or everyone. Kari was so nice and easy to work with, she was very accommodating with the adjustments I requested to the menu and the dietary restrictions my guests had. I was very happy with the turnout, everything I had was tasty and lots of people raved about all the good food they ate that filled them for days to come!

BQ so we went for it and it did NOT disappoint!!!! The selection was outstanding (burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, ribs, and much more), the food was hot, fresh and delicious, and the staff working in the truck were so patient, kind and helpful. Our guests RAVED about the truck and the food and we told Dave to save the date for our party for 2018! We couldn't recommend Bit'Chin BBQ any more!!!!!!! Thanks so much, Dave and crew!

We used Bitchin' BBQ for catering our wedding. It was a nightmare. There were several issues.
They didn't supply to right food that we had agreed upon in the contract. They chos...
e completely different options that we even got charged more to add them on.
The quality of the food was also very different from when we did a tasting with them.
Also they charged me for washing the plates at the end of the night and never did this.
They were supposed to cut the cake and left it out whole.
They charged me an 18% fee that I paid to them. This amount is what the location venue charges a caterer for rental of the kitchen. they have never paid the venue that money and the venue have reached out to me to find out why he has not paid.
Don't use them...
