were so patient as I navigated what kind of wedding dress I wanted. I found my wedding dress at this store which is so fun because it’s also the store my sister found her wedding dress over 10 years ago!

! What really gave me the “wow” factor was, she knew my first appointment was just to “look” and she did not shut down! So many times sales associates shut down if they know they are not going to make a sale and she never did! She made the process great and so did the rest of the staff! I will also say Black Tie white satin has an amazing selection and they are pretty up to date with new trends!

reached out and wanted to know what kind of dresses I was interested in to help me prepare before coming in. She had some specific dresses in mind when we got there which was also so helpful! When I was in trying on dresses I never felt pressured or rushed to hurry through dresses. I was encouraged to try different types and styles too just so I would know if it was something I would like or so I wouldn’t wondering I would like if I didn’t try it on. I just felt so cared for and important. They listened about everything I said about what I like and didn’t like and listened and help me think through all the dresses. And even had me sit down to make sure I could! They were so patient end even helped try on veils and different looks. I am so happy I found my dress there. When I went back to pick it up, they still made me feel so special. It was so worth the drive from Omaha for the experience and the variety of gowns. Also they did it all during the pandemic and felt safe with everything they were doing!

rls are grown we have moved on to the wedding dress era. All 5 of my daughters have purchased their wedding dresses there as well as the bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos. Sue and her staff are always so helpful and ready to help with anything you may need. This store will always be tops in our book. I can’t wait to take my granddaughters there for special occasion dresses.

dream wedding dress. Judy helped us out the entire time and was never pushy about dresses. She listened to what I had in mind, while still encouraging me to think outside the box. Judy helped get the dresses semi fitted so that we could see how they would look. I can’t recommend Black Tie White Satin enough!

Their staff helped me pull everything that was close to what I was looking for and truly allowed me to enjoy the experience of buying my wedding dress. I cannot suggest them enough!

efore I visited Black Tie & White Satin. I was honestly worried I would have to settle with a wedding dress that was all wrong. Before I arrived at Black Tie & White Satin I was upset and overwhelmed... but the staff and Elly quickly put my mind at ease. The store is absolutely gorgeous and the dresses are breathtaking. I’m incredibly indecisive but Elly was patient and helped me pick a variety of dresses to try on. The first dress I put on, I was instantly in tears - I’d never felt that “wow, is that me!?” feeling until then! I was by myself so Elly helped me in and out of dresses and took pictures so that I could compare. I was 100% confident I’d found my dress but wanted my mom and maid of honor with me when I finally said ‘yes to the dress.’ The staff remembered me from the day before and Elly even came in to be there for me on her day off! My dress arrived in TWO weeks (compared to 11 months at other stores!!!) and fit me like a glove. I truly wish every bride could have the experience I had at Black Tie and White Satin. It’s your big day and that feeling of finding the perfect dress is everything.

ried on many different styles and am so happy with the one I chose. It was altered perfectly to my body. I thought I wanted a blusher for my veil and when it came in it, I didn't look exactly like I pictured myself. They quickly removed the blusher and everything looked perfect! I felt so beautiful! The dress and the veil looked stunning in every photo! I got so many compliments and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation!

ble after I drove out from Colorado to go dress shopping there. The attendant didn’t even ask me my name or size, the dresses were dirty- but not as dirty as the bathroom sink. I felt like I was in a bathroom at a Napa auto parts store. This was the first time I was able to dress shop with my family, and while we have a funny story about how bad the first place that I went dress shopping was, it was heartbreaking to see my mom so embarrassed for suggesting we go there. Word of advice, if a friend recommends this place, they are not your friend.

even in budget. I really appreciated the ladies there. They were so helpful. The candle and the sign for a photo was also a nice touch. She didn't need many alterations but the bustle they created was perfect. The dress was gorgeous and made for a perfect day.

Not pushy whatsoever and could tell that it wasn’t just about making a sale. They said they didn’t take appointments and so I was a little leery as to how it would turn out but even with the store full it felt like we were the only ones there and it was just a wonderful experience. I Will forever recommend them and can’t wait for the big day!

Susan and her lovely ladies made sure I was taken care of and helped me find my dream dress! It was so easy and they made sure fittings and the rest of the bridal party was taken care of too! Would 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family! ❤️

! They were sooo accommodating to my living arrangements and we were able to discuss things over the phone very easily. However, nothing beats the physical interaction with this place. They have so many dresses to try on, your dream dress is bound to be there! They were also so helpful regarding sizing, styles and colors for my bridesmaids. Keeping everything on file and so organized. And as a bride, that’s one thing you definitely want! The ease of mind that everything will be ordered correctly! Black Tie & White Satin also altered my wedding dress, which turned out amazing! Overall, I had an amazing experience with this place.

cited to go try it on. It was a Saturday and my best friend needed to get fitted for her bridesmaids dress so we went together. The store was very busy so I tried on my dress and put it away into a CLEAR BAG BY MYSELF. I then carried it out of the dressing room and handed it to a sales associate to put into the back room for safe keeping. The next week I returned to the store with my mom and sisters. My sisters had not seen my wedding dress in person so I wanted to try it on for them. A sales associate went and got my dress and put it into a dressing room for me. When I walked into the dressing room the sales associate said, “the last time we put your dress away we noticed there was a rip in it. We already ordered you a new one and it will be here by April.” I walked over to my dress and looked at the hole. The hole was up high and appeared as though someone had put a high heel through it while trying to put it on. The dress was also in a BRIGHT PINK BAG instead of the clear bag I had put it into myself. The store offered no explanation as to how the hole happened, but I am pretty sure they allowed another person to try it on. The store fixed their wrong and ordered me a new dress. The new dress came in with several months to spare. I thought everything would be fine and that they would take special care of my second dress after ruining the first one. Boy was I wrong. The stores seamstress hemmed my new dress CROOKED. One side of my dress was too short and the other side was too long. It was a TWO inch difference from one side to the other. I asked them how they intended to fix it when the side that was too short had already been cut. The seamstress reassured me that they would be able lengthen it by pulling length out of the bodice. I then returned the week before my wedding thinking that it would be fixed. Nope! They hemmed it THREE INCHES off the ground AND it was still crooked in the front. They obviously couldn’t fix it and hemmed it too short to try to make it even. When I asked if it was too short, they told me that that’s how it was supposed to be. I spent the next few days crying over another ruined dress and had to search 4 different malls to find flat shoes to wear the week before my wedding. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I don’t want any bride to go through what I went through.

I also did my fittings at the store and they were quite accommodating to my schedule. One my 2nd fit things weren't quite right but by the time I picked it up for the wedding the dress was PERFECT!

amazed by their selection of dresses that were so different and unique! I did not have to make an appointment to come in and got amazing one on one service with the ladies there. The alterations were perfect to fit my body and it is just a flat fee! I would recommend this salon to ever bride :)

could come when I/we were available and they had a large selection. The girl that helped me didn't really make the experience special but that's ok, I found my dress! Additionally, we were able to purchase my veil and hairpiece there as well. They do offer alterations, however my dress didn't need much so I wasn't going to pay the flat rate when I could get it done for less somewhere else.
