Bitsy Bridal

. We tried 4 dress shops before coming to Bitsy, and the selection they had surpassed them all! I cannot wait to pick up my finished dress next week!! Highly recommend!

m favorites like Hayley Paige and Lazaro. Pam is also amazing to work with! She is down to earth and genuinely wants to help you find the gown of your dreams. She followed up me throughout my months of searching. The rest of the ladies in the shop also exude relaxed and easy going vibes (as opposed to a place like Alta Moda, which in my opinion was super pretentious and stuffy) and I have enjoyed working with them. I also love the texting and online appointment system. It makes it so easy to communicate with the staff and set an appointment that works with my schedule. In addition, they offer in-house alterations. In my opinion, their rates are pricey, but to me it beats having to drag my dress to another shop and go through all the trouble to set up all the fittings again. Last but not least, their shop is super cute! They give you plenty of privacy to try on your dresses and the decor is trendy.

g but we figured it out.

Bitsy has an amazing selection of dresses. I felt that other bridal salons in Utah had very similar dresses and that I was always looking at a slightly different version of the same dress. My dress was perfect! Bitsy even ordered my dress custom because I needed 2 different sizes for the top and bottom. Everyone was so nice and sweet to me during the whole process. I would go back again in a heart beat!

t accessory for the event. I would definitely recommend going here for the dress on your perfect day!

tive to any questions I have. Also, I absolutely love my dress. It fits me perfectly, and they did such a good job with taking my measurements that I barely needed any alterations!

irst gown I tried on, and they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy. I can honestly say they are the BEST around (and I've been to most of the shops at this point!) 100% recommend

een super nice, as well as the seamstress. They really are so smart and know so much about the different materials. I highly recommend this shop!

it was better than I ever imagined! So happy!

(before and after Bitsy Bridal), and although there were beautiful gowns at each place, nothing could beat the gown Stephanie helped me find at Bitsy Bridal. It was exactly what I was looking for! It had all the details - sparkle, lace, pearls, etc. - that not only made me feel beautiful, but also made me feel like a bride. I always thought Say Yes to the Dress was dramatized and never believed I'd "know" when I found the right dress. I was wrong! I knew I had found my dress as soon as I was in it. Not only is their selection WONDERFUL, their alterations are incredible as well! I had to build up my dress quite a bit, and Irma and Pam lovingly and patiently attended to every single minor detail. They are so kind and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Bitsy Bridal to any future bride looking for the perfect dress! :)

ries that they had in the store as well as the large variety of dresses. I would recommend them to any bride looking for a dress!

She was always so willing to answer all of my questions no matter what!

staff. Their in-house seamstress is awesome too and really knows her stuff. I love the shop so much that I suggested them to one of my family friends and she found her dress here not too long ago as well! They have such a broad variety of dresses. They can fit any brides needs!!

ctly what you are looking for! I would recommend bitsy bridal to anyone who is looking for their dream dress!

t amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

since I am on the same time zone. My niece's wedding is scheduled for early June and every store I called told me that I don't have enough time to get one but need 6 months... The minute I contact Pam, the store manager I knew I was going to get the help I need. She was very kind, honest and helpful. Within 3 weeks I received the dress in the size and color that I want. It was packed nicely with a very cute thank you note and a complimentary pair of earrings for the bride. Now I got plenty of time to ship it to my niece and she cannot wait to receive it. Thank you Pam

then purchase it from them. If you think you are perfectly confident about every decision you make in your life, and you believe you absolutely won't have dress regrets, then order your dress from them. these people are 200% into money. They absolutely cannot care less about what the bride feels. All they want is money, and everything they say is just lies

eally want to make sure everything is perfect. i highly recommend going to bitsy bridal for your dress!!

he decision, my manager says no." First of all, my wedding dress arrived late and it was not even in the correct size (at least two sizes bigger). And all they said was "there is no size that fits it all, go get some alterations." Like wtf, why did they even measure me in the first place if you are just going to order a random size. All I can say is any other place would be better than this one, all this place want is to rip off their customers.

eautiful dress packed perfectly and safely.

