Black Tie & White Satin helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding! The ladies there were so helpful and they made it so much fun! I would highly recommend to everyone looking for the perfect dress.

I had the best experience with this boutique! The staff are great and are very patient! Stephanie who helped me listened to what I wanted and really helped navigate the appointment! What really gave me the “wow” factor was, she knew my first appointment was just to “look” and she did not shut down! So many times sales associates shut down if they know they are not going to make a sale and she never did! She made the process great and so did the rest of the staff! I will also say Black Tie white satin has an amazing selection and they are pretty up to date with new trends!

I have gone to black tie for all my dresses that I’ve needed. And when I went for my feeding dress their staff was so helpful and listening to what I want and what I didn’t want.

I had the most amazing experience getting my gown here. From the moment I reached out asking about trying on dresses, I was made to feel so special and welcome and important. They reached out and wanted to know what kind of dresses I was interested in to help me prepare before coming in. She had some specific dresses in mind when we got there which was also so helpful! When I was in trying on dresses I never felt pressured or rushed to hurry through dresses. I was encouraged to try different types and styles too just so I would know if it was something I would like or so I wouldn’t wondering I would like if I didn’t try it on. I just felt so cared for and important. They listened about everything I said about what I like and didn’t like and listened and help me think through all the dresses. And even had me sit down to make sure I could! They were so patient end even helped try on veils and different looks. I am so happy I found my dress there. When I went back to pick it up, they still made me feel so special. It was so worth the drive from Omaha for the experience and the variety of gowns. Also they did it all during the pandemic and felt safe with everything they were doing!

Black Tie White Satin first began helping be find dresses in high school for prom. Since then, my four sisters and myself have also purchased bridesmaid dresses and wedding dresses there. In September, they helped me find my dream wedding dress and I cannot wait to walk down to my fiancé in it on my wedding day in front of all my family and friends! Black Tie has the best staff and I am so glad we have gone to them for all our needs over the years!

Being the mother of 5 daughters, Black Tie has been our go to for many, many years. We first started going to Black Tie, White Satin for Homecoming and Prom dresses. Now that my girls are grown we have moved on to the wedding dress era. All 5 of my daughters have purchased their wedding dresses there as well as the bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos. Sue and her staff are always so helpful and ready to help with anything you may need. This store will always be tops in our book. I can’t wait to take my granddaughters there for special occasion dresses.

I had the best experience ever finding my dream dress at Black Tie White Satin. This place was dear to my heart as when I was younger I had also purchased my prom dresses here! Back then I would walk past all of the beautiful wedding gowns and think one day I will come back here for mine! I was so happy with the customer service. Katie was so amazing and helped me through the entire process! Even helping my mom find her MOB dress! If you are looking for your dream dress and amazing customer service THIS IS IT!

There was no pressure at all we were able to do our thing, but if we needed assistance they were there. It was almost like there were no restrictions aside from wearing masks and having a limited party number. I was expecting to find the “one” it was my first appointment and I did! It was an over all great experience and I highly recommend them!

If you’re in the market for a wedding dress, this is your place! Black Tie White Satin was the first place we looked and 2 hours later, we were walking out with the receipt for my dream wedding dress. Judy helped us out the entire time and was never pushy about dresses. She listened to what I had in mind, while still encouraging me to think outside the box. Judy helped get the dresses semi fitted so that we could see how they would look. I can’t recommend Black Tie White Satin enough!

Black Tie White Satin is the place to go for wedding dresses! They have so many gowns to pick from & after trying on a few, I found the one. The staff was also very kind and helpful from start to finish that I enjoyed my experience. So happy with my choice!

We have been coming to Black Tie White Satin since my older sister’s first prom. After a big-chain ruined my sister’s wedding dress, the only place my mom would trust to bring me was Black Tie White Satin. I found the perfect dress and my mom had peace of mind!

