They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience and worked with me so much to make everything possible and ideal! I did a dream appointment and it was 100 percent worth it! They made me feel so comfortable and helped me find my perfect dress! Would definitely recommend Birchwood Bridal!

Amy at Birchwood Bridal is absolutely incredible! She has offered endless support in helping my fiancé and I find and create our dream wedding dresses. It's a big job with two brides! And Amy has effortlessly helped us with her dress selection and customizations that will make our wedding dresses perfect for each of us. Birchwood Bridal has a beautiful selection of unique dresses and offers a full celebratory and magical experience for any bride looking for her perfect dress! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Trying on dresses at Birchwood Bridal was a dream! Sierra was so kind, helpful, and supportive. She went above and beyond and really made our time there so special. She made sure me and my group of lovely ladies were taken care of and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I can not say enough kind words about this bridal shop.

I had a great experience at Birchwood Bridal! They were super flexible with appointment days/times and had the dress I mentioned seeing online ready and waiting for me to try on. They also had helpful suggestions for hair accessories / veils to try on to give the full look. Cost transparency was great for the custom dresses.

I was so nervous to go dress shopping as a plus size bride. I hate shopping in general and certainly don't enjoy the "fashion show" element of trying things on. So when I say that I had an absolutely magical experience at Birchwood, it means expectations were totally defied! Birchwood turned something that I was dreading into a the warm, fuzzy moment every bride hopes for. Amy welcomed my family and I into this unique and cozy space with flattering lighting (no harsh, overhead changing-room lights). I had a "Dream Appointment" which included local chocolates and champagne for me and my guests--they were SO tasty--highly recommend requesting this option! The form I filled out to make the appointment was clearly considered when she pulled gowns for me and we talked about the pictures I shared to convey the "vibe" I was going for. I felt heard, supported, and never once pressured. I found my gown here, thanks to the time and care they took to prep for my appointment--they had two gowns shipped from another location for my appointment and of course one of those was my perfect gown! I could keep going on about why I loved my appointment and this shop, but this is already getting long :). SO happy to be a Birchwood Bride!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was nervous and honestly a little pessimistic going into this appointment as someone who does not feel comfortable wearing more formalwear, and wow. I was wrong! Amy listened to all my concerns and preferences and guided me through the entire process. She was encouraging, positive, and made my bridal shopping experience feel incredibly welcoming. I said yes to the dress at my first appointment and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

I could not recommend this bridal shop enough! I had a bad experience at another shop before going here and Amy made sure that didn’t happen again. Her main goal was to make sure I found a dress I loved and she did! Wonderful place and people!

My best friend found her dream dress at Birchwood Bridal/Maggie Bridal today and we had the best experience! Sierra helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions, and reassured us with her plethora of knowledge about bridal gowns. Sierra laughed and joked with us like we had known each other forever, and she made my best friend’s appointment so very special and so memorable. The salon is cozy and intimate, and they have a wide variety of gorgeous gowns across many price points. They also have several off the rack dresses that would be perfect for brides with shorter engagements! I would definitely recommend Birchwood Bridal to all brides to be! Make sure to request Sierra!! :)

My appointment at Maggi Bridal was amazing! The dresses were so beautiful and in a great price range for my budget! Amy and Sierra were wonderful at helping me pick the right gown for me. My experience at Maggi Bridal was absolutely wonderful. Looking for the perfect wedding gown in the right price range was obviously extremely important to me and they went above and beyond to make that happen for me. Right from the start they were easy to communicate with - responding promptly to my requests for appointments with notably friendly and relaxed customer service over email, phone, and text. Through email we discussed dress options and they wanted to make sure they had an idea of what I was interested in before I even arrived. I was lucky enough be able to change my appointment at the very last minute and they kindly accommodated! I cannot say enough about the dresses here. Of course, everyone has their own style and vision for a wedding dress. But these gowns are out of this world beautiful. All of them feel so unique and gorgeous in their own way. The store in Asheville is so private and calm - as they only allow one client at a time - and I was able to utilize the entire space while selecting my dress. The personal attention Sierra and Amy gave to me and my friend while we were there was very special and they should be really, really proud of the shop they run. I would recommend checking this place out ASAP if you are looking for an incredible gown and a relaxing and personalized experience.

Amy was absolutely amazing to work with. She worked within my budget and helped me narrow down my search in such a practical way. I spent the max of my budget but it was well worth the experience and the dress. I highly recommend Amy to any brides.

I had such an amazing experience at Maggi! Amy was a joy to work with. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and heard, which is exactly how I wanted to feel while wedding dress shopping. They have an incredible selection of dresses and Amy is great at helping you narrow down what you’re looking for while still encouraging you to have fun, look around, and get out of your comfort zone. I fell in love with a dress at Maggi, but I ended up falling a little more in love with a dress at a different store. Even so, Amy sent me the sweetest message to let me know how happy she was for me. I can’t recommend Maggi Bridal enough!!

