Bittners made it very easy for me when ordering cakes, they were patient and easy to work with. The cakes were very tasty and enjoyed by all. The only thing I would do differently is have cakes placed in a box. My husband picked up cakes and took a friend. I had no idea they would come this way. Thank goodness they made it to the venue without any harm!!❤

Best cake ever!! The customer service was absolutely superb. You email them and they email you back within a day or two. It’s a very humble and genuine bakery with true ingredients. We will be getting our Anniversary cake from them year after year.

Very friendly, and very reasonably priced. A classic neighborhood bakery, worth seeking out. Extensive selection of breads, cakes, pastries. The real deal! They have everything to offer for wedding desserts.

Lorelei Bittner’s Bakery provided all of the desserts for mine and my husbands wedding. The whole process was extremely smooth and everything turned out absolutely amazing. We started out by trying an assortment of desserts that Amy put aside for us (all which were delicious). We then moved forward with the planning. We had a rustic wedding and wanted a small cake with an assortment of different options for our guests. I sent a few images of cake styles I liked and Amy made such a beautiful cake. My husband and I aren’t typically a fan of cake but we couldn’t get enough of it! Another plus was, we didn’t have to worry about the cake table at all the day of the wedding! Amy set the whole dessert table up herself with rustic decor and all of the desserts. It was beautifully displayed and guests were very pleased. We were so fortunate to have such an accommodating company provide all of the desserts for our big day. I highly suggest Lorelei Bittner’s Bakery for any event! You will not be disappointed.

We used Bittner’s Bakery for our wedding last week. Everything was delicious!!! We had a variety of cupcakes, cheesecake bites, cookies, and chocolate strawberries. Everything was a hit! The strawberries were gone almost immediately. They were so easy to work with too. The Best treats around! They even set up our sweets table. It was beautiful!

I could not have been happier with their service. From the cake tasting up to the delivery everything was perfect. Personal opinion, try the Lemon zest on at least one tier. It is AMAZING

Amy and all the staff at Bittner's were so accommodating and wonderful to work with. My husband and I wanted a classic wedding almond cake with raspberry buttercream and a simple white buttercream look. Bittner's gave us exactly what we wanted. I had so many guests tell me it was "the best cake I've EVER had"!!! The almond cake is simply amazing. Amy also helped me order pastries and kringles for my day after brunch. She was so helpful and honest about how much I would really need to accommodate my guest count. She also coordinated the pastries to get dropped off with my cake so no one would have to pick them up Sunday morning.

Outstanding desserts and service!! I called in a panic a week before my wedding in search of an entire dessert table and Bittners delivered! Literally! They made great suggestions, accommodated my order and delivered delicious desserts on beautiful platters to my reception!

Bittner's Bakery and Amy were fantastic to work with! We asked for Bittner's to create a sweetheart wedding cake for the bride and groom and then cupcakes for about 160 guests for our wedding reception. Amy promptly answered all of our questions (in person at our initial meeting and frequently by email), including helping us select the perfect cupcake to-go boxes for our guests. They also delivered the wedding cake and cupcakes to our venue without issue and even provided the cake and cupcake displays for these items. Not only was our sweetheart wedding cake the exact design we asked for, but it looked even better than expected and was delicious! Also, our guests loved the four flavors of cupcakes provided for our wedding so much that we had none leftover to take home at the end of the wedding reception! Bittner's Bakery provided us with high quality baked goods that everyone loved and we will definitely be using them again for our future bakery needs.

HORRIBLE! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! She sat accross from me at our tasting with her arms crossed and had an attitude the entire time, like we were wasting her time. Then shows up with a cake that was completely not what i asked for. Wish i could post pictures of the order form VS the wedding cake that was dropped off just so you know im not just an angry bride! Please keep looking!

So Disappointed by our wedding cake and dessert tower. They almost landed my sister in the HOSPITAL due to a food allergy! Our experience was so great until the day of our wedding when we were shocked to see that NONE of what we ordered was actually delivered. The cake was supposed to be marble with a nebula airbrushed onto it. It was white with a very simple swirl on the side that didn't even match our wedding colors and the top was just some peacock rice wafers thrown on (I ordered them special so they could decorate the pinafores). The cake topper was correct (I also ordered it and had it delivered before hand). As for the dessert tower the "lemon" cakes had strawberries in them which we didn't know until my sister bit into one and started having a sever allergic reaction. She almost had to use her epi pen, but thankfully our venue had some less extreme medication on hand that worked but put her out for the rest of the reception. Needless to say nearly calling an ambulance for my sister is not the wedding memory I wanted to make. While the food was delicious it was NOT what we ordered and paid for. If you don't care what you get as long as it tastes good then you should be fine but if you have a particular thing you need DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Cake was absolutely delicious. People raved about it and said that it wasn't just like gross wedding cake. So that was a major plus! The reason for not giving 5 stars.... -Cake didn't match the picture we sent -We had asked for a change in how it should be decorated and it wasn't reflected in the final product -Tasting was super unprofessional. First person we talked to didn't know what they were talking about. We did not feel valued as a customer at all throughout process, but overall they did a good job.

We had a 3 tier wedding cake and dessert table provided by Bittner's. The past two weddings I had been to the wedding cake looked pretty but tasted gross!! I knew we couldn't have gross cake at our wedding and Bittner's sure delivered! We got compliments on how good the cake was all night!! They also delivered the desserts and set up the dessert table for us. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful design and taste

Bittner's made my husband's grooms cake it turned out awesome and more than I expected! He loved it and everyone thought it tasted so good. Our wedding cake turned out great as well and it looked exactly how I wanted it to. The cake was pretty good as well!

Bitnner's provided us with the best cake we have ever had. It was moist, tasty, and everything we expected! The cost of the cakes were within our budget and Bittner's decorated our cakes so beautifully! I would definitely recommend Bittner's to anyone that wants excellent cake.
