We're towards the last of our friend group to get married, and our whole bridal party kept asking for tasks/jobs to do/last minute things we might have forgotten to make happen (as we have done A LOT of work on wedding day for each of their weddings). But Birch Wood had already thought of everything and let our loved ones be guests too! Best day ever, best team ever, and coziest little winter wedding we could ever imagine. Throughout the entire process Birch Wood was professional, organized, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. Anything my husband or I needed throughout the day BirchWood staff were so quick to jump in and help, whether it was bustling my dress or grabbing things for us from the bridal suite, they were always there and so helpful. Having day of coordination through them was an absolute lifesaver. They even packed the car for us at the end of the night. Avery, our coordinator, was nothing short of a superstar — she handled every piece of chaos with calm professionalism and a genuine smile. She was steady, reassuring, organized, and just an absolute joy to work with. And a special shout-out to Autumn, our “personal” server that evening, who was warm, attentive, and wonderful, even though we barely had time to properly thank her because we were being pulled in every direction. The food deserves its own standing ovation. We had guests who were vegetarian, vegan, and even vegetarian celiacs, and everyone was blown away by the quality and variety. My two brothers were in the wedding party and both have celiac disease — I was incredibly impressed by Birchwood’s care, their meticulous labeling, and the sheer number of gluten-free and allergy-friendly options. They even created an adult-sized chicken tender plate for an autistic guest with very specific sensory preferences. That level of compassion, flexibility, and service is rare, and we appreciated it more than words can say. The natural beauty of the venue is stunning. You genuinely don’t have to do much in terms of décor — Birchwood’s elegant, warm aesthetic does the heavy lifting for you. One of the best features for us was the separate cocktail-hour space and main venue room, which was a huge stress reliever. We ended up needing to move our ceremony indoors due to weather, and it was seamless because of how well Birchwood is designed. Pricing was transparent, fair, and comprehensive for what’s included. We asked so many questions throughout the planning process, and the staff was always responsive, patient, and helpful via email. We never felt like a burden — just supported. A fun bonus: We had a choreographed first dance, and Birchwood allowed us to use their space for short practice sessions, which we easily booked through their online system. Small gesture, big impact. This was truly the best day of our lives, and Birchwood and their incredible staff played a huge role in making that happen. If you’re considering this venue — do it. The service, the beauty, the organization, the heart… everything was exceptional. We are endlessly grateful and highly recommend!

From the salon chairs for make up & hair in the bridal suite, to adjusting the heat to our comfort during the reception, to getting our drink orders for after the ceremony … every detail was thought of and addressed with such professionalism and kindness. was nothing but positive. We were able to tour very quickly, and put the deposit down not too long after. The food tasting was an incredible experience, and their system makes it so easy for seating charts and to space out the payments. Whenever I had questions they responded in a very timely manner via email. The entire staff is kind and their attention to detail is unmatched. Denise was incredible to work with. We had planned to have our ceremony outside, but it rained on the day of our wedding so we had to move it inside. The entire team worked so hard because we had up until an hour before the ceremony to switch it to inside and so many guests told me they didn't even know it was supposed to be outside because of how well the inside was decorated and the seamless transition. Denise kept us on time with the photographer throughout the day as well and was there every time I turned and had a question or even when I needed something as small as a napkin. I wanted to be part of the cocktail hour and Denise made that possible with our delay with making sure we got all of our shots with the photographer. Denise and the team made my vision come to life with my décor set up and made it so easy to pick up everything the next day. I am so happy we went with Birch Wood Vineyards as our venue! We truly could not have asked for a more perfect day.