This beautiful bridal shop was my daughters first, and came to be,last place to go to choose her wedding gown. With the expert, no pressure help she received from Sierra the choice was made on the fourth dress at an unbelievable price! Cannot recommend this shop enough!

I really enjoyed my experience with Maggi Bridal! The ladies who work there are so kind, patient, and helpful! They have a variety of different wedding dress styles and when I got there, they had already pulled some wedding dresses for me to try that fit the description I gave them! They help you get in and out of the dresses and they have such a cute, chic little area for you to walk out and view the dresses you try on! They only schedule one bride per time slot, so I very much appreciated being the only bride in the boutique, which made for a tailored experience! The appointment length time is perfect and they were so flexible with my indecisiveness! My guests were pleased with their experience as well and felt very comfortable in the store! Beyond all this, they have recommendations for tailors in the area and are willing to help with anything you need. They honestly just want to help you find your dream dress, and I'm so glad I found my dress with them! Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a wedding dress in the Asheville area!!

I tried on every dress in Asheville. So many beautiful dresses, but none were 100% "me". At my 4th appointment, I finally found THE ONE. Thanks to Amy at Maggi Bridal, I was able to spend a relaxed appointment, with her full attention and focus on helping me find what I was truly after. She also had me share some pictures of other dresses I liked prior to the appointment, so I felt she already understood my vision before I even got there! Everyone who has seen the dress has been absolutely gob smacked by it. I can't wait to wear it!!! Not only that, but I also bought earrings and a necklace. The accessories are GORGEOUS and so unique. Highly recommend Maggi Bridal. 5 Stars.

My mom and I booked a three-hour dream appointment at Maggi Bridal, and we can't say enough wonderful things about our experience! Amy has been an absolute delight to work with. She was very helpful, and she answered all of my questions from the moment we booked the appointment. On the day of our appointment she instantly made my mom and I feel comfortable, and she had fun touches like chocolates and sparkling apple cider (she also has champagne if you would prefer that!) waiting! I was able to try on all of the dresses that had caught my eye online, and I found the perfect one! Amy even pulled two dresses that ended up tied for second place that I probably would not have tried on otherwise. I felt like she really picked up perfectly on my personality and the overall feel of our wedding. She had wonderful suggestions throughout the appointment, and she found the perfect veil to match my dress! She has tons of beautiful accessories in her salon, and I loved that I was able to select everything that day. I would highly recommend visiting Maggi Bridal, and I would say that the dream appointment in particular is well-worth the investment if you're considering it.

With COVID protocols, the boutique only accepts one bridal appointment at a time, and that made the experience feel much more special. Amy at Maggi Bridal was an absolute JOY to guide me through this experience. The shop is super cute and they have a variety of different styles of dresses for everyone. I felt so safe and comfortable, especially during COVID. They only do one appointment at a time so it was very stress-free and I got the one-on-one attention that lacks in many other experiences. I absolutely loved my experience at Maggi Bridal. We were the only people there so it was very personal. I appreciated her respect for my budget and her overall personality was so welcoming and appreciated. I never anticipated I would be the type to put on a dress and just know but that is exactly what happened, and it was right on budget! On top of all of this I was delighted when she told me my veil (and all accessories I decide to purchase from them in the future) are discounted for buying from them. Overall couldn’t have been better. Love love love you guys!!!

The girls at Maggie bridal were great! I was from out of town and had bought my dress while on vacation. They had my dress and veil shipped super quick as soon as they were done. They kept in touch and were wonderful to work with.

Maggi Bridal Asheville was an incredible experience! I went to another shop first and let me say, EVERY bride deserves to have the experience Maggi Bridal gives you! My maid of honor, mom, and I had the entire salon to ourselves during our 1 1/2 hour appointment. We were greeted at the door by the owner and then Delaney took over to help me find a dress. She was incredibly respectful to my budget- allowing me to look at anything I wanted but always letting me know if I was getting out of my price range. I did find my "yes dress" at Maggi Bridal! Here's the big thing though! I. Did. Not. Pick. It!!!! After trying on 3 dresses Delaney asked if I would try one she picked based on my feedback on the last 3. I did and we all cried when I walked out in it. It gets even better!!! The dress Delaney has me try on and that I ultimately picked was UNDER MY BUDGET!!! All in all, every bride deserves the Maggi Bridal Asheville; one on one, catered, fun experience! THANK YOU MAGGI BRIDAL ASHEVILLE

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop. Delaney was an incredible consultant! It was as if I was shopping with a friend- who happens to have 7 years of experience in wedding industry! She knew exactly what I meant when I was describing what I was looking for (in non-wedding industry terms). She never made me feel pressured into making a sale and was incredibly helpful at making me feel at ease. The salon was beautiful and very comfortable for my mother and sister who came along. The lighting was also gorgeous. Range of budget was great and had gorgeous gowns you could buy off the rack. Loved coming here and was so happy with everything.