tion of different styles.

n’t pressure you into anything, let you try on pretty much as many gowns as you want to, give you their honest opinion, and make you feel so special while you are searching for your dress. They communicate very well and offer alterations from the best people. I love Bitsy!

elpful in all of my needs during my appointment. I was so grateful to have such an amazing experience when I found my wedding dress. I highly recommend Bitsy Bridal.

be and is actually the only bridal store I needed to go to they were so friendly and had a lot of option although I found my dress which was the first one I tried on they had other options for me and did everything they could to get me what I want for the big day. I will be recommending them for everyone who needs a dress and alterations!

s dress at Bitsy Bridal in the very end of my dress search and forgot about a dress from another store. Everyone in the store was nice and professional. In terms of searching for a dress and service during a visit everything is excellent. They help you a lot, however; if you are tight in time, it's not the fastest place where you can get a dress. Ordering a dress and shipment takes a while. I was told that my dress will be ready in a month, but it ended up to be ready and shipped only in 18 days before my wedding. It's a great place, but I would be very careful with timing to order a dress from them.

my dress into the store and helping me set up shipping my dress to New York. I loved working with Pam and everyone at the shop!

nd!

n more! She even allowed me to return shortly after ordering and examine swaths of dress colors in a moment of panic (while experiencing my first Bridezilla moment), thinking I had ordered the dress in the wrong color. Bitsy Bridal was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I knew getting married. ~Lauren & Raj, married January 21st, 2017

ning process. They easily stayed within my price range, which I really appreciated. The options were varied and beautiful. Fabulous experience!

going through the wedding dress process with Bitsy!

from the designer for me to try. Ultimately, my neckline alternation and veil were custom, but they graciously worked within my vision.

are stunning. The only thing I will say is that the estimated costs were a lot lower than they actually turned out to be--but maybe that's just the way it is with bridal gowns.

ahead of time for everytime I am home... Thank youuu.. The gown selection is great: you get the exact value that you paid for.

ir beautiful wedding dresses. They have an amazingly beautiful collection of gowns. Pam and her associates were wonderful and so friendly to work with. I highly recommend going to Bitsy Bridal for the wedding dress of your dreams!

ery rude about the fact that I didn't make an appointment and told me I was "lucky" they were seeing me. (Excuse me no, I made an appointment your system messed it up and your "lucky" you guys were able to fix it) the appointment started about 15 mins late. The rep asked zero questions about me, my wedding, my fiancé, my personality. Only asked about the budget. $$ of course. My two bridesmaids who where with me sensing my concern that the lady didn't know me at all before going to pull dresses asked if they could pull some too. The lady told them yes so they started looking around while I tried on the first dress. She kept opening the curtains while I was changing with no regards for my privacy. She didn't ask my siza at all so the dresses she grabbed were not fitting and I was spilling out. I felt so uncomfortable but she told me to leave the dressing room any way. She than didn't let me try on any of the dresses that my freinds had pulled and just kept with similar ones as the first one that I hated. When my friends asked why she wasn't putting me in the dresses that were requested she stated because they are not on sale (it was a sale day) we all said that is fine is does not need to be on sale we understand we would have to pay full price. They still told us we could not see it. They told us that we could come back the next day if we wanted to see it. Even after we stated that we fully understand that it was full price and that if need be we would purchase it a different day (they said they had a rule that they don't sell other dresses on sale day??? Okay) so we asked to get the details for that dress so we could look else where and they were rude about it stating we can't get it else where we would have to go to them. Yea no, not true but good try. In total they pulled 4 dresses, I said I wanted to try something different (all four were the same thing!!!) the lady I was working with was like "do you want to try this one on again?" I said no I want to try something else to which she responded " okay I will leave you to get dresses so you guys can go" ?? They kicked us out early! After starting my appointment late! They were rude, disorganized, had no consideration for my wants, terrible customer service, terrible sales skills, over all a huge disappointment. It was the shop I was most interested in going to but turned out to be a disaster.

I ended up purchasing my dress from them, not only because they had THE DRESS but because I felt secure in dealing with them. Overall such a great experience.
