nt, our toasts went long and we were stressing out about losing dancing time because of that. The band volunteered immediately to play both their sets back to back with no break -- it was so generous and saved the reception! When they started playing, a huge wave of energy and joy flooded the reception. People got up and danced and didn't stop for 2 hours. BCWK were fun and celebratory and completely fit with the vibe of everything a wedding reception should be. We can't recommend them enough!

do with how amazing the band was. Social media videos do not do enough justice showing how fun and incredibly talented this band is. They nailed every song from Take On Me to Lose Yourself. On top of this, they were so nice and went out of their way to practice and play all the songs we requested from their huge catalog of songs. If you’re like my wife and I and looking for a band that can play something other than the top 40 hits that every other wedding band and DJ plays, the Black Crystal Wolf Kids are THE band to book!

easy going vendor for your wedding day. Jeff makes the planning easy, and the wedding day they come, and accommodate to whatever schedule, venue, atmosphere, electrical situation, time and whether. Once of those things that once you decide, you know you wont have to worry about, they will perform, entertain and do their jobs. They will accommodate to your needs. Regarding the awesomeness of the band. It is difficult to describe, so I recommend you find when they are playing next and just go see them. With that said, they are great musicians, and will keep your party dancing and asking for more, even after hours of weddings events. The sounds is great, and they can play, or learn (in advance) your favorite songs. If your only job is to find a band, this will make you look like a hero :D

They made our guests feel so welcome and everyone just had the most wonderful evening. I couldn't imagine a more talented band with a wider variety of songs. obscure and unconventional song choices. Put it this way - I've never been to another wedding where a third of the guests left asking for a copy of the set list, have you? And when we had to make some last minute changes to the venue set up because of rain, Jeff and the team's flexibility really saved our day. Now we're members of the Wolf Kids cult for life.

job was finding the band, and I know with complete certainty I nailed it beyond expectations by stumbling upon Black Crystal Wolf Kids (pats self on back). The wedding was months ago and our guests are still raving about BCWK. There was a large group dancing all night and the energy was incredible, and their repertoire is very unique to all the other blase wedding bands we came across, which was a huge plus for us. We also hired three of the band members to play some jazz during cocktail hour, we highly recommend that as well! Jeff (band member and the main point of contact) was super flexible and accommodating. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were on the same property but different sites which entailed us having some special technical requests but they were no problem for them to handle, and Jeff said they always bring a sound engineer when playing weddings which is a huge asset. They arrived early to make sure everything was feasible from a technical perspective (in addition to the frequent communication with ourselves and the venue in advance, of course). Prior to things kicking off I was a little nervous about the level of volume for the guests of a certain age, but this turned out be nothing to worry about at all and everyone was very comfortable. They really went above and beyond - one of the band members even learned "Time After Time" on acoustic guitar to play along with one of my little cousins singing the SAME DAY AS THE WEDDING. My sister in law was supposed to learn it apparently, but I guess she got sidetracked. So in conclusion: super responsive, super helpful, super fun - five stars, couldn't recommend more.

that was that. Jeff continued to be very responsive, friendly and professional throughout our months of planning. He met with us at the venue before the party and offered to learn a few new songs that were special to us. And as if we weren’t impressed already, Jeff went through our Spotify playlist (to be used when the band wasn’t playing) and removed all of the songs that they were going to play, so there weren’t any repeats. Needless to say, we were all huge BCWK fans before they even arrived at our wedding. And boy oh boy did they not disappoint on the actual day. We are not exaggerating when we say that they absolutely made our party the best it could be. They had everyone dancing and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how awesome they were. Hell, I couldn’t get myself off the dance floor because I didn’t want to miss any of their songs. It was the best night of our lives and we would highly recommend them for any of your party needs!!!

not wait for the big day. We seriously hyped them up so much to all of our friends and family, and they more than exceeded our already high expectations! We constantly had a big group on the dance floor, but the best part was the music catered to all age groups and tastes. It wasn't just the young kids dancing the night away, it was everyone! The band is also very energetic and engaging, and gets the crowd involved. We had so many of our guests tell us they were the best wedding band ever. Jeff was also so great to work with from everything to the set list, to making sure our venue had the necessary power set up to the stage. He was always super friendly and quick to respond to emails. He also volunteered to be the MC for our wedding, since he had done that in the past. We cannot recommend these guys enough! They are the best.
