Bird Dog BBQ in Colorado Springs, CO catered a wedding rehearsal for us that included 80 people. We are not from the area, but they came highly recommended. When I contacted Jeremy about catering the event, he provided suggestions, and then promptly emailed me with the package including food items we discussed, cost, etc. The crew arrived right on time. They did the set up and clean up for us. They were wonderful to work with, and truly cared that everything was perfect. The food was outstanding, and had rave reviews from local people as well as many from across the country. Jeremy did a great job estimating what we would need based on the number of people. We would highly recommend them!

Bird Dog BBQ catered our wedding and the food was absolutely delicious! They're my husband's family's favorite BBQ place so it was extra special. Super easy to work with because they offer a set catering package, so we didn't need to think about it at all! All the guests raved about the food!

We got married outside of Colorado Springs and Jeremy was more than willing to be our caterer and work with our venue on what we envisioned for our wedding. Bird Dog Cafe exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, as well as reasonably priced. Jeremy was so great to work with and quick to respond! He was available to reach and chat with regarding the catering order. He and his wife were awesome on the day off the wedding, too!! Our guests had fun interacting with them! The wasabique sauce was extraordinary!!!! I am a Texan girl who (don't hate me!) isn't a fan of BBQ, but all of my family and the groom's family are fans, so we went with BBQ. I don't like sauces either. But when Jeremy gave me a sample of his wasabique sauce, I went back for seconds!!! It's that good! I am hoping he will start marketing it and selling it in TEXAS!!! I highly recommend Bird Dog BBQ!!!

Bird Dog BBQ was fantastic with catering our wedding with full service. The food is very reasonably priced and just about every guest commented on how good it was. They worked with our venue and made everything easy on us. We are so happy we chose to use this company.

Bird Dog BBQ was AMAZING. The customer service was great, and their estimate for food was perfect. I think every guest I spoke to complimented the food, and people were even talking about it the next day! Delicious. Our wedding was really casual, so we just got food without the full service, and they made sure we were all set up with heat trays and serving utensils so we had everything we needed. If I had it all to do again, I would use Bird Dog every time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

I have never heard of any bride receiving so many compliments on how good the food was! The food always seems to take a back seat to everything else going on at a wedding, but it is honestly one of the first things I notice when going to a wedding. That being said, I wanted the food at my wedding to be amazing! Well, job well done, Bird Dog, you absolutely rocked it! Everything was soooooo good! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for someone to cater your wedding venue -- look no further than Bird Dog! We were so happy with their catering service! Their staff is so easy to work with and very professional. We tried other vendors during our search for a food vendor and struggled with them to even give us a quote or communicate back. With Bird Dog their communication with everyone was top notch! The food was excellent as well as the pricing for all the food we ordered! We are so happy we went with them-- All of our guests talked about how wonderful the food was and gave us positive feedback. Bird Dog was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We are were looking for authentic smoked BBQ that was affordable. We also really wanted to hire small business vendors for our wedding to support our community. Bird Dog was so awesome through the entire process! They worked within our budget, checked in multiple times, and had excellent service the day of the wedding. Compared to other places we interviewed they were definitely the best bang for our buck! And the food...YUMMMM!

I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to Bryan and Bird Dog BBQ for the AMAZING food and service they provided at my 5/22/16 wedding at Boettcher Mansion. Bryan assured me from the beginning that I was in good hands and he had done tons of weddings. Communication was excellent and the value was phenomenal. We had delicious and unique food and were able to feed 90 people for a fraction of the price that most "wedding caterers" would charge. I was so thankful that Bryan and Bird Dog were willing to drive all the way to Golden to serve at our wedding. I had concerns about texture and temperature being OK -- the food literally was perfect. Guests RAVED about how amazing the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs were. They came prepared with serving trays, sauces, and everything was taken care of. Bryan and his team went above and beyond when it came to service. Boettcher Mansion is a DIY venue so I leaned heavily on Bryan and his team for service in the form of clearing plates, serving water, and breaking down tables at the end of the night. My parents and I are so grateful to them for making the night go smoothly and going above and beyond. Everyone had a fantastic attitude and genuinely was happy to be of service to us. I can't recommend Bird Dog highly enough. Truly AMAZING vendor.