t weekend, the leaves were green, and the garden was blooming with beautiful colors. The benefit to this venue compared to others is that you have two rooms (one for cocktail hour and one for reception) AND you are the only event that day. The staff all know their roles and exactly what to do. They also help you through the entire process. I must have emailed Birch Wood a million times and they responded back within 20 minutes or called me everytime. The options for the packages are all customizable too. We ended up going with the highest package and did multiple add ons. I was nervous on the day of the wedding because it might rain but Kasia was tracking the weather 24 hours prior and made me trust her in deciding to do an outdoor ceremony (because that was my dream). We had least minute seating chart arrangements and the team worked with us and made it an easy fix. They also coordinated with several of my vendors including my band, which made it easy so that I did not have to. Eveywhere you turned, Kasia was on whatever task she had to do to make this day perfect for us. Densie helped assist me with anything I needed and Samantha was there with my husband and I's drinks anytime guests were not talking to us. Right after the recpetion ended they packed everything in my bins and loaded the car up for us of all our decor. This venue also has a list of preferred vendors that they work with a lot which were amazing (Make up by Jessalyn, Precious Moments, Milllyard Studios, Chickadee Hill Cakes). Everything was organized and communication between the vendors were smooth. We got ready in the bridal suite and was provided breakfast and lunch. The food there is delicious and I did not hear a single bad thing about the ahrvest chicken, filet or butternut squash ravioli. The mac n cheese martini bar and raw bar was a hit, as well as the late night snack stations and make your own smore station. We have been to a few events at birch wood but nothing compared to our wedding. If you want a venue that makes you #1 and is their to help you through the entire process this venue is the best! I wouldnt have changed a single thing.

The venue itself was stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, elegant architecture, and breathtaking views that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of flawlessly. Our event coordinators(Linda, Melisa, Denise, Kasia) were gems. They were organized, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They patiently answered all our questions, offered valuable advice, and made us feel like our wedding was their top priority. The catering was delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the quality of the food(which by the way was in plenty, from the welcoming drinks to cocktail hour and then reception dinner, ahh) and the impeccable service provided by the catering team. They were attentive to our requests of how we wanted the food to be cooked and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Throughout the planning process, Birch Wood Vineyards was flexible and accommodating, making it easy for us to personalize our wedding to fit our vision. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors, which contributed to a stress-free experience for us and our families. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. They were able to bring our vision to life, and the assistant general manager, Kasia, ran the event as though it was her own daughter's. I cannot say enough good things about our experience overall! use we knew immediately they had everything and more that we could ever want. Besides being such a beautiful venue, their entire staff is incredibly communicative and organized. I would email them at all hours of the day on any given day of the week, and pretty much every email of mine was answered within an hour. I was very anxious about planning a wedding, but they really helped me every step of the way in any way they could. I also cannot write this review without acknowledging my amazing day of coordinators: Kasia & Denise. They were absolutely incredible at keeping the day on track. My hair and makeup team kept saying how chill and relaxed I was the morning of and I credit that to Kasia and Denise for making sure I simply didn’t have anything to worry about! About an hour before I was set to walk to the aisle, I had an unfortunate mishap with my dress and the way Kasia handled it was incredible…literally on the floor trying everything she could think of to help me out! It was just completely above and beyond what we expected! Not to mention, the food at Birch Wood is incredible too! We’ve had so many guests tell us this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! You’re just simply not going to find a better venue than Birch Wood! They check all the boxes and then some!

From our tour on day one through the tastings, meetings and day-of everything was so easy! Easily accessible for communication, too.

However because they hold so many weddings… they are REALLY good at their jobs. My wedding went so smoothly, it was perfect! You don’t have to worry about anything if you get married here. And they make the planning process SO easy. They answer emails so fast and they have answers or suggestions for anything you have to ask. While a lot of people get married here, there are many ways to make your wedding yours through choosing vendors. You don’t have to choose their vendors (except I did for cake and flowers because of the package- Britton designs and Chickadee hill cakes were fantastic) but they have a fantastic list of preferred vendors to start from. I planned my wedding in graduate school with minimal time and I am incredibly grateful that I chose Birch Wood Vineyards and they made it so easy for me. It was a perfect perfect day and the place is so beautiful!

ur big day so perfect. The staff were there to help every step of the way and set all our decor up exactly how we imagined it. They made not only us feel so comfortable but our family and wedding party as well. Even when it came to bustling or fixing my dress they were there to help. We had chicken marsala and prime rib as our dinner options and our guests raved about it. They even packed up our meals for us to take home because we couldn’t finish it and it was just as yummy the next day! The bridal suite was beautiful and had so much space for everyone to get ready. The staff would check in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We lucked out and it stopped raining for our ceremony and I am so glad we got to hold it outside. The grounds are well kept and the pictures came out amazing. When it started sprinkling for pictures they were right there with an umbrella for us. As stressful as wedding planning can be the staff made it so much easier for us. Absolutely everything about this venue is incredible. We can not thank Birch Wood Vineyards enough for making our day a dream come true!!!