Black tie white satin did such an amazing job. Not only was my dress absolutely stunning, but the staff was very flexible making sure my fittings were planned and everything went as it should. My (now) husband and I currently live in Florida, but everyone made sure to text or call me and let me know when my dress was in or the bridesmaids dresses. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and a great experience!

I absolutely loved my experience with Black Tie & White Satin. I had tried on dresses at several other places before going to Black Tie & White Satin, but truly felt welcomed and comfortable while shopping with them. The sales staff allowed me to take my time and did not rush me like other bridal salons that only allow a certain time span with other appointments before and after you. Their staff helped me pull everything that was close to what I was looking for and truly allowed me to enjoy the experience of buying my wedding dress. I cannot suggest them enough!

Black Tie & White Satin quite literally saved the day. You can’t get married without the perfect dress and I found my dream dress at Black Tie. I had a terrible dress experience before I visited Black Tie & White Satin. I was honestly worried I would have to settle with a wedding dress that was all wrong. Before I arrived at Black Tie & White Satin I was upset and overwhelmed... but the staff and Elly quickly put my mind at ease. The store is absolutely gorgeous and the dresses are breathtaking. I’m incredibly indecisive but Elly was patient and helped me pick a variety of dresses to try on. The first dress I put on, I was instantly in tears - I’d never felt that “wow, is that me!?” feeling until then! I was by myself so Elly helped me in and out of dresses and took pictures so that I could compare. I was 100% confident I’d found my dress but wanted my mom and maid of honor with me when I finally said ‘yes to the dress.’ The staff remembered me from the day before and Elly even came in to be there for me on her day off! My dress arrived in TWO weeks (compared to 11 months at other stores!!!) and fit me like a glove. I truly wish every bride could have the experience I had at Black Tie and White Satin. It’s your big day and that feeling of finding the perfect dress is everything.

I am so pleased I chose to purchase my wedding gown at Black Tie & White Satin in Fremont, NE. They have an enormous selection of dresses to choose from and each one is unique. I tried on many different styles and am so happy with the one I chose. It was altered perfectly to my body. I thought I wanted a blusher for my veil and when it came in it, I didn't look exactly like I pictured myself. They quickly removed the blusher and everything looked perfect! I felt so beautiful! The dress and the veil looked stunning in every photo! I got so many compliments and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation!

I don’t understand how this place has 5 stars. From the moment we stepped into that place I knew it was going to be bad and so did my family. My mom almost cried, she felt terrible after I drove out from Colorado to go dress shopping there. The attendant didn’t even ask me my name or size, the dresses were dirty- but not as dirty as the bathroom sink. I felt like I was in a bathroom at a Napa auto parts store. This was the first time I was able to dress shop with my family, and while we have a funny story about how bad the first place that I went dress shopping was, it was heartbreaking to see my mom so embarrassed for suggesting we go there. Word of advice, if a friend recommends this place, they are not your friend.

We had a great experience at BTWS. My daughter tried on about 10 dresses at another store. Tried on 3 at BTWS. We had to look no longer the third dress she tried on was perfect and even in budget. I really appreciated the ladies there. They were so helpful. The candle and the sign for a photo was also a nice touch. She didn't need many alterations but the bustle they created was perfect. The dress was gorgeous and made for a perfect day.

The consultants that work at Black Tie are so friendly and helpful! They try their hardest to capture your vision and turn it into your dream dress. I had an amazing experience and can't wait to go back for my fittings! :)

I found my prom dress at Black Tie White Satin when I was a Senior in high school and now this previous weekend I found my dream wedding dress! I was blessed to have Elly as my consultant. She was soooo nice and helpful!

My sister and I are both engaged and drove about 300 miles and had multiple appointments at 2 other stores and then wanted to check out BTWS..and the other 2 could not hold a candle to Black Tie White Satin. We both found our dream dress there and could not have been happier with my visit. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help. Not pushy whatsoever and could tell that it wasn’t just about making a sale. They said they didn’t take appointments and so I was a little leery as to how it would turn out but even with the store full it felt like we were the only ones there and it was just a wonderful experience. I Will forever recommend them and can’t wait for the big day!