Maggie's Bridal saved the day for us! A group of 7 of us came from 1-5 hours away one Saturday to shop for wedding, bridesmaids and mom dresses...but the main focus was the bridal dress of course! After going to 3 other shops in Asheville, our bride had only 2 that were "fine." 2 of the 3 shops treated her very well and 1 mixed her in with gals trying on prom dresses and what seemed to be crowds of their friends onlooking. Amy at Maggie's worked us in at the end of the day and treated our bride like a BRIDE wants to be treated! Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had just the care and attention to detail that our bride desired and needed. Not only that but she LOVED 4 of the 5 dresses she tried on. I could go on - the shop has a charming and cozy feel great for this moment, they have beautiful hair and head pieces right there, Amy's 1 on 1 personal assistant type attention and follow up was lovely and perfect. I think this is THE place to go in Asheville if you're a bride to be, are looking for THE dress, and want to have the best memory from this experience!

I worked with Delaney, and she is such a gem! ✨ I really struggled with finding my dream dress, but Maggi Bridal made all my dreams come true, and they worked hard to make sure any customizations I wanted would happen, no matter what! They are amazing to work with & provide high quality dresses.

I absolutely loved that I was able to have then entire store to myself! It made it such a comfortable experience and helped make sure all focus from all staff was on helping me find my perfect dress! The staff was amazing at offering valid points and suggestions when I noticed smaller details I wanted to change. They were so excited with me and made me feel beyond beautiful. I know my dress is SO unique and loved the experience of finding the perfect match!

I didn't know what to expect from my bridal appointment with Maggi Bridal, as it was my first wedding dress shopping experience, but I could not have been happier. With every phone call and e-mail confirmation and reminder, I was put at ease with the kind and helpful guidance I received. When my friend and I arrived (from Knoxville), we were warmly welcomed and offered comfy seats/restrooms - which my 5 mo. pregnant friend especially appreciated. Brooke was my consultant and was very sweet and courteous of my needs the entire time. After looking through their selection of off-the-rack and custom order gowns, I had several I was excited to try on. They do have a smaller inventory to choose from, but each selection was so gorgeous and unique! I'll admit I was worried beforehand that I might not be able to find the traditional style gown I had my heart set on, knowing the Asheville location had more of a bohemian vibe, but those worries left me when I saw the many classic styles they also carried, complete with lace and tulle, and all the details you expect from a more timeless, vintage look. I never thought in a million years I would fall in love with the very first dress I tried on (I'm not that girl), but that's just what happened. Everyone's eyes lit up when I first walked out in it, the owner, Amy's, stylist, Brooke's, my friend's, and even my mom's via FaceTime since she wasn't able to be there. I truly felt like a bride in that moment and couldn't imagine recreating that experience to be any better. I did try on the other dresses still hanging in the fitting room, and while each one was beautiful and source for inspiration of how I might want to further style my gown, none held a candle. So back in my gown I went and Brooke topped me off with a lovely finger-tip length veil that was her own design (which she was so humble to not even mention until after the fact!) It was perfection. Needless to say, I found my dress that day and looking back on my visit is like a dream. I'll also add that all the ladies at the salon had wonderful recommendations for lunch and exploring Asheville after my appointment, and even though my heart was clearly set on "the" dress already, they did not pressure me to make a decision right away. I actually asked to come back after my appointment after thinking it over, and the owner graciously accommodated even though she had an event to get to that afternoon. Overall I was just really pleased with the time and effort these women showed me for my upcoming wedding day, and for that I am so grateful, and know I am in wonderful hands for the entire process with alterations and such leading up to then. TLDR: I went to Maggi Bridal and was blown away by the friendly and attentive staff, the incredible collection of gowns, & the surreal movie-scene like but actually IRL experience, and went home with a one-of-a-kind dress that feels like it was made just for me.

I had been to 5 different bridal stores before Maggie Bridal. While my other experiences were not terrible, I felt that Maggi Bridal was the best of the bunch. They listened to my price range and had a perfect selection of dresses already on the floor based on my description of what I was looking for. They even worked with me on a flexible payment option. Truly amazing and would recommend to anyone.

From the very first phone call, my experience with Maggi Bridal has been a dream! Delaney was the kindest consultant, they had so many beautiful gowns to choose from with a range of prices and styles, and my appointment was relaxed, sweet and filled with joy. I never felt rushed or pressured, and Delaney did an amazing job of suggesting gowns for me to try based on what features I liked or didn't love about the previous gown. I will forever be thankful for this adorable little boutique, and Miss Delaney, who changed my mind on a wedding gown and eased my anxieties just when I was ready to throw in the towel after a poor experience at another bridal shop in town. I don't know what I would have done without her! I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in my gown this spring.

