Black Swan Beauty is a wedding hair and makeup service based out of Noblesville, IN, and spreading like wildfire to surrounding states. Owner Veronica Rogers has been a part of the wedding industry for more than a decade. She founded Black Swan Beauty in 2018, and quickly built a team of talented and highly trained experts.
We believe that when it comes to beauty, there is no one-look-fits-all approach. Our team of licensed hair and makeup artists want to create a look that reflects your unique style. Whether you prefer smoky and dramatic or soft and natural, Veronica founded the company on the view that your beauty is uniquely you -- and every artists on our team wants you to feel like the very best version of yourself is looking back at you In the mirror.
Black Swan Beauty is available for weddings in Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky. We are happy to travel to your location, and bring everything needed to transform any area into the perfect glam space! My bridal party and I had an amazing experience with Black Swan Beauty in Nashville! The artists arrived on time and were so friendly - we loved chatting with them, it made the time go by so much faster. All of my bridesmaids and I LOVED the way our hair and make-up came out, we felt so beautiful. I loved my bridal trial with Bekah, and Veronica and Diane were so responsive and helpful on the admin side. Would recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming, warm and comfortable glam environment in Nashville!
This team is top notch in every aspect. From scheduling to reminders to services, everything was perfect. I highly highly recommend them!

They are incredible! We had two hair artists and two make-up artists for the bridesmaids, bride, and MOB. The bridal trial went very smoothly and I had time to share feedback for any adjustments needed.
The day of the wedding all the artists arrived early! Each artist took what my bridesmaids had as inspo and made it even better to have their vision for hair and makeup come to life. They are amazing!
Veronica and her team were absolutely fantastic! Communication throughout the planning process was great, and even though I wasn't able to do a makeup trial before the wedding, Veronica made sure to set aside time on the wedding day to execute my vision! She also explained what she was doing throughout the entire process, which was super helpful! I was so pleased with the final result for hair and makeup, and my bridesmaids loved their styles as well.
Absolutely couldn't recommend Black Swan enough! Veronica did my bridal hair and makeup and it was perfect. She asked all the right questions to get to the root of what I wanted my makeup to look like, in addition to talking me through wanting Hollywood Waves and what that would entail.
I initially asked for another artist after researching the specific hairstyle I wanted. That artist happened to leave just a few months before my wedding, and before I could even be worried, Veronica, the owner, called me and said she herself will be doing my trial and wedding day. And I had nothing to worry about because it was amazing and I felt so beautiful the whole day. Highly recommend!

The bridal services by Veronica were amazing! My hair and makeup stayed in and looked perfect until after the reception. Her crew was also very talented and my girls were please. Her crew was willing to touch up some of the girls' pieces of hair or makeup they were 100% satisfied with. Black swan beauty was reliable and great quality.
I worked with Black Swan for my hair for my May 2024. Diane was my stylist and she was extremely punctual, responsive, and great to work with. She did hair alone for 7 girls and finished before expected with rave reviews from all. She was thoughtful in letting me know what she thought would/would not work for my hair at my trial and pulling that through for the wedding. I would recommend for anyone else!
Working with Black Swan Beauty was lovely. The team was attentive and responsive, and we felt supported going into the big day. The bridal trial was incredibly helpful for nailing down the right hair and makeup, and the artist was great at applying feedback so the look was perfect for the wedding. Everyone was very happy with how they looked and the artist was timely, friendly, and personable. We do wish we had planned a little more time for hair and makeup, as our timeline ended up being a bit tight, but the artist was very professional and helpful right up to the finish line!
Working with Black Swan Beauty was amazing from the start! Veronica schedules an initial conversation to discuss your style and is extremely helpful in explaining what to expect from the glam team before and during your wedding day. The team I worked with on my wedding day was absolutely stellar and were very helpful in providing hair and makeup suggestions to my bridesmaids who weren't confident on what they wanted.
The communication was on point, there were no price surprises or add-ons. Veronica and her team do their very best to make you feel prepared even before they make you feel beautiful and confident for your big day. :)
BSB was wonderful to work with through the whole process! Veronica spent quite a bit of time walking me through the process and answering questions before booking. Andie brought my hair goals to life on the wedding day and it looked absolutely perfect!
Veronica and her team were super easy to work with! They were the sweetest ladies ever and I couldn’t be more please with how we all turned out with our hair and makeup! Thank you for making my day super special!

