Hiring Nicke as our wedding planner was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the moment our wedding day began, she took complete control of every detail, coordinating with the venue, vendors, and timeline so we never had to worry about a thing.
She was incredibly organized, proactive, and always one step ahead. Any questions or last-minute needs were handled before we even knew they existed. Because Nicke managed all of the logistics and communication with the venue and vendors so seamlessly, we were able to be fully present with our family and friends and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day.
If you're debating whether to hire a wedding planner, do it—and hire Nicke. She made our day feel effortless, and we can't imagine our wedding without her. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything was being taken care of. - Nicke BrownBirdie - OwnerWhen I was little, my parents lovingly nicknamed me Nicke Bird. This is where Birdie began. My sweet mom had her own wedding business, and in honor of her passing away, I felt Birdie was the perfect name for my little company. After college, I decided a career as a serial entrepreneur sounded fantastic, having started my first business in 1996 in corporate branding. Since then, I have followed my passions in holistic health pathways. Weddings were always my way to be creative and someone is always getting married. I worked at a top wedding venue for 6 years and loved every minute of it, the brides, the beautiful florals... that first dance.... So swoon-worthy! Leaving there is where Birdie starts. Fly Little Birdie! Fly! I created Birdie Weddings+Things to serve you on your Very Best Day, the months leading up to it, and to help guide you through the decisions that will truly make it Your Day.
