From the passed apps, to the buffet, coconut margaritas and don't even get me started on the desserts! WOW!!! Emily and Patrick were incredible to work with. They truly love what they do and it shows in their work! The communication was amazing leading up to and on the wedding day. Emily was happy to answer any and all questions! They went above and beyond for us! I have a few family members with celiac disease (not just a gluten intolerance, full blown they will get violently ill if they eat it), so Patrick and his team made sure there was a separate fryer for ALL of our food choices, to ensure my family could enjoy the food and eat safely. Everyone LOVED the food, and it was no doubt a highlight of our wedding (as it should be, we love food). Our guests said they were full after dinner but couldn't stop eating when dessert came out - churros, choco tacos, and cheesecake! Need I say more? Oh, and I can't forget! They supply everything!! We had a wedding at home so we needed someone who could bring their own bar supplies, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, napkins, all of it - And they did! It's all compostable too which is amazing, and they take all of the trash with them. SUPER convenient and easy!! We did an open bar with them which was great too! Another thing we didn't have to worry about. The staff is incredible, very kind and professional. Victoria even made the effort to find me so she could make me one last coconut margarita! They must have known I love them haha clearly. Before the stock ran out, she made sure I got one! LOVE! Don't hesitate, what are you waiting for? Book!!!

ith was kind, professional, and went out of their way to help us however they could (even down to helping provide rain photo locations in case of bad weather - so above and beyond for a food vendor!) Then the food and drinks - our guests were literally hovering at the opening of where the food was coming out to snag everything because of how incredible it all was. The drinks were top notch - there was never a line at the bar because of how efficient the staff were. I am waiting for the next opportunity I have to work with Bird and Co because they were simply the best!

The photo of fantastic looking tacos definitely grabbed my attention but the phone call with Patrick made all the difference. We knew several of the guests would not want tacos, but Patrick assured me that tacos were not his only fare. They offer everything from a tenderloin station to chicken piccata. Patrick was so enthusiastic about serving great food that he got us excited too! The next day my son and future daughter-in-law went to his restaurant to try his food. It did not disappoint! Honestly, it was smooth sailing from there. Patrick was so organized throughout the process. He kept the timeline moving, had them in for a tasting (that they are still raving about) and did a final walk through with the venue to assure everything would go smoothly on the wedding day. The wedding day was amazing! His staff were personable and attentive. At cocktail hour we were greeted with the most amazing margaritas (chosen by the bride and groom). There was a homemade chips and salsa station and delicious appetizers were circulated. The appetizers were plentiful too. The dinner was amazing! So many people came up to us telling us it was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding! The desserts were fantastic, the wedding cake was great! I just can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Bird and Co! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them!

om the day we did our tasting we were in love and went back to the restaurant for all our birthday and anniversary celebrations leading up to the wedding. And I love that now we can go back for future wedding anniversaries! As a vegetarian, it was important to me that guests with dietary restrictions had a number of options and they knocked it out of the park. We kept hearing about how delicious the food was. Everyone on the team was absolutely amazing and the bar tender was a huge hit. I cannot recommend Bird and Co highly enough.