I have attended weddings in the past that used Black swan Beauty for hair and make-up and I had always been impressed so I knew right away I wanted to use them for my wedding! They were absolutely wonderful! They were prompt and took the time to do touch ups as needed with all the girls. My hair and make-up lasted all night long! I really enjoyed working with Veronica and Diane during both the trial and the big day! They made me feel like such a beautiful bride! They were even able to help my mom feel more comfortable and provide her a trial before the wedding day as well!

I loved working with these ladies! They truly listened to what me and my bridal party wanted for our day of hair and makeup and made it a reality. I got so many compliments! Also, they were such a pleasure to spend time with getting ready and during my trial.

Definitely book black swan beauty for your wedding! Veronica and her team were amazing to work with for my wedding. Her and team did HMU for me and my (9!) bridesmaids and we finished ahead of schedule. All my girls loved their hair and makeup and looked amazing! Veronica did my HMU for my bridal look and I have never felt more beautiful. Not only did I feel like a bride, but I also looked like myself! I wanted a natural but also a little glam look and she nailed it! She was extremely diligent (to make sure I looked perfect), professional, and so easy to work with. I loved my look and I am forever grateful to her and team for making my wedding day so perfect and stress free.

Black Swan beauty was great! Communication was prompt and they checked in regularly confirming the needs as the wedding date got closer. Everyone loved their hair and makeup and I really appreciated that they took my comments from the trial and made the changes so that I felt and looked my best on my wedding day!

I'm so happy I went with Black Swan! I had a successful hair/makeup trial which allowed for a seamless day-of experience. Diane and Angela were fantastic; they arrived right on time and were super friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on my glam as well as my 3 bridesmaids! I really appreciated Diane's honesty as well as my bridesmaids looked for the perfect hairstyle (ie: what styles would look great & work well for various lengths/thicknesses of hair). Angela also did a great job working with my bridesmaids to find the perfect look. I was also so impressed that all our hair/makeup stayed put the whole day. We all looked & felt gorgeous! Veronica & Diane were also super helpful and responsive through the whole process. Highly recommend!

If I could give Payton and Black Swan Beauty a 7/5 starts, I would. This team is ON IT! You will have no worries when it comes to professionalism and knowledge of their products! I am overly appreciative and complimentary of Payton. She was an absolute joy to work with!
I don't wear much make up in my everyday life, so I went with the airbrush make up option. I was able to showcase my freckles which was a must for me! Payton took my inspiration photos and truly brought it to life.
Both my trial and wedding days were super hot (85+ degrees!) and my make up and lashes stayed perfectly!

Black Swan Beauty was the PERFECT way to start the big day! Veronica was thoroughly attentive and communicative during the days leading up to the wedding day and was flexible with scheduling my trial, since I I live out of state. Not only this, but Veronica and Andie were VERY timely the morning of the wedding and completed all of the hair for the bridal party, as well as my bridal hair and makeup on time. Their competence and kindness made for a smooth wedding morning, which was a HUGE stress reliever on such a busy day. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!!

Andie was my makeup artist. She did an absolutely fantastic job! After the trial she touched base with me with pictures to see what changes I might want. On the wedding day, she took all of my requested changes to heart and everything turned out perfectly. Andie also did my maid of honor's and my mom's makeup. They looked fantastic as well. We all chose air brush makeup. I would highly recommend her!

For my event Black Swan Beauty did mine (the bride), my mother’s, and five of my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Everyone looked absolutely lovely and the beauty team beautifully matched my wedding colors and gave everyone a gorgeous glam look. I never once felt less than absolutely beautiful the whole day and I’m so thankful that Black Swan Beauty was able to bring my vision for my bridal look together.

I got hair and makeup done for myself, my bridesmaids, and the moms for my wedding day! We all had an amazing time, and we looked so pretty in all of the photos! I got the airbrush makeup and it looked amazing. I didn’t need touch-ups on anything all day except for my lipstick as I ate and drank. Everyone did a different hairstyle and makeup look, and the artists were able to adapt so easily to everyone’s different tastes. Everyone else besides me did traditional makeup, and their makeup seemed to stay in place all day too. Talking with the artists while getting our hair and makeup done was so easy and didn’t feel awkward at all. I am so glad that it all ended up being so beautiful!

