Black Dog Luxury Travel

Literal one stop dream come true! We've used Black Dog Luxury Travel for Trips before (resorts, experiences, etc). Custom dream trips is clearly where Paula excels. She knows all the things, or knows people who do, & is a master itinerary coordinator. Which makes using her almost too easy. Best part is, she custom designs things specifically for us. Paula planned my husband's 50th birthday celebration for us (mid pandemic - May 2021) & still topped all of his wishes! Private sail through the Bahamas on a yacht with a few close friends, private chef, views, beaches, fishing (even swimming with sharks)! All we had to do was tell her what we had in mind, say yes, send her our info, pack & show up! Literally! Detailed itinerary & necessary requirements checklist done, all of it! I'm usually the planner, but since Covid, we wanted to use someone to coordinate everything in one package together. Someone with more insight to help us navigate the constant changes, what was open, requirements, insurance, excursion availability, etc. I loved that I didn't need to do anything but click the links she sent & fill out the necessary forms when she told us to. Paula was awesome about updating us & making sure we had everything we needed. Fast forward to this October. I just celebrated my birthday in CROATIA! Duh, of course she did all the things again. I never knew I needed Croatia in my life until I went! She wasn't wrong, it's amazing! Again, Paula handled all the deets! I just showed up & made a bazillion new memories. I never expected to be on a small floating restaurant, in the middle of an oyster farm, eating muscles & oysters strait out of the bay, while drinking wine & looking out to the horizon, but hey... these are MY dreams & she totally made them come true! We had an in country guide our entire trip (HIGHLY RECOMMEND & totally worth it). He was incredibly helpful in navigating & coordinating all the things while we were there (from sea life, to history, to the coolest photo spots, best gelato & even a last minute trip to Montenegro - worth it). Tour guide, weather man & photographer all in one. I never thought I needed a travel agent, but definitely see the benefits, especially now! Paula makes the planning & traveling completely seamless. Having one contact for all the things has proven priceless. I couldn't dream up a better scenario than booking customized trips through her. Paula is Great. I used to set up all our trips and vacations. Since we discovered Black Dog Luxury Travel, Paula takes care of everything. She is able to get cheaper rates than I could, on most everything. She is very professional, knowledgable and just great to work with.

Paula was amazing and booked the most fabulous trip to Turks & Caicos for me and my husband. We stayed at The Shore Club in a beautiful room with a fantastic view. We were greeted with champagne and cake upon our arrival in the room. We encountered a slight snafu on our connecting flight and Paula had us rebooked before we even landed in Miami. She is such a peach! We recommend her to everyone looking for a smooth and luxurious travel experience.
