Owner Veronica Rogers has been a part of the wedding industry for more than a decade. She founded Black Swan Beauty in 2018, and quickly built a team of talented and highly trained experts. We believe that when it comes to beauty, there is no one-look-fits-all approach. Our team of licensed hair and makeup artists want to create a look that reflects your unique style. Whether you prefer smoky and dramatic or soft and natural, Veronica founded the company on the view that your beauty is uniquely you -- and every artists on our team wants you to feel like the very best version of yourself is looking back at you In the mirror. Meet Veronica: owner, CEO, lead hairstylist and makeup artist. Veronica has been a licensed professional in the beauty industry for 10 years, but her love began as a child and has grown like wildfire throughout her adult life. She founded Black Swan Beauty on the belief that your personal tastes and preferences should be reflected in your look -- it should be customized to you perfectly! She stands by this belief to this day and has trained her artist rigorously to uphold it. Veronica's favorite type of look is ultra glam.

Emma Lou is extremely talented. I got a lot of compliments for her work after the makeup trial and wedding. It lasted the entire wedding. I would definitely want to work with her again for any event.

I loved my make-up by Angela with the Black Swan. The lashes even lasted for 3 days. She did make-up for 6 of us and everyone loved it so much they even wanted to write separate reviews. We looked exactly like ourselves from beginning to end of night. If I need make up done for anything again I’m going to Angela!!!

The gals at Black Swan did a trial run and my wedding in just two days as I live out of town. Veronica was all over making sure my tight timeline went smoothly. My artists were talented and so much fun, and I felt beautiful for the big day!

We were referred by someone we absolutely trust, and she could not have been more right!! Mya was our artist…and I don’t use that word lightly. She is absolutely BRILLIANT. I am an older bride, and was soooo nervous about looking good on my wedding day. Mya took this old woman and transformed her into a princess! She was professional, friendly, reassuring, and absolutely brilliant in her craft. Do not walk, RUN, to Black Swan for any beauty need. I am sooo so happy I did, 0 regrets, and I actually have pictures I’m proud of, rather than hiding from!

Black Swan Beauty was a wonderful vendor to work with. They have been so communicative and helpful throughout the whole process of working with them. They did hair/makeup for my December 7, 2024 wedding for myself, bridesmaids, and two moms. Everyone looked STUNNING and loved how their hair/makeup turned out. I loved how well everyone’s hair/makeup also held up the entire evening. My hair was the best I’ve ever had done by a service. The staff on the day of were very sociable and just added more fun to the atmosphere of getting ready. I highly recommend this vendor for hair/makeup needs. I’d book them again in the future if ever needed.

I had a wonderful time working with Black Swan Beauty. During the planning process, Veronica was happy to answer all of my questions, and she was very transparent about pricing. She was very helpful. When the wedding day came, our artists, Emma and Maya, were very professional. We felt comfortable, they stayed true to the inspiration photos we gave them, and they were open to making changes to our looks. We looked absolutely amazing. Thank you both so much!

Black Swan Beauty was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Emma M. and Diane made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day...more than I thought possible. And they and Emma K. did a wonderful job on everyone! They were able to meet everyone's needs and work with everyone on what they wanted for their look. Everyone looked amazing! It was so helpful and relaxing to know that I didn't have anything to worry about when it came to hair and makeup... not just for myself but for my girls and my mom.

10/10 recommend choosing Black Swan Beauty for your wedding! Lacey did my and my bridal party make-up. She was extremely kind, personable and fun to be with on the day of the wedding. Her skillset is unmatched - she was able to do soft glam for the bride, natural makeup for the mother of the bride and neutral glam for the bridemaids. I have never felt more beautiful and the make-up even held up when I cried through my vows :) If I have another big event, I will reach out to Black Swan and Lacey. I can't recommend enough!

My bridal party and I had an amazing experience with Black Swan Beauty in Nashville! The artists arrived on time and were so friendly - we loved chatting with them, it made the time go by so much faster. All of my bridesmaids and I LOVED the way our hair and make-up came out, we felt so beautiful. I loved my bridal trial with Bekah, and Veronica and Diane were so responsive and helpful on the admin side. Would recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming, warm and comfortable glam environment in Nashville!

They are incredible! We had two hair artists and two make-up artists for the bridesmaids, bride, and MOB. The bridal trial went very smoothly and I had time to share feedback for any adjustments needed. The day of the wedding all the artists arrived early! Each artist took what my bridesmaids had as inspo and made it even better to have their vision for hair and makeup come to life. They are amazing!

Veronica and her team were absolutely fantastic! Communication throughout the planning process was great, and even though I wasn't able to do a makeup trial before the wedding, Veronica made sure to set aside time on the wedding day to execute my vision! She also explained what she was doing throughout the entire process, which was super helpful! I was so pleased with the final result for hair and makeup, and my bridesmaids loved their styles as well.

Absolutely couldn't recommend Black Swan enough! Veronica did my bridal hair and makeup and it was perfect. She asked all the right questions to get to the root of what I wanted my makeup to look like, in addition to talking me through wanting Hollywood Waves and what that would entail. I initially asked for another artist after researching the specific hairstyle I wanted. That artist happened to leave just a few months before my wedding, and before I could even be worried, Veronica, the owner, called me and said she herself will be doing my trial and wedding day. And I had nothing to worry about because it was amazing and I felt so beautiful the whole day. Highly recommend!

The bridal services by Veronica were amazing! My hair and makeup stayed in and looked perfect until after the reception. Her crew was also very talented and my girls were please. Her crew was willing to touch up some of the girls' pieces of hair or makeup they were 100% satisfied with. Black swan beauty was reliable and great quality.

I worked with Black Swan for my hair for my May 2024. Diane was my stylist and she was extremely punctual, responsive, and great to work with. She did hair alone for 7 girls and finished before expected with rave reviews from all. She was thoughtful in letting me know what she thought would/would not work for my hair at my trial and pulling that through for the wedding. I would recommend for anyone else!

Working with Black Swan Beauty was lovely. The team was attentive and responsive, and we felt supported going into the big day. The bridal trial was incredibly helpful for nailing down the right hair and makeup, and the artist was great at applying feedback so the look was perfect for the wedding. Everyone was very happy with how they looked and the artist was timely, friendly, and personable. We do wish we had planned a little more time for hair and makeup, as our timeline ended up being a bit tight, but the artist was very professional and helpful right up to the finish line!

Veronica schedules an initial conversation to discuss your style and is extremely helpful in explaining what to expect from the glam team before and during your wedding day. The team I worked with on my wedding day was absolutely stellar and were very helpful in providing hair and makeup suggestions to my bridesmaids who weren't confident on what they wanted. The communication was on point, there were no price surprises or add-ons. I have attended weddings in the past that used Black swan Beauty for hair and make-up and I had always been impressed so I knew right away I wanted to use them for my wedding! They were absolutely wonderful! They were prompt and took the time to do touch ups as needed with all the girls. My hair and make-up lasted all night long! I really enjoyed working with Veronica and Diane during both the trial and the big day! They made me feel like such a beautiful bride! They were even able to help my mom feel more comfortable and provide her a trial before the wedding day as well!