After MONTHS of researching and being in contact with makeup artists, I found Black Swan Beauty and it was the best thing that could have happened to me throughout my wedding planning journey. I was surprised they weren’t at the top of every search/wedding website because they had everything you could’ve asked for in a beauty company. I had the most amazing experience with Veronica who did my hair and makeup for my wedding. I felt so beautiful and confident and wouldn’t have changed a thing. Black Swan beauty is extremely accommodating and I would recommend them to every Nashville bride! I also had makeup done for 3 other ladies (bridesmaid and the mothers) and they looked so stunning! If I got married 10 more times I would choose Black Swan every time!

Veronica was amazing to work with throughout the entire process, from booking to trials to wedding day itself and everything in-between! I would choose her and her team again in a heartbeat. She was so detail oriented and listened to every little comment and ask I made, and there were a lot..!! I got to glam with her four times throughout my wedding weekend and each look was so unique and exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly but professional and I'm really going to miss glamming with her! HMU was always on time if not ahead of time and the rest of her team did a great job with all of my bridesmaids and both moms. Truly no complaints, Veronica is the best!!! :)

Veronica and her team were absolutely fantastic on our wedding day! We had a group of 7 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and bridal hair and makeup - Veronica and her team kept the morning fun and stayed on schedule (which is so appreciated on a busy wedding day!). Our hair and makeup stayed in place all day and all night through dancing, and looked amazing the whole time! I would highly recommend hiring this team for any wedding hair and makeup teams - they are amazing and so skilled!
Black Swan Beauty went above and beyond for my wedding day! Veronica and Andie did the makeup and hair for my bridal party and I. From the very beginning, I knew we were in good hands because the communication was amazing! Veronica helped set up a schedule to make sure that I was ready for my first look on time and I was even done a little ahead of schedule. My bridal party and I had gotten so many compliments on our hair and makeup throughout the night and the makeup lasted and looked fabulous even at the very end of the night! Our stylist was very friendly and tried to do good on our hair. I was told to cut my hair a couple inches so the curls would hold better after the trial but they didn't make it past the ceremony. A bit dissatisfied but it is what it is.
I would like to add that they have excellent customer service. As soon as the owner found out I wasn't satisfied she called to get all the details to better understand what happened and help make sure it doesn't happen to future brides. They were understanding and genuinely care about their clients.

Andie was the stylist that did hair and makeup for myself and 2 of my sisters for my son's wedding on Sept. 25. She arrived on time and ready to get started. She was very thorough asking questions of what we were looking for. We did have pictures off Pinterest ready so she could see what we were interested in. Throughout the process she would stop a few times to get our approval or make any changes if we wanted any adjustments. She was very friendly and personable to talk with as she worked. We were all very happy with how it turned out.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Black Swan Beauty. We were an out of town wedding party, so little more difficult since we didn't live in town, but Veronica and her team stayed in close communication, which was key! Andie did our hair and makeup and did an outstanding job. She made us feel comfortable and she was very professional.

I was incredibly nervous about my wedding hair and makeup and did extensive research before choosing a stylist. Andie with Black Swan Beauty absolutely blew me away! Veronica and her team are amazing! The team arrived on schedule and was very timely in getting hair and makeup for 6 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and a bride. Everyone was very happy with how they looked and even more so how everything stayed in place after a long day. I worked with Andie, she was very amazing and informative. She came to the venue extremely prepared and we had everyone done early and were able to do extra photos. She is super sweet and is very flexible on application of the makeup and will let you bring or change anything you want.

The team at Black Swan Beauty helped make me feel so beautiful on my big day. From the trial to the real deal, Veronica was so helpful, patient, and kind. Everything went so smoothly and we were actually done a bit early which was a nice surprise! My hair and makeup stayed flawless all night long even after taking pictures in heavy wind and snow, putting in and removing my veil, and a few crying episodes ! Could not have asked for a better glam team.

Veronica was very quick to get back to me and so professional, organized, and clean. My trial hair and makeup went so smoothly I knew I’d have no worries on our wedding day. Veronica and her team were amazing! I was able to experience them at my best friends wedding. They stuck to a clear schedule and made sure we all had fun and enjoyed our day. I was also able to meet with her esthetician, Delaney, for a facial and dermaplaning leading up to an event. My makeup has never gone on more smooth or stayed all night before! Veronica and her team are superior in the beauty industry. I used the glam team for my wedding day, and loved them so much I scheduled again for my baby shower. I am one who always like to be fully glammed for special occasions and given the different settings their skills and abilities proved to be versatile. I have never seen a beauty company go above and beyond to exceed expectations. So book, like yesterday!
