I do not recommend this coordinator. We used Brooke as a day of coordinator, and the only helpful thing she did was to design a schedule for us. I did not hear from her all mornin...
g through the 6 hours of get ready, and she wasn't there to help us with any issues, concerns or problems.
We did not see her till we got to the Cathedral (and the Cathedral had a representative there to assist us) . I noticed that Brooke was dressed unprofessionally. She was wearing a brightly colored floral smock top and capri leggings. All of our other vendors were wearing black to blend into the background. I really felt her appearance was not acceptable for a formal event.
At the reception (which also came with some people to set it all up) Brooke kept walking to the front of the sweetheart table talking to the Bride and Groom, positioning herself between them and the guests. I also understand from the groom that she wanted them to receive their dinner last, and the groom kept asking to receive their dinner so they would have time to eat.
If I could give negative stars for this business, I would.
