don’t know what happened in the last two days leading up to the wedding, but our wonderful representative just fell off the map. A lot of promises were made over the 8-9 months of planning we had before our wedding. We don’t charge for this, don’t worry about the cost for that.. we just want YOU to have the greatest wedding possible. They basically said anything to give us all the warm and fuzzies possible up until two days before. When we stopped by for our rehearsal it was all business. We don’t have THAT in writing.. show ME the email where you said you explicitly wanted that. My mother frantically calls and says that we can’t start decorating for the venue at the agreed upon time. Tiffany, who we verified times with not a week ago, lets us know that there is a golf tournament and we cannot set up decorations. She goes on to say that she had informed my fiancée of this already. Simple mistake right? Must be a miscommunication somewhere? Except my fiancée has NO idea what she is talking about. How did a catered event just materialize in two weeks anyways? Total BS but no problem we can just push things out and Tiffany assures us things will be fine. Then another problem, we had asked for pictures and other details during the course of planning for a wedding gazebo. Turns out that it is an extra cost and when we were rushed to sign the final cost sheet it was left off. No biggie wedding is tomorrow please get it in line and do what needs to be done we had mentioned we wanted this. Day of wedding and I don’t even know who Tiffany is. All the promises of last night have not been fulfilled. The gazebo is dirty and no effort has been made to move it, the reception hall is a disaster, and Tiffany is a mess. Whatever happened at this time in her life we paid for it. Guests reported sarcastic comments and rude orders coming from someone who to this point had been the highlight of our wedding to work with. She nearly had my fiancée in tears before walking down the aisle! Eventually family prevailed and I along with groomsmen moved this ton gazebo ~30 feet and my family stepped up to clean and set up for the venue. Things went off without a hitch and you know it was just one of those things that happen that brings the family together and reminds us of how great it is to have family and friends that were there for us. Tiffany on the other hand I cannot recommend for any future events. She was devastatingly disappointing when we needed/paid for her and acted this way without explanation or reason.
