The staff was very flexible and accommodating to what we wanted; vegetarian options for some guests, and even though the corn-on-the-cob bar they planned was great, we decided it was too messy. They easily changed it to a mashed potato bar, original and sweet potato with all the toppings. They even paid attention to the finer details. We not only paid for the food and servers, but also plates, silverware, table linens, bartenders, and cocktail tables.

We met and went over our vision, menu (simple, fresh, Italian) and talked about budget-we were told it was no problem to meet our expectations and we could have a tasting. We set a menu and we put down a deposit (2,500) based on the proposal. A month later, I called to arrange a tasting & was informed that they a tasting would cost $125 a person and our original point person was no longer working for them. We were then set to meet with Debbie, who took over our event. She sent a variety of menus, all over budget, one even three times the original proposed amount. It was difficult to make decisions because she couldn't give us prices up front, and it became a back and forth ordeal trying to straighten out something that we had arranged months prior. I had to suggest my own plates because she could not create food that fit our Italian cuisine. We finally got a menu and were provided with a sample of the pasta dish-it was delicious. The final menu was about 20% more than what we had originally agreed to pay, but we were unable to go to another caterer without losing our sizable deposit. There were a lot of extra charges not in our original contract, such as a 15% service fee. Debbie was very hard to contact andit seemed she was always with a bigger 'very important' client-our wedding took a backseat to whatever was happening at their company. I asked to meet with her and the owner twice during the planning stage to straighten out our menu and pricing and put our minds at ease (never happened.) The food at our wedding-the tortellini was so overcooked it was falling apart and the sauce was not what we had been given as a tasting sample a few weeks prior. It tasted like chef boyardee, watery and flavorless. On our menu was seared, balsamic glazed salmon. What they served was baked, dry salmon with a thick sauce that had a hint of barbecue. Lastly, the caprese salad was wrong-they served us a platter of mealy tomatoes, mozzarella and shredded, wilted basil. There was no olive oil or balsamic vinegar & when we asked for this, the cook drenched the platter in salad dressing. This plate is pictured on their website, a blatant misrepresentation of their food quality. These 3 errors were especially disappointing considering the amount of money we paid, the time we spent discussing the specific yet simple details of our menu. The bartender did not serve all of the beers, telling people she ran out. Our dads had to drag out the extra cases during the reception because she didn't restock the bar. We paid for cake cutting services that were not performed. My venue owner had to cut and serve the cake & the top tier was not saved as requested. I called the company the next day to express my disappointment and requested to speak with the owner. No one returned my calls, though I received an email apology for the cake cutting & a refund for that service. Nothing else was addressed by the caterer. I have waited for them to make things right before I wrote this review, but they have not. Use this company at your own risk-we were taken advantage of and are so disappointed in the service.