Honestly, I had such a great experience at Maggi Bridal! Upon arrival we were greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm. The shop itself is so cute and comfortable! The owner and staff are so helpful and friendly. They took the time to really understand our circumstances and put us at ease. Our daughter is getting married in May 2019 and has some time constraints around her dress. She lives in Hawaii but will be getting married in Asheville. She is also very petite, so finding a perfect dress for her frame was also daunting. She didn’t want to get lost in a dress. The dresses are all gorgeous and by the time we pulled all of my daughter’s choices she had many to choose from! As she tried them on there were several that we all loved. But when she put on the ONE, we all knew it. Of course the dress is gorgeous… but it doesn’t stop at finding it. We left assured that her dress will arrive according to her travel plans and will have plenty of time for any alterations. We literally have zero stress around the dress. A perfect experience, a perfect dress and a very happy bride to be. I felt as though we made new friends by the time we left. Thank you, Maggi Bridal, we are very, very happy!

I didn't end up purchasing the dress as I purchesed one on line that worked, but the ladies at Maggie Bridal were so wonderful to work with I wish I had started here first. I was eloping the very next weekend, and they were so accomodating to schedule a last minute appointment and find a dress off their rack. They had a beautiful selection and it just so happened one fit me even though I was 5 months pregnant. I just wouldn't have had the time to get it altered. I would absolutly suggest starting here first for your bridal needs. They even called me back two days later making sure one of the dresses I purchased online worked for me, and I wouldn't be left without a dress, very kind.

I bought my beautiful, UNIQUE wedding dress a few months ago at Maggi Bridal. I had such a great experience. I didn't expect to find my dress there since the shop was so small, but they had a lot of options that fit my style. Hannah, my consultant, made me feel beautiful in each and every one of them. I loved having the whole shop to ourselves. I also loved that she let me see all the dresses I had picked out and choose what order to try them on in. Every other place I had been just handed them to me/put them on me. Hannah was really good at tuning into what I wanted instead of listening too much to what my entourage was saying. Hannah even shared some champagne with us when I found my dress! Since I had talked about wanting to find some matching lace to add to my dress, Hannah went out of her way making phone calls trying to match the lace. After I bought my dress at the Asheville store, I went to the Raleigh store and met the owner Amy, who was such a delight. She had already heard about me and my dress from Hannah and was so excited to meet me! While I was at the Raleigh store I got my veil there on the sale rack for $10! I definitely recommend Maggi Bridal!

Oh my gosh it was amazing, just what dress shopping should be! Where do I begin?? I even took my friend here for HER dress shopping experience! To leave out the unnecessary gushing, let me just state how wonderful this experience was especially when I compare it to other dress shopping experiences I've had. First of all, you are the focus of the appointment. You aren't sharing the room with any other brides dress shopping (which never bothered me per say, but made a huge difference when it was just me.) This was especially nice because it allowed for a lot of discussion about what was liked or not liked about a dress. I always thought that you find "that dress" as is, and just order your size, but Amy (from Maggi Bridal) was able to suggest other options with the same dress as she was very knowledgable about what designers were flexible with their designs. I could probably go on and on for hours about this shop and how positive and caring they were. While customer service and care is a huge part of the experience, it isn't everything. In addition, they also have a number of designer collections and a variety of styles. I loved my experience and found my dress (which we customized just for me) at Maggi Bridal!!!

Hannah at Maggi Bridal in Asheville is AMAZING!! She is so genuine and makes the process of finding your dream wedding dress easy and stress free! The gowns at Maggi’s are all beautiful, the atmosphere is magical, and the entire experience is one that is memorable, special, and fun!

Oh WOWWW! Maggi Bridal is amazingggg! I didn't purchase my dress here but I truly wish I had been able to, I found them after I had already found my dress. BUT I did purchase my veil from Maggi Bridal and Amy was so wonderful! She sent me photos of the veil when she saw it in person, and she even special ordered my veil for me, it was one from a designer she carried. It arrived and it is so beautiful! Amy also referred me to her most trusted seamstress that she has been using for the last seven months, and Tara is amazing! I didn't get my dress until a few weeks before the wedding and she fixed it and made adjustments in all the right places and made it even dreamier. This team between Maggi Bridal and Sugarcane Studios is sweet and trustworthy! And let's just talk about the vibes and aesthetics about the boutique for a minute! You and your people get to be the only ones in the boutique, it is so intimate and sweet. Amy has been so wonderful through this entire process, and remembers details about my wedding and been so helpful. I couldn't have done this without her!!!!