Black Tie was so great to work with and made the process very easy and relaxing! Wedding planning is stressful enough, but after a change of date and a change of heart on a dress.. Susan and her lovely ladies made sure I was taken care of and helped me find my dream dress! It was so easy and they made sure fittings and the rest of the bridal party was taken care of too! Black Tie White Satin was so amazing to work with! They were patient and helpful! I came in with a vision. They helped pull dresses that would match what I asked for, but also pulled what they thought would flatter me. In the end I picked the dress they recommended! I would suggest them to anyone looking for a dress!

There was no appointment required. Even though they were very busy they made me feel as if I was the most important one there. They did a great job at listening to what I wanted.

I highly recommend Black Tie & White Satin. I have gotten all of my prom dresses there, so the fact I moved over 4 hours away was irrilevant when it came to finding a Wedding dress! They were sooo accommodating to my living arrangements and we were able to discuss things over the phone very easily. However, nothing beats the physical interaction with this place. They have so many dresses to try on, your dream dress is bound to be there! They were also so helpful regarding sizing, styles and colors for my bridesmaids. Keeping everything on file and so organized. And as a bride, that’s one thing you definitely want! The ease of mind that everything will be ordered correctly! Black Tie & White Satin also altered my wedding dress, which turned out amazing! Overall, I had an amazing experience with this place.

0/5 STARS Black Tie and White Satin was a wedding nightmare come true. They ruined not one, but TWO of my wedding dresses. When my original wedding dress came in I was really excited to go try it on. It was a Saturday and my best friend needed to get fitted for her bridesmaids dress so we went together. The store was very busy so I tried on my dress and put it away into a CLEAR BAG BY MYSELF. I then carried it out of the dressing room and handed it to a sales associate to put into the back room for safe keeping. The next week I returned to the store with my mom and sisters. My sisters had not seen my wedding dress in person so I wanted to try it on for them. A sales associate went and got my dress and put it into a dressing room for me. When I walked into the dressing room the sales associate said, “the last time we put your dress away we noticed there was a rip in it. We already ordered you a new one and it will be here by April.” I walked over to my dress and looked at the hole. The hole was up high and appeared as though someone had put a high heel through it while trying to put it on. The dress was also in a BRIGHT PINK BAG instead of the clear bag I had put it into myself. The store offered no explanation as to how the hole happened, but I am pretty sure they allowed another person to try it on. The store fixed their wrong and ordered me a new dress. The new dress came in with several months to spare. I thought everything would be fine and that they would take special care of my second dress after ruining the first one. Boy was I wrong. The stores seamstress hemmed my new dress CROOKED. One side of my dress was too short and the other side was too long. It was a TWO inch difference from one side to the other. I asked them how they intended to fix it when the side that was too short had already been cut. The seamstress reassured me that they would be able lengthen it by pulling length out of the bodice. I then returned the week before my wedding thinking that it would be fixed. Nope! They hemmed it THREE INCHES off the ground AND it was still crooked in the front. They obviously couldn’t fix it and hemmed it too short to try to make it even. When I asked if it was too short, they told me that that’s how it was supposed to be. I spent the next few days crying over another ruined dress and had to search 4 different malls to find flat shoes to wear the week before my wedding. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I don’t want any bride to go through what I went through.

A great experience for this tom-boy for her wedding dress. On my initial visit to the store the staff pulled dresses from every corner for me to try on. On the next visit I brought my bridal party and we picked "the one". At the same time we were able to pick out bridesmaids dresses and get most of them fitted. The dresses came in a timely fashion. I also did my fittings at the store and they were quite accommodating to my schedule. One my 2nd fit things weren't quite right but by the time I picked it up for the wedding the dress was PERFECT!

