worked with at BOM were wonderful. They were so knowledgeable about what they had, picked great options for me, and were incredibly kind and patient! I didn’t really k...
now what I wanted, but they were able to listen to what I did and didn’t like and find the perfect gown! I didn’t feel any stress or pressure and that allowed me to enjoy the entire experience.

r! She took the time to talk about my vision, see example dresses, and discuss the price point I wanted to stay under. The store is very clean and plenty of space for your entourage to sit when they’re oohing and ahhing. As a plus size girl, you can imagine the apprehension that comes when going dress shopping. They have a fairly large selection of larger dress samples. I chose a Studio Levana dress that is amazing. I LOVE the dress that I chose and can’t wait for it to come in!
I had an amazing experience! They had a variety of plus size options to try on. They were so sweet

and did not try to "push" any dress on me. I told her my budget up front and she made sure to stay within it. It was such a fun experience and I am confident that I would not have had as much fun elsewhere. From my initial appointment to picking up my dress I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire Birch on Main team.

ed it. I had an appointment with Audrey and showed her the dress I purchased and talked through styles and fits I liked. After trying on a dress that was a totally different style and fit then what I thought I wanted, I fell in love with that style but wanted to think about it a little more. I ended up making a second appointment to try on more dresses, and both Audrey and Tori were so wonderful in selecting dresses that made me feel beautiful. They were super respectful of my budget, took tons of pictures so I could send them to my mom and friends who all live out of town, and even helped me face time my mom to show her the final options. The whole experience was wonderful and a total 180 from the other bridal shops I had been to where I felt super rushed. The seamstress they recommended did an amazing job altering my dress, and I could not have felt more beautiful on my wedding day.
I got a bridesmaids dress from here, and they made the process so easy! They had the prettiest dresses to choose from, and the staff was so friendly and easy to work with.

ittle hope of ‘feeling like a bride’ and just feeling beautiful for that one day in my life. My BOMB experience surpassed my expectations of dress shopping. Tori and Audrey made me feel special from the first time speaking to them on the phone to the day I picked up my dress. While trying on dresses, I never felt judged or felt like they saw me as less of a bride. They made me feel so beautiful and deserving. They were able to get all of the sample dresses I had requested. I found my dream dress and felt genuinely beautiful for the first time in my life. I live 4 hours from BOMB, and selecting this store was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My wedding day was every little girl’s dream, and my family and friends still talk about my dress being a show-stopper. I would not recommend any other place to shop for a wedding dress. I am so grateful to Tori and Audrey for making my wedding day perfect and forever changing the way I see myself.

nce I technically already had a dress that I just didn’t love. The girls at Birch listened to exactly what I wanted and pulled e several gowns, all beautiful, but surprised me by finding THE perfect gown I hadn’t even known I wanted - and for a significant amount under budget!! They made me feel so beautiful and excited and it really felt like they connected with me even though I know they do this for countless brides. Amazing experience, 10/10, cannot wait to tie the knot so I can update this review with pictures!
I have been to this store with three different brides so far. Phenomenal experience for wedding dress shopping.

ook me three dresses until I found "The Dress" because they were able to figure out quickly exactly what style I wanted (even before I knew myself). Once I found the dress, I felt like I was in Elizabeth Banks's shop in The Parent Trap. They did a whole photo shoot with me and the veil and even a bouquet so that I could have lasting memories of this moment. And as if this shop could get any better, when I picked up my dress from them, they had added beautiful rehearsal dinner dresses. This boutique has it all, right down to the cutest little shop dog ever. You will not regret making an appointment with them.
