Bistro Moustache plays French Café Music, a mix of Manouche, Gypsy Jazz, Musette, Swing, and French songs from the '30s to the current period.
Think Charles Trenet, Yves Montant, Georges Brassens, Serge Gainsbourg, Django Reinhardt and Gus Viseur coming together for an evening of Café music straight from Paris. With accordion, guitars, mandolin, clarinet and singing all in French.
All the material comes from the "classic" french repertoire, and are sung in French by Olivier, a native Parisian.
Bistro Moustache is Charlie Hancock (accordion), Olivier Zyngier (vocals, guitar, mandolin) and Richard Southwick (guitar, clarinet).
