Terrible communication!!
I was trying to book with this vendor and the owner just ignored my emails and calls after our initial call.
My fiance had gotten in contact with the owner...
to set up a call earlier in the week and she never called nor answered her phone at the scheduled time. He emailed and she never responded. I emailed several times and no response.
I would suggest if you want to get customers you have better communication. I was extremely upset because I was excited to work with you but you lost a customer. Very unprofessional!!