What we loved beyond the fact that it is absolutely beautiful, is that it truly felt all inclusive. It was so nice to be able to borrow all of their decorations (no need to buy table numbers, placecards, etc. that you'll never use again) and that their packages are so easy to customize. Our wedding day was perfect, and exactly what we wanted. They worked with us to have our vision of an outdoor ceremony, even though it was raining almost all of the morning. Kasia, Denise, and Linda keep you on time, organized, and make sure anything you want is taken care of. Our guests were so enthusiastic about the venue and the food is great as well, but as a bride I cared most about the people we were working with. The nice thing is, they'll pack up some food for the bride and groom as well for the next day :) My advice: book this venue, but book it WAY in advance since they are so popular.

tting married during. Indoors you're greeted by dark wood, huge wine barrels, fire places in every room. Which gave us the coziest, romantic, winter wedding that I thought I could only dream of. The staff is so knowledgeable, they were always very quick to respond when we had a question. They offer an all-inclusive package which made helping us find photography, dessert, and flowers a breeze. The service on the wedding day was unmatched. Everyone from the wedding coordinator, to the waitstaff, to the bartenders, were all so amazing. The food was unbelievably good - portion sizes are so much larger than what you typically think of when you're picturing a wedding meal. If we could, we'd get married here every weekend! Denise and Kacie anticipated needs I never even knew I had! For example, the walkthrough process they took control and made expectations so clear and concise for family members and bridal party. Arriving that morning of, they had laid out all my bridesmaid’s gits, organized the getting ready area, had morning snacks prepared, etc. They unpacked and packed everything up, having such an organized system down. They took care of *everything. * But most importantly, they prioritized YOU and your HUSBAND above everything else. They treated you like nothing else matters but the two of you, and it was such a special feeling. In all the commotion you would expect to experience the day of your wedding, I have to say Denise kept me so leveled. I was so calm and collected, and I most certainly would not have been without her (anxious person here). Her reassurance, confidence, kindness, and excitement for me as a bride was something you can’t just pretend to do. They provide you with a list of vendors you can trust and feel confident in hiring. Their food is second to none. We still go back for their experience nights, to get another taste of their delicious cuisine. If you don't pick the sesame chicken bites, Mac and cheese bar and chicken tenders for a late night snack - I can tell you you're making a mistake! Our family brings up the food and the atmosphere of our special day every time we see them. They say things like "best wedding we've ever been to" "wedding of a lifetime" "best meal ever" "best cocktail hour ever" "most beautiful ceremony space". We honestly knew we'd received compliments on our day, but are shocked by the amount and the sincerity behind them all. We just gleam with pride knowing we had the best team of people that helped us bring our vision to life! Day-of coordination is included with their wedding packages, and thankfully so! Denise, Linda, and Melissa were absolutely AMAZING! These women were by my side whenever I needed them to be, overlooked the flow and the timeline of events, and took care of any issues behind the scenes and without ever letting me know of any issue (was there even any?). Denise came up to me multiple times asking "what isn't perfect? can we make anything better?" I couldn't believe the attention to detail they all have. I knew from our rehearsal I would not have anything to worry about on the day of, and that I could truly just enjoy the day and the moments and spend my time making memories with the people I love. Terrific job, great personalities and super fast and efficient. To the entire wait staff, you are the best in the business. Fast and courteous. To the kitchen staff. The appetizers and main course were outstanding and our Prime Rib was overflowing on the plate. We've never seen that at any other venue. Cooked to Perfection also. I could go on and on. Kasia was our day of coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly from our 10AM arrival to our 9:30PM departure. I never had an ounce of stress because she was so organized, approachable, and quick to find answers to any questions! Every single one of our vendors approached us and had high praise for the entire staff and especially Kasia. Specifically, our photographers said that she ensured they had their time to eat with the rest of the guests which is not something that always happens. We really loved our vendors and were so happy Kasia made sure they were taken care of too! One more specific detail, my dress didn't have a bustle and Kasia had the awesome idea to safety pin it up into a bustle. No one even knew it was just a safety pin and it allowed to be much more comfortable walking around the reception! Further, the venue is BEAUTIFUL and the food was AMAZING. Every single guest (100+ people!!!) had high praise for both and many guests expressed that it was the best wedding meal they've had in a long time. We cannot thank Birch Wood enough for making our special day incredible! Wedding shouldn't be stressful and Birch Wood does everything they can to ensure you have the best day ever, we'd highly recommend booking them for your wedding!
