Our team is passionate about creating and serving fine food and we’ve quickly become known across southern and midcoast Maine for our dedication to elevated food experiences!
Black Salt was grown out of a love of both food and community, and with the goal of expanding on what a food truck can become. We'll go above and beyond to design a delicious, elevated food experience for you and all your guests. What's more, our one-of-a-kind food truck will undoubtedly transform your event space into something spectacular. Our team promises to provide you and your guests with an exceptional dining experience and we work with clients to craft a menu that meets their needs, style, and budget.

Owners
Sean and Stephanie are the owners and operators of Black Salt. Starting as a food truck in 2023 serving up elevated fried chicken sandwiches, they strived to give people a dining experience they wouldn’t forget! Black Salt was created out of a love of food and community with the goal of expanding the idea of what a food truck can be while bringing people together. They have expanded their business to include full event catering, building custom menus and options for every type of event. From backyard wedding to island getaways, they’ve catered a wide array of events and are happy to chat with you about yours!