I give Katie all of the credit for making my dress dreams come true! She helped me customize a strapless dress by adding straps to it to make exactly what I was looking for. I got my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses here. I love the laid back atmosphere - never felt pressured or hurried. I would definitely recommend Black Tie White Satin.

Best customer service and had so many styles. They were so helpful and patient. Reasonable pricing too! My daughter was so impressed we looked no where else!

Everything about our experience with my son's wedding and 6 months later with my daughter's wedding was handled so well. It can be maddening to have a bride try on dresses and the pinning and the retry and the standing and looking. The people who helped us at Black Tie were always patient and always made us feel like they wanted to help us. Susan is an amazing store owner/manager. Katie was great help and so patient. We are shopping there again now for another family wedding. SO accommodating!

I had gone to most of the bridal salons in Omaha and kept trying on the same looking dresses over and over again! I went out to Black Tie & White Satin for the first time and I was amazed by their selection of dresses that were so different and unique! I did not have to make an appointment to come in and got amazing one on one service with the ladies there. The alterations were perfect to fit my body and it is just a flat fee! I would recommend this salon to ever bride :)

I finally found the dress of my dreams here. I had been to numerous other salons in the area and just wasn't finding anything. It was nice that I didn't have to make an appt and could come when I/we were available and they had a large selection. The girl that helped me didn't really make the experience special but that's ok, I found my dress! Additionally, we were able to purchase my veil and hairpiece there as well. They do offer alterations, however my dress didn't need much so I wasn't going to pay the flat rate when I could get it done for less somewhere else.

I found my dress there, and it was absolutely beautiful!! They were awesome to work with, and were not pushy in the least. Great experience, and know many other girls that have found "the one" at their shop!! Highly recommended!

Black tie is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! and that doesn't even do them justice! I have been in Black Tie several times to shop for bridesmaids dresses for various weddings. Each time I have gone in the store my friends and I were treated beyond exceptional! All of the staff at Black Tie is so welcoming and treats you like part of the family. The store has a laid back feel, and no one pressures you into buying anything. Not only is their customer service outstanding, but so is the selection of bridal and bridesmaid dress. I have had two dresses, soon to be three, that I have gotten here and each time the staff was so helpful on taking my measurements and making sure I had the correct size. I did get alterations with them, only for hemming purposes because my dresses fit me so well! The alterations made the dress perfect, and they were done well! I would recommend Black Tie & White Satin to anyone! They will make you feel like a bride there! I plan to one day get my wedding gown here!

From the great hospitality when my (now) daughter-in-law was trying on dresses to the excellent guidance on making sure everyone looked their best the day of the wedding. One thing I have learned from previous experience at BTWS is that if you want your dress to fit you to a "T" then this is the only place to go. Right after getting engaged, I knew Black Tie & White Satin would be the place to find my dress. I didn't look anywhere else because I have such faith in them! I came in several times to look at dresses and changed my mind a few times. Each time the staff was friendly and courteous to all of my ideas. They also gave me their honest opinion when I needed it the most. The alterations turned out fabulous and my dress fit like a glove. Because of our great relationship, I had my entire wedding party dressed from Black Tie & White Satin. The tuxes were super easy to order and they were very accomodating to make sure they fit all of the guys correctly. As far as bridesmaids, I changed my mind on color at the last minute, due to being able to see the new swatches for 2016. I am SO glad I made the choice and grateful for the staff working with me. I can't thank them enough for making sure everyone was dressed perfectly!

After I started my hunt for my wedding dress I knew I would go to black tie & white satin to look first. Everyone there is so friendly and doesnt push you to buy anything if it's not exactly what you had imagined. I found my perfect dress there about 6 months ago and have been in several times since to show it to my mom, maid of honor, etc. and they have let me try it on again as many times as I want. I would recommend black tie & white satin to anyone who doesn't like to be forced into buying a dress they don't absolutely love!
