r, meets with you during the tasting, bakes the cake, and delivers it to ensure everything goes right. We interfaced with one assistant via email who was also a good communicator. They provide many flavor options, and we selected three flavors with no extra charges. Day-of our cake was delicious!

fun and we were very impressed by the number of flavors and combinations she offered. We served mini cupcakes and cakepops and they were all so delicious. She and McKenzie worked closely with us on how we wanted everything decorated and displayed down to the smallest detail. We even did a small batch order to nail down the bright colors we were using and I loved that they worked so hard to have it be perfect. And the day-of execution was flawless! I only wish I had gotten more than a single cupcake but we are absolutely ordering a first anniversary treat from Dina!

e egg allergies, and we had guest who were vegan or had gluten fee allergies, but she worked with me to make it possible for everyone to be able to have a cupcake. We had a vegan cupcakes, gluten free cupcakes, and a regular cupcakes and they were all delicious. Personally, the vegan cake was amazing and better than any cake I have ever had! When we met her for cake tasting we got to know her more and we could really tell that she loved what she did. Unfortunately I didn't get to see her when she dropped off our mini case and cupcakes the day of the wedding, but when I saw my cake and cupcakes on the table it was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be ordering cake from her in the future!

f it. Dairy-free is her specialty, which was perfect for the dairy allergies in our families. We selected a four-layer cake, and Dina worked with us to taste and choose four different cake flavors and fillings. The design was beautiful and matched the theme and tone of our wedding very well. We will be coming back to buy our anniversary cake from BitterSweets Bakery in a year, and hiring Dina for other events in the family.
