BJSR (Benjamin Joseph Stefan Rivet) is a singer-songwriter and artist based in Dayton, Ohio and performing around the country under a variety of musical entites. Specializing in acoustic and electric guitar, and vocally trained from the Univerity of Dayton, BJSR offers a modern twist on the classic folk genre by live-looping intricate instrumental and vocal arrangements for his performances. He blends 21st century sound with stylings influenced by the likes of Paul Simon, Cat Stevens, Bon Iver and Damien Rice. Ben can create an evocative, romantic score for your ceremony, cocktail hour or chill reception.
