Bit of Swiss did our wedding cake which turned out beautifully and they also provided a bunch of cute little desserts which were a huge hit! Our guests went crazy for everything and people couldn't stop talking about how delicious and pretty everything was. Very happy we used them for our wedding!

I recently had Bit of Swiss cakes for my wedding. After being a loyal customer for years and working at their farmers market for summers in high school, there was no where else I would have wanted my cakes from. The cakes were delicious and beautiful, and we got so many compliments from our guests. We over ordered but had no leftovers! However, our experience with ordering was frustrating. I called about 3 months before the wedding to place an order, and was told that it was too close to the wedding. After explaining that I only wanted sheet cakes and one smaller cake, I was able to put down a deposit, but told there was no possibility of delivery. I was too late to do a tasting, so purchased cakes on my own from the bakery to try. When I called back to say what flavors I wanted, I was told that there wasn't an order placed yet and they again needed to confirm with the bakers that they could do it. My fiance then communicated with Bit of Swiss, and had to follow up several times to ensure that our order was right, after getting conflicting information from different staff. Bit of Swiss definitely has the best desserts in the area and I am glad that we were able to use them as our vendor, but I was disappointed with the operations and communication throughout the process.

We used Bit of Swiss for our wedding cake in October 2022. We have nothing but amazing things to say about the whole process, including the tasting. We loved the opportunity to sit down ahead of time to go through which flavors we wanted, the design of the cake, as well as the size given our guest count. With their help, we ordered almost a perfect amount and only had a few slices left which we really appreciated given we've known so many people who ordered way too much cake and couldn't finish it all after the wedding. They provided us with good recommendations on when the cake should be delivered, as well as decorated the cake with a few florals perfectly so it looked absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Bit of Swiss!

Honestly THE BEST CAKE YOU WILL EVER EAT! Professional staff and beautiful desserts. The cake was beautiful and to quote our guests “the best cake I’ve ever had in my lifetime.” We had two layers, raspberry/chocolate and lemon. Complimented each other perfectly.

Highly recommend Bit of Swiss! We used them for our wedding cake and couldn't have been happier. We ended up ordering 2 sheet cakes (one with lemon/buttercream filling and one with raspberry/buttercream filling) in addition to a smaller 2-tier wedding cake that we used for display and cutting purposes. The feedback from our guests on flavors was amazing. Very high quality!

Bit of Swiss did a wonderful job at our wedding! We worked with Jessica, who helped us with our tasting and through the process. She was a pleasure to work with! The desert table looked beautiful, everything was delicious and our guests were happy :) Highly recommend!

If I could give Bit of Swiss a 10/1o stars that would not even be enough! We used Bit of Swiss for our engagement party, wedding shower, and our wedding. Everything that they created was delicious. All I can say is if you think you are ordering enough, you aren't! The pastries that they made for us disappeared almost instantly and our cake vanished! We have returned there for baked goods and pastries after our wedding and will sure to return again!

Absolutely stunning and delicious cake! Bit of Swiss was reasonable, and accommodating. Unlike other cake shops in the area, they provided fresh cake samples instead of frozen. Our favorites were the lemon and raspberry with buttercream frosting.

Super easy to work with and everything tasted great. Wish they would have let the venue staff know that our two sheet cakes were different flavors. Ended up serving our guests only one of the two flavors we picked out. Other than that, we had no issues and would definitely recommend them!

We used Bit of Swiss for our wedding this summer. I have to say that along with some of the other reviews, communication could have been better. The shop is really cute, but there is no public restroom, which i found weird. We Had a toddler with us and had to leave the tasting because they wouldn't let us use a restroom. The woman who did our tasting was very preoccupied with other things and gave us the desserts to taste, then left. We bought additional desserts so we could taste everything, and everything was good. We chose cupcakes and the lemon tarts. The Lemon tarts were the best thing we had tasted. I wasn't thrilled with the cupcakes they gave us at the tasting, but they were soooo good at the wedding. Not sure why they were different, but they were very good! Everything looked beautiful and tasted beautiful. We had a slight mixup picking up the desserts the day of, but thank God they made it. I spoke to the owner with my concerns and he was very kind and did everything he could to make up for it, and we really appreciated it. Everyone at the wedding raved about the desserts, and we were very happy with how they looked and how they tasted. We would use them again for a function.

Bit of Swiss truly delivered on a beautiful and delicious cake. The prices were very reasonable. We decided to go with a smaller 2 tiered cake and 2 half sheets to offer 3 different flavors and keep cost down. The cake turned out exactly like the picture I shared with the decorator at the tasting. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors!

This was one of the more challenging appointments for my husband and I to make, only because both of us are working full-time jobs (which include weekends) but the staff at Bit of Swiss was able to accommodate even us (hint, if you must go cake-tasting at 7 am, make sure it's not going to be THE first thing you put in your belly!). Their selections were all divine. Not only did their cake LOOK amazing, they TASTE amazing! They took in to account everything that we did and did not want (like not using ANY fondant). The results were amazing - just what we wanted.
