For those Olivia Pope fans, Tiffanie will handle it, whatever “it” you need her to. My job keeps me pretty busy and Tiffanie made making decisions easy. I felt like I was drowning in wedding planning before meeting her. She offered up various vendors based on our preferences and let us choose. She will not suggest anyone that would not make your day all you dream it will be. Tiffanie’s suggestions led us to chose Divine Designs by Diesha for all our printing needs (Invitations/Welcome sign/Seating Chart/etc), Trene Forbes Photography for pictures and video that make us smile every time we see them, BellaFiori Flowers for jaw-dropping decor and florals, Make Up Your Grind MUA who indeed had my makeup on point all night through plenty of tears, and DJ LilMic, who kept the party going all night. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. Tiffanie is personable, down to earth, friendly, classy, honest, and gets “ish” done! So .....If you need a planner who is tough , understands your vision, and can do a little two step while running things , don’t look any further!!

We ultimately decided to hire her because of her great ideas and that she brings an assistant to help her out on the actual day. (I think the size of the wedding determines if she needs an assistant or not.) Tiffanie started working with us in depth about a month before the wedding. I had my own timeline, but she created her own which was much better. She was always very responsive to our emails with questions and changes to the timeline. We met with her several weeks before the wedding to review everything. During that meeting it was great how opinionated she was because she had tons of fabulous ideas that I never would have thought of. It was clear that she was an expert! Leading up to the wedding she also reached out to all of our vendors to confirm everything on their end. It was a huge time saver for us when she did that. During the final walk through she had some great ideas about room layout and it worked much better than what the hotel normally does. On the day of the wedding Tiffanie handled all of the details. I am typically a very detail-oriented person and like things a certain way, but I knew that she would be able to handle everything. We were able to visit with our guests without having to micromanage anything. When we had to do something (like the first dance or cake cutting), Tiffanie ushered us from one thing to another, which was very helpful. One of the best decisions in the wedding planning process was to hire Tiffanie!

Upon selecting BPE as our planner, we were both immediately impressed with the amount of time that was invested into learning what was important to us as a couple and what we expected on our special day. Throughout the planning process I was impressed with ideas presented by BPE, the follow through with dealing with different vendors, and the promptness of replies from emails and phone calls. BPE consistently resolved any concern that my wife and I had as they arose with the venue and other vendors. We both praised BPE as being a knowledgeable and an informational team that suggested reputable vendors in the area to work with that consistently provided discounted and/or additional services to us due to the respect they have for BPE. Without BPE identifying these vendors we would have been lost in our search to identify tuxedos to rent, a dress to purchase, flowers, tailors, invitations, and wedding favors. Our ceremony was held at M&T bank stadium in Baltimore, MD in a very large space, and BPE created an intimate and fun environment. Our guest consistently praised how beautiful the space was transformed from a football club level to a beautiful wedding ceremony space. Everyone loved how the dinning room floor was organized and how the ceremony flowed on-time and with such elegance. A wedding planner is the person that you trust to ensure that your special day is special. As a bartender for a catering company for several years I value a planner that is prompt, organized, and that has created a well thought out plan for the big day. BPE met and exceeded all expectations. I know that our wedding day would not have been close to as amazing as it was, if BPE was not included. I know that BPE is the reason that our day was special. Little did I know Ms T would become our disaster crisis manager, as well, and by the time the words “what if” came out of my mouth she was already replying with “don’t worry Ms Susan, I already talked to the venue and if we need to....”. When you hire Birds of Paradise, you will not only gain a team of true professionals, but also lifelong friends. Because the Peabody Library does not provide wedding coordination services, I really needed someone to "quarterback" major components of our event (e.g. flower delivery and set up, catering, lighting, DJ, photographers and transportation). Simply, Tiffanie exceeded our expectations and I cannot recommend her enough. She allowed us to focus on being fully present on our big day <3

Although Tiffanie hadn't done an Orthodox wedding before, she really cared about understanding the different processes and details and was wonderful in navigating through the day. They kept us on track throughout a very stressful timeline (about 6 months) with the added pressure of the (nervous, of course) bride living on the West Coast. From our first meeting, Tiffanie exuded calm and professionalism. She explained her role and gave us many valuable tips on how to have a great wedding (which wedid!). She was always available for calls, meetings and promptly returned email. When there were last-minute changes, she was very flexible and worked everything out. What impressed me most about Tiffany was that she seemed to anticipate our needs, and when we needed her for something on the wedding day, she seemed to be right in place before we knew it! She did some fabulous last-minute decorations of the reception venue with the materials that we provided (just give her some votives and a few props and you will be surprised what she can do!). She calmed everyone and directed the day's activities with a firm, friendly hand and extremely professional presence (as I told her, I would adopt her if I could!). My mom and sister live out of town, Tiffanie filled the space by offering many amazing vendor suggestions, attending vendor meetings with me, answering all my calls and questions - ALWAYS with a smile. When I was feeling stressed she always helped me see the bigger picture, and handled the matter like the true professional she is. She is incredibly dedicated to her brides, she will ensure every box is checked and every vendor knows where they should be the day of. Rest assured Tiffanie gets the job done! I owe everything to her, she is the biggest reason our wedding day was truly perfect. Alexis, her assistant is also an absolute joy to work with. I was so blessed to have such a great team on my side. Thank you Ladies again for everything!!

She immediately responded to my phone calls, emails, and texts and worked with our schedule. She organized EVERY detail of the wedding including the church, venue, vendors, and décor. On the day of the wedding, Tiffanie was cool, calm, and prepared which allowed all of us to be relaxed because we knew we were in good hands. On top of all this, Tiffanie’s fee was very reasonably priced and she went above and beyond what we expected. I’m SO happy that we chose Tiffanie. I would recommend her to EVERYONE!

Phone, email, text...doesn't matter. She's on top of it! She met with us several times before our big day, and whenever we needed something from calling to make an appt. to getting a vendor to answer us, she was on it. She acted professionally every step of the way but was also very personable. We have nothing negative to say about Tiffanie!
